A lot of nice bargains for Christmas Gifts.

I dont think big rigs should park at the front of any of the rows and take up 8 spaces. The situation has recently gotten out of hand. I have had some close calls because the trucks arent careful and the rows are narrow. I watched a tandem take out a row sign one day. This lot is not big enough for all the big rigs and RVs and customer autos. Walmart should consider separate lot for the trucks, RVs, trailers and buses. Its not good that ordinary cars are competing and in jeopardy of being hit.

This Walmart is a good Walmart the flow is always constant almost never any gum up in the lines or throughout the isles and they tend to have everything that their app says theyre supposed to have.

I enjoyed my meal. One of my three friends hash browns and chicken strips were cold when she got them. Michael is an amazing waiter! Great personality, very attentive.

I specifically went to see about replacing eyeglasses that I had sat on the night before. So I was on a mission to their Vision Center, specifically. They had trouble getting my information about my prescription from the S. Cheyenne store. I called the Cheyenne store and had them fax over the info. Although I wish they had been more proactive in getting the info, they were helpful after I had gotten it for them. They gave me a complimentary left and right contact lenses. They didnt need to do that, I didnt ask them to do that. They even said they dont normally do that, but Im super grateful they did do that. Thankyou Walmart

I never have used the online ordering and pick up until very recently after I had knee surgery. I do miss walking around the store a little bit because I always see people I know, but it has been a godsend otherwise. And the Walmart folks who pick my groceries do a fantastic job, which is something I was worried about. Normally Im very picky about my produce and everything has been awesome.

Trading cards are restocked every week at most Walmart stores, but this store isnt stocked some weeks. Its not that I miss restock, I know when they generally stock and I can tell if theyve stocked or not. I know this isnt necessarily the fault of the store, but they should try and do something about it.

This was a bigger Walmart then usual. It was clean, well stocked, and the staff were very friendly. The aisles were open and not cluttered with merchandise.

Its a pretty good place. Its clean and it has a subway in it which is a big plus.

This Walmart is quite and nice except they need to clear thier isles of empty boxes. Not just put them where shoppers can not access the ilse.Empty boxes should be broke down. And places out of high traffic areas instead of just left thier empty ( womens department)

They had most of the parking lot and one whole exit closed for resurfacing. In other cities, people do that work at night. It was a nightmare to get in, nightmare to park, and nightmare to get out. Big regret stopping here but once I realized, I was committed because I couldnt get out of the single lane.

Good location near the interstate. RV friendly. Lots of them in the large parking lot. Safe, quiet area. Store has everything you find at any Walmart. Curbside pickup available.

It was good.. There was a very rude customer in there tho...I am disabled in a chair and tried to be nice to her (at first) and she laughed at me and was stupid rude... Oh well some childrens people...

I went into Walmart Tire shop for a tire with a slow leak. It took them 30 hour to pull the car in to the garage and another hour to put a patch on the tire. And another 30 to put the tire back on the car. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a tire change. The young man doing the job didnt know what he was doing. I hope I make it to may designation safely.

The photo center is ran by a bunch of kids who does not really care about customer service. One hand dont know what the other is doing. Associates in yellow vest are also no help. How do you get a yellow vest, showing up for work 5 days in a row on time?

I was already miffed about my online grocery order with out of stock items being replaced with stuff that was not even close to what I ordered but then I get there after checking in on the app only to find the parking lot being repaved and no good option to get to the pickup location so I left and cancelled my order after I got home, they should have some warning on the site before you commit to placing an order about construction and alternative directions to reach the pickup location at the very least. I have not stepped foot in the store since the remodel and never will now after the repeated missed items in my order with sub par substitutions I doubt I will ever buy from their online again either.

Long lines, slow cashiers, not very friendly. Didnt great and you need to teach them how to bag groceries.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Every single time I call to check on product availability customer service desk answers and transfers the call to the department I need to talk to and no one answers so it redirects back to customer service desk then they transfer me again and this happens until I hang up no one EVER answers the phones in specific departments

I love walmarts and I use them all over the country. This one in Laramie has been out of what I have needed on the last three occasions. Today there was no ice and there were no Walmart branded bottle sodas.

We travel in our motorhome and made plans to stay overnight at this location after doing our shopping (usually close to $100). It was pouring rain when we arrived and we were waiting to go inside. At about 5:30pm we got a knock on our door telling us we couldn’t park overnight. Allstays app as well as several other online sites give this location as one you could stay at. You can’t. We spent the next 2.5 hours trying to find a place to stay for the night. It was Labor Day weekend so we ended up parking on the side of the road after checking with the police department to make sure it was ok. Even truck stops as well as rest areas within the area were full. It’s extremely poor public relations for Walmart to randomly close their parking lot to travelers without notice.

Love WalMart!!! The employees are awesome... The cashiers are the best part of the whole shopping experience. WalMart is probably the only place that I dont do self checkout. I enjoy going through the cashiers line, the are always so upbeat, it always makes my day better!

We have shopped here for years and it has been frustrationg but okay. However, in the last month or so, things have gotten quite bad. Even with the students coming back to town to go to UW, the shelves are even more bare. Price labels on the shelves are nearly non-existant. We have people in our family who are on very strict medical diets. It has always been a challenge finding items that feed the prescribed ingredients but now it is unbelievable awful. We need almond milk on a weekly basis. The brand that we look for is almost never available. We often have to wait weeks until they refill thier stock. The gluten free items that we prefered are no longer sowmthing that they carry. When asked about them, employees just look dazed and dont know how to request the specific item. The worst thing is the lines. It seems that the focus now is on self checkout. This company makes billions each year. They should be albe to hire chashiers, even in this time where finding employees is a challenge. Without fail each time I have gone into the store, but especially in the evenings, there is only one non-self serve line open. It usually has 10 or more people waiting to be checked out. Unfortunately, the self serve lines are also full, which may well inform the corporate office that this store is doing wonderfully well. It is not. It is very, very rare that another cashier will be called up. In fact, the few times I have seen it happen it is when several customers complain to customer service. This is just unacceptable since there are usually groups of employees chatting in various isles through the store. I over heard one employee tell some customers with whom she was standing in line that this specific manager just wanted the self serve stats to be higher. It is unbelievable frustrating!

This was the cleanest Walmart I have ever been in. The staff members were the friendliest and most helpful, too. Kudos to all! I am assuming that the management has a lot to do with the atmosphere.

Overall this Walmart has a lot of what is needed day to day, however they do seem to lack on some things, such as clothing options for women and toddler boy clothes. I was able to find my husband a pair of great work pants and weve been looking for that certain kind for a few years now. That itself is impressive considering we couldnt find them at all at either Walmart in Cheyenne, so go Walmart in Laramie 😁Great customer service as well!

This was a nice Walmart. There were several people in RV’s who were stopped there for the night. My only complaint would be that they were short on inventory. There were several things that were completely out of stock that we hoped to purchase.

Only issue is that there are so many people who shop here and not enough checkout lanes open. I know that they have the self checkout, but it would be nice to have more lanes open..

I bought a lot of things on Monday 7/19/21. My clerk was name ginger. She put everything in one bag. You couldnt even get the bag in the cart. Everything would have fell on the floor because the bag was so full and so flemzy. I ask for my things to be put in 2 different bags and she had a fit. She dropped my mayonnaise jar on the wood and cracked the bottom of the jar. She is old. She should know how to bag groceries.To the lead manager Chris the next day was no big deal. He just gave me my money back. I had to make another trip to town. Gas cost money.Im going to stop shopping at Wal-Mart. There prices arent that cheap anymore.

Walmart..Always a nightmare, its crowded,the registers dont work, and the prices especially on groceries is way too high so even though they do have just about anything you are looking for the overall experience isnt that great, plus parking is another issue. Sorry Walmart no Bueno

Quick and easy checkout process and the aisles are labeled alpha numerically which makes things really easy to find if you use the Walmart because it will tell which aisle your desired item is on.

This store has the laziest workers fulfilling pickup orders its ridiculous, half my order either gets deleted or substituted but when I walk into the store the items are in plain view on the shelf, after dealing with worse and worse orders this year Ive finally had enough and canceled my entire Walmart account, I will never buy from Walmart again.

The Laramie, Wyoming Walmart is my favorite of all Walmart locations.

The Laramie Service Center manager refused to install a battery for my 75 year old mother from out of town because she arrived at 4:55 and the lady manager stated they were closed. Absolutely disgusted with their service.

Its honestly a better walmart than most. Laramies only one-stop-shop in town. Great prices, questionable sourcing, and a huge employer in town. This store starts their employees at 11/hr, which is comparable to the 7.25 minimum wage. Its always well staffed too.

They seem to never have help. We had to load our own garden snd patio edging and stepping stones snd mulch and I am 77 years old. It’s a disgrace!

For a reason I cannot fathom, this Wal-Mart in Laramie tends to have items in stock better than the two Wal-Mart stores in Cheyenne

Perfectly convenient when staying at local hotels, to buy dinner and snacks.

Its open 24/7 and has a lot of parking space. Staff are really friendly and helpful. You can get some really good deals if youre patient enough. I suggest always checking the clearance aisle. Ive scored some really cool things at the lowest prices there.

Just an update to my original review Bathrooms where absolutely disgusting today10-17-19 5:41 pm there was poop on the floor wow!Great I shop here all the time. I love there remodel. There check out is now mostly automated witch save me alot of time from having to wait in line. I shop for all my groceries here I recommend you check your fresh fruits before you buy because sometime there is mold on them especially strawberries.

The self check out lane would not take my credit card. The card had enough to cover purchase. It was a card only machine.

This WM has eliminated so much off the pick up app that there is not much I can get that I need there. Further, they have just flat removed Items I used to buy. They probably cut them because they took them off the pick up app and then no one was buying them. You would think they would sell me everything they have to sell through Pick up. Instead they seem focused on preventing me from buying stuff. Further they use the pick up app to dump all their dented cans (massively dented) and rotted produce on those who cant come in the store. I got to tell you If I have to drive to Cheyenne or FOCO to get what I need I wont be going to Walmart PU.
