Really cool bookstore with lots of necessary college supplies and even clothes. My only complaint is the prices.( Id love to buy a mask supporting the University if only it werent 20 bucks for one.) A lot of times theyre sold out of high demand things but they usually order more, so thats a plus. People here are friendly too, makes it easier and more welcoming to shop. Overall good store.

Is a very convenient store for students that offers a lot of specialty school supplies that cant be found in stores anywhere in Laramie but it can be a bit pricey. If you want convenience and the need the item right away go here, you may be able to find some better prices online but it can be hit and miss. There is an Apple Store in the University store that offers student discounts on Apple products.

Great prices, great friendly and helpful staff! I would highly recommend this place for all things University of Wyoming! Better than any other place for UW stuff.

Terrible! Over priced text books! I wanted to buy a textbook and they tried to charge me full price for an obviously damaged book! This is intolerable!

TL;DR: Keep every receipt, double-check everything they do, and if you notice something wrong correct it immediately as the management does not take responsibility for their employees or their failures and they do not care if their mistakes affect you.Check Amazon, Chegg, and AbeBooks before going here.Absolutely horrible experience. Their employees and managers clearly do not communicate, the cashiers have ZERO liability to do their job properly, and if you ever have to return something and they make a mistake, they will charge YOU for the difference rather than admitting they made a mistake.Rented two books for the semester from them. Ended up not needing one book. Returned it and was refunded for what I thought was the difference.End of the semester arrives. I get an email that I have one rental to return. I check the title - its the book I returned at the start of the semester. I call them on the phone and give them transaction numbers and dates. The woman on the phone cant figure out whats wrong and asks me to come in.I come in and speak with a different person. He checks both of my receipts and informs me the cashier who returned my book credited me for the wrong book, and Im still marked in the system as having a book I returned to them almost six months ago.He then tells me the refund was for more than what I was originally charged for, and I would have to pay the difference. He also tells me the cashier was logged in under a generic name so he does not know who botched my return. So I paid for their mistake, nobody was held accountable for said mistake, and the manager blatantly told me I have to charge you to balance the books as he was obviously more concerned about his side of things looking correct rather than ensuring his employees were competent and his customers were satisfied.

Worst location on campus. Books are more than 25% higher than anywhere. Since most students require financial aid they happily gouge the students. They pay there STUDENT employees terribly. When if comes time to buy back books they do there utmost to refuse buy back. When acquiring books take pictures BEFORE you leave in the hopes they wont screw you. In the end it does not matter what you do if shopping here bring the lube you WILL be screwed.

Dont buy any tech. If your tech gets screwed, they wont take it back as it got screwed on the 31st day. And they have a 30 day return policy.

Cost me $5 just to see the prices of books of past semesters. You have to go on a scavenger hunt just to find your books every semester. Just get them on Amazon if you can. Thats what I did.
