Just wanted to share the experience I recently had at Nissan. I wanted to take my truck to get checked because it was having problems starting. I called and and the gentleman that answered the call, Kyle Powell, was able to assist me from the beginning! He was very informative and knowledgeable about the factory warranty that my vehicle currently has. He told me that he would take care of me as soon as I could take the truck in. He was very courteous and professional from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. What I loved about his service was that he always kept me in the loop of what was going on with my truck. Other places that I’ve been to make you wait all day and you the customer have to be calling and calling to see what’s going on and good luck with them answering! This was not the case at all with Kyle! Not only was he able to get my truck to whoever needed to fix it, but he also helped me with ordering a fog light kit for my truck. Kyle was able to ease my worries and make my first experience with Nissan a great and wonderful experience!
The service personnel are very nice and bend over backwards for the customer. The waiting room. Is comfortable and spacious. Had to leave the vehicle because the part had to be ordered and it was ready in less than 48 hours. Great job!

Its been a while since weve bought a new car, but with the demand higher because of limited product, we were satisfied with all the bells and whistles. I was also surprised that Laredo had better prices than San Antonio and Austin, an average of $3000 to $4000 cheaper. Check it out.

I have to say I wasn’t not happy with the experience I had with the service they did on my Nissan Rogue, they took a week to “order” a part for my truck, then the part got there after the week, once they finished which took about two weeks the truck was making a noise that it was not making before I took my car in and they dare to tell me that I took it in that condition. So I will have to say worst experience ever and it’s not the first time we deal with this type of experience not just me but my daughter who also has had a different bad experiences with the service department, this is why she had to change her oil change services to another company. I don’t know if it’s because we are women and they are discriminating thinking that we don’t know any better but my husband hasn’t had a bad experience.
My experience at Family Nissan Service Department in Laredo Texas was by far the best service I’ve ever experienced from an Auto Dealership. My husband and I were leaving California on a long trip and found that my car had a recall. I called the closest dealership to me which was in Palm Springs. Tim in the service department there told me I would have to bring the car in to check and see if they had the parts. This didn’t seem right but I made the appointment and drove 45 miles and waisted half a day just waiting on this guy, only for him to tell me they didn’t have the parts. I then called Family Nissan in Laredo and spoke to Tito who was very friendly and polite. He put me on hold and checked to see if they had the parts for my recall, and luckily they did. A few moments later I spoke with Gustavo the Service Manager who scheduled the appointment for me for the earliest appointment available. Due to circumstances beyond our control I called and asked to change the appointment for later in the afternoon around 3pm. We weren’t able to get there until 4 pm and we were very nervous that they wouldn’t be able to help us as we needed to leave Texas early the next morning. We drove up and were greeted by Gustavo, who seemed to know exactly who we were. He checked with his team to see what they could do for us and they took us right in. After about an hour everything was done. Sometimes it just takes someone to go the extra mile to really help someone out and I can say that Gustavo and the entire service team were friendly, polite and displayed the best customer service at Family Nissan in Laredo that I’ve seen in a very long time. Thank you all for your excellent service.!

I’m not satisfied with the services from this company and specifically the service department they have serviced my car several times and since day one my cars ac has never worked correctly every time paying for diagnostic services and nothing was communicated to me and or solution was offered. It’s obscured that having the car all day with no other cars pending they take so long for a simple oils change as well. That’s one of the other issues they I went through as well not being able to reach anyone in customer service!!! This is beyond ridiculous and the worst part was being left in the dark regarding my form of transportation. I was looking into purchasing a new vehicle but not again from this company do yourself a favor buy from a trusted dealership do your research and look for a dealership with good customer service as well as good quality cars!!!

Family Nissan has failed to provide license plates for a vehicle Ive purchased in Sept 2020. It is about to be a year since purchasing the vehicle and they simply keep offering extended temporary license plates. They continue to state they are looking into the issue and have yet to come into a concrete anwser of what is taking so long. I have since purchased another vehicle and have gotten the license plates within one month of purchase during COVID when the title office was delayed in issuing license plates. Overall, if I can give 0 stars I would. I have contacted the Tax Office and they have stated it is this dealership that is causing the delay.

First of all it took too many days toComplete. My car was not prioritized I’m the order received. Secondly cost and labor was much too expensive. And lastly I had to be inconvenienced and take my car back when my steering wheel was moving to one side! This should have been taken care of if my car remained there for more than 3 days! I spent a 15 dollars short of $4,000!! How was the mistake overlooked?! Now they are telling me I have to pay another $355 for this rear alignment and parts?! Very disappointed.
The Service Advisor (Patti) that attended me was very courteous, the shuttle drivers were very courteous as well, all three of them greeted me very nice and with a beautiful smile. I couldn’t see the smile but their eyes have it away. The cashier on the other hand, not even a smile, she was Ali serious, I’m guessing she didn’t like her job!

Patty is always super nice and always concerned about ones vehicle, I wish She was the mechanic! I sometimes doubt my car is even diagnosed or hooked to any computer. It sits there for hours, [let the warranty run out] no one calls you,until you call [nearing closing time]. Only to be told mechanic is just getting to it and find nothing takes 10 minutes!. Really!? For this reason I left my previousdealership.
They forgot me completely. When I got there I had a appointment and only one person besides me. I have to wait for hours and seeing people come and go until I started asking also I noticed that the person who attended me gave a special treatment to a friends which I think was very unprofessional cause I was there waiting. I am very unhappy about yesterday experience.

If you buy a used car in Nissan make sure to check very good from front bumper to back bumper. I bought a used car in 4 months I had problems with my radiator. They were charging me around $800 to replace. I saved myself $700. While fixing my car I saw details that wasn’t supposed to go there and my right headlight was broken from the bottom. Please people double check the car before you sign.

Hello, yesterdayI took our Pathfinder to our local Nissan dealer in Laredo,Texas for a covered oil change. When I got there they recommended an injector flush, so we got that done. They threw in a tire rotation,replaced the engine battery that showed weak,and the battery on the remote key, and a courtesy car wash. They offered me a shuttle but I am retired and did not mind waiting. I appreciate that everyone there is still masking. We are almost there! Thank you.

5/13/2021: Purchased vehicle. Accessories pricing not disclosed during negotiations. Then during discussions with finance manager all the extra insurances you all offer were not disclossed that some are added to sale price and therefore taxed which should be disclosed as part of the quote given to make decisions on opting in or out.No sale discounts were provided but I did notice other people were getting discounts and additional perks. That is on me I should have walked away and purchased a vehicle else where.Then i took the car and noticed the accessories that were pushed on me were not even installed or done correctly on the vehicle.Have been dealing with Sales rep to get it corrected. 2 out of 3 items were fixed but the tint which is part of Xpel is terrible and reinstalled or they tell me they did and it is still terrible worksmanship.Then when i picked up the xar which was in the service area for aesthetics turns out to have over 15 miles driven than when I dropped it off.Now I have another appointment scheduled to talk to service management I guess to prove my case that the tint installed on the car is terrible ..reminder I was charged $2k for it unknowingly,So my experience has been terrible. I regret purchasing this car.5/18/2021: FOLLOW UP REVIEWPost Sale experience. I must say that the Sales Rep Luis Martinez went BEYOND the call of duty to address all of my concerns post sale. He followed through with all the discrepancies I brought to him after my initial negative experience. He is the BEST asset this dealership has. Aside from the fact that I need to just be a better negotiator, Luis was the single person to change my Sales Experience. Because he was able to get the vehicle issues fixed after several trips to the dealership, give me rides to and from (because of course the battery on the new vehicle died and I had to be rescued to drive to yet another service appointment), keep me posted on statuses, and always answering my texts and calls (extremely important), I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I really want to leave a 3 for the overall but i need to be fair to my Sales Rep and give him credit for his tremendous effort to make things right. Luis Martinez is definitely the sales/customer service person you want on your side especially during a major purchase. Thank you Luis for improving my customer experience. After some tug and pull you managed to single handedly get me into a comfortable state of mind regarding my purchase. Staff was courteous and environmentally clean. I went on my father vehicle to get my titan battery replacement which I took my battery core with me. Battery was still under warranty. Service advisor told me my battery was going to get replaced under a prorated cost which is fine but that I needed to pay for labor and installation. I told him why pay for labor and installation if Im bringing the battery core to you! He followed by saying you can bring the vehicle in, I told him how if my battery is dead then he told me you could jump start it and I told him how it wont take a charge. I felt insulted and frustrated by his actions. I waited for 15 minutes while my old bad battery was checked. Nevertheless I got my new battery and was told by the service advisor it was going to be $86.42 and I said okay I was taken to the cashier with my debit card ready and the cashier said are you going to pay something sir, and I said yes I was told it was going to be $86 and change. There was no total on the invoice I felt that something was wrong with the pricing Im not even sure if the prorated price was even correct because according to the invoice I didnt owe anything. I needed my battery so i paid and took off.
