I bought an un-used spare tire for my daughters car. Who knew Hyundais dont come with one?!?! My daughter got a flat tire about 6 months later and the spare tire didnt fit (at midnight, awesome!) I tried to return the spare, with proof that I had purchased it there, and I was told about the return policy of 90 days from the manager (who didnt come out of her mirrored office). I guess everyone uses a spare within 90 days?!They finally gave me back 80% of the purchase price after I noted their super large statement on the wall that says RIGHT PRICE, RIGHT PRODUCT, EVERY TIME. In my case it was clearly not the right product. Wheels either fit or they dont, and spare tires are only used when needed. Not a good experience ( from the female manager behind the mirror).

I visited there March 16th 2021. None of the employees were wearing masks. An unmasked customer accosted me and attacked me. He said I was a communist for wearing a mask. He then said that he would kill me . He came over and was trying to hit me. The employees were polite to my attacker and continued waiting on him. I will never go into this place again as I felt undefended and felt unsafe, it was a horrible experience.

Will give 3 stars only because they had good customer service and didnt give me a hard time returning the damaged part. Because of the hassle of ending up with a bent rim that is worse than the one I was replacing and the price seemed a little high I am not giving 5 stars. The old adage of buyer beware definitely applies here. Dont go in with the assumption that I did that they check the quality of the parts. They dont.

Call them for 2008 Silverado headlight, price at $75.00 for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) . I drove from port richey 34668 to Largo FL 32 miles away, when I got there headlight was AFTERMARKET, which I could get 2 headlights brand new for $86.00, I ask for better pricing as headlight was AFTERMARKET, guy said NO same price!! Waste of time and trying to sell me a AFTERMARKET headlight for OEM price !! Seriously ? People be care on buying from this place, make sure your parts are OEM if you’re paying for OEM. ! Most times you order on eBay or Amazon aftermarket for less money and parts are BRAND NEW .

These guys are great to work with. What they dont have on hand they can get in a couple days. All the parts I have purchased have been of good quality and removed properly, ready to install. Being stationed here in Germany, and needing a new transmission, I expected this process to be a much more complicated one. With Lanes quick action each time I needed something, he made this entire ordeal fast and simple. He made a clear effort to ensure that the part I was getting was not only correct, but also that it would ship as quickly as possible. I really do appreciate the effort that all the personnel here took in this regard and highly, HIGHLY recommend them for any of your car needs.

Great prices. Really good at inventory. Down side is they sell everything individually. For example I bought a door but the mirror that goes on the door is an extra 50 bucks

Definitely recommend doing business with this facility! Working in the role I do, I depend upon businesses like these to provide reliable parts for guests who are not fortunate enough to be able to afford the new options. I have first hand experience seeing how their manager, Justin, treats situations that are out of his control, but still goes above and beyond to remedy whatever situation is thrown at him to the best of his ability. I dont believe you can ask for better than that.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! was told @ 8:30 they had the part they would call around 2:30 to pick it up, they never called. call them at 4:30 they say they will call tomorrow. waited till 3:30 still no call so i called oh ya its ready OK go down there, wrong part, so they go in the back and get another one off the shelf, (??!!? why did i have to wait two working days if you had one on the shelf??!!) still the wrong part. oh sir ill go find the part later ill call you in the morning dont worry. No call again. call them sorry we dont have one we can order it. it will be here tomorrow. ya no way give me my money back, we will see how long it takes to get my money back. never been so mad...

I just called to get a price and availability for a simple overflow/expansion tank for an 07 Mercedes and I was told they have one and it cost 65.00!!!! Lokey Mercedes has a brand new one for 60.00 the same tank at Stepps if they had it was 8.00 and that is why I do business with Stepps when I can. One and done for CAR. Merry Christmas

WELL EVERYTHING WAS GOOD UNTIL I FOUND OUT BY THE VIN# THAT THE ENGINE THEY WERE SELLING TO ME HAD ALMOST 200.000K MILES MORE THAN THEY TOLD ME!!!I WILL BE EXTREME CAREFUL SHOPPING HERE AND EVERY WHERE ELSE FOR USED PARTS SINCE MOST USED PART STORES TRY TO SCAM PEOPLE ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!!!!

Would NOT USE THEM.ordered a transmission from them had it installed and was broken from the beginning hard shifts shift slipping and just a waste of time and money tried to contact them did so the first time they were suppose to call me back that day they didnt. called them again almost a week later same result, talked to them about return policy and possible labor coverage even though their website says under warranties that all transmission are guaranteed at time of purchase the manager acted like he didnt what i was talking about so basically i wasted 850$ in labor alone to have what i thought was a working transmission installed that wasnt the case then he told me that none of their used parts are guaranteed which is not what it says under there own policy, dont waste your time and money with people that dont support there own website, follow up the response is A LIE! the email said the one thing i MIGHT be able to assist you with is another transmission if you still need one never ONCE did they offer it at no cost or was EVER said until i made this review and so i suggest you read your emails a little more carefully before saying i declined all of that because it was NEVER OFFERED why would i get another transmission from the same company that didnt stand by the first one

The gentlemen at the front desk spoke with me multiple times helping me find the exact door i needed, running in and out of the warehouse to check. I went there to pick up a part for my husband and paid when I got there. Then after he searched for my part for 30 mins, he forgot I paid and tried to charge me again. They demanded to look at the receipt to be sure I already paid. Very inefficient business with little concern for customer service. The manager of the place was rude to me and made me feel like I was not welcome.

A few weeks ago, I visited Clearwater Automotive seeking hub caps for my daughters car. Unfortunately, they did not stock matching hub caps and suggested I go to an Automotive Parts store. Julio, providing excellent customer service, called the nearest Automotive Parts store to verify they had the correct size of hub caps and got the pricing for me. Being female, I had never put hub caps on a car before. Julio said he would put them on for me so that is exactly what he did after I purchased the four new hub caps and returned to him. Thank you for bringing a smile to my face.

I thought I just needed a new battery ASAP. Brandon Carver immediately put me in for one and I was able to pick up the next day. After replacing the battery, I found out I also needed an alternator. Again, I was able to pick up immediately. Brandon was courteous and prompt, easy to communicate with, and still treated me with patience and respect even though I didnt know exactly all I needed from the get-go. He carried the parts to my vehicle for me, and I didnt spend more than 5 minutes there any of the times I went. (For dropping off parts as well). Everything was ready for pickup as soon as I walked through the door. I was greeted by everyone as soon as I walked in. The prices are excellent. I will for sure use this place in the future.

Took my lunch to get a part I needed, drove 20 mins to get there. When I walked in I waited at the counter for some time even though the staff could clearly see me. The conversation was clearly personal and i felt like I was interrupting. When I finally got someone, I couldnt look at a mirror I needed for my Jeep buying before I paid for it even though I was willing to pre pay. I also needed an ac vent for my fiances car and couldnt get that small part without buying a full dash. Got that part at LKQ in under 5 minutes. Dont waste your time and find someplace that cares about customer service!

Ive been coming here since it used to be called Barely Used Auto and it hasnt really changed at all. Still find what Im looking for and the guys here are real people. Theyre no-nonsense kind of guys that want u to get what ur lookin for and then get out. LOL. THATS the no-nonsense part that real guys appreciate. Ill continue to come here til theyre not here any more. Hopefully that wont happen.

The customer service is bad enough for me to not even consider looking at a vehicle I wanted to purchase. The employees do not acknowledge the fact that they speak on behalf of a business. All you get is a hey... hi? From everyone on the phone. The manager is apathetic and doesnt seem to care about your business. Theyre just plain rude, unprofessional, and tactless. Sorely disappointed because the prices looked good. Go somewhere thatll treat you like a customer, not a problem.

These guys suck! They only part out major components, but if you need a small part they dont want to deal with you. They post their garbage all over Craigslist and list it with their Clearwater phone for stuff thats in another county. No way to do business. Theyd make more money if they were a U-pull-it kind of salvage yard. Never buy from here!
