This place is ok, the limited selection precludes me from giving them an additional star. The yogurt ice cream is pretty good, but the smoothies with tapioca and the Thai Tea is not as good as other establishments. I have been to dozens of places similar to this one and I was disappointed with the avocado with tapioca smoothie. So in closing if you are looking for ice cream yogurt this is your place, for smoothies not so much; 3 stars from a experience and well established reviewer.

Last night, whoever that cashier was, was very rude. We didn’t give her attitude so what makes that female employee think it’s okay to do so. Drive the extra mile to another location for better customer service, yogurt wasn’t all that great either.

1/23/21 won’t be back. Love yogurt but the store is not taking the pandemic seriously. I literally saw a family coming in without masks and the kids were running around and jumping on the tables. One of them tried to grab toppings. The staff just stood there and did nothing not even asking them to wear a mask . (You can have the virus and not show symptoms) I felt uncomfortable and won’t return.

Second time here, different cashier and both times they were rude. Rather drive the extra mile for a better experience.

Ive tried other froyo spots here in Laredo. This one is still by far the best. While they offer the same flavors in other places the froyo here is always great tasting. Froyo from other places taste weird like the dairy went bad or something. Always clean and always greeted upon entering.

Half the yogurt machines where not working and appeared that some cleaning was necessary. One employee can around to get some yogurt and didnt notice the mess: mostly to give it wipe of dripping.

They sell great froyo here. For real it is really good. You wont be disappointed unless youre lactose intolerant.

I went on 2-12-20 at 6I was asking for a bubble tea and another came I guess another cashier and ask the girl that was attending us what are you doing and she said just atttetending these disgusting people. I guess she thought we didnt hear her 😠And my boyfriend its a bit overweight and got depressed really the worst experience

Self serve great tasting yogurt ice cream. Large and Xtra large cups only so a normal amount of ice cream will look tiny in the cup. Several add-on sweets. Charged by weight so if you get too excited youll pay about $10+ for 1 ice cream.

This place is open late, reasonably-priced, and has outdoor seating. Customer service is also great. The only suggestion I have would be to rotate flavors more often.
