We had gone to the Corporate store in Montgomeryville last Friday and the experience there was horrible, after spending 17 years as as customer we had considered going with another provider after this experience.On Wednesday, we decided to try this store and let me just say, this is the place to go if you want great customer service!!We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Bobby Ashton. He took the time to ask us several questions, listen to what we liked and did not like about our current phones, helped us pick out new phones, transferred my mother on to our plan, transferred all our info onto our new phones, let us ask as many questions as we needed, and made the whole process fun and enjoyable.He was supposed to leave at 6:00 pm but landed up staying till 7:30 pm just to help us leave there with our new phone fully operational. He even was able to pull all my mothers contacts off her archaic flip phone that had been held together with a hair band!After we were all done he even took the time to explain to explain to my mother how to use her first ever smart phone. We told him that we could do that, but he insisted! It made me so happy that he took the time and made her feel at ease in how to use her phone. He put his contact info into her phone and told her she could call him if she needed any help!This is how customer service should be! If I could rate this store with 100 stars I definitely would.Thank you Bobby for making our experience and time with you fun, enjoyable and definitely memorable!

Over the years, I have been subject to far too many stressful phone upgrades that resulted in receiving less than the service I deserved at a price I should not have been paying. however, recently i upgraded my phone and a family members phone with Bobby at the Verizon store on Allentown and Forty Foot rd, and I have been beyond impressed with the service I have been provided!!not only was the customer service experience beyond my expectation, I left knowing that if any persistent issues should arise, i now know a friendly face with excellent knowledge who can help me out no matter what my issue is!!i cannot recommend this store and Bobby enough!
Stopped by this Verizon store to purchase new phones for both my husband and myself. Sean immediately made himself available to handle our needs. After choosing our phones and transferring our info to the new phones, I quickly realized my thousands of text messages did not transfer. I run a home business and I rely on those text messages for past purchases from my clients as well as invoicing clients. Sean went out of his way to find ways to transfer my messages. 45 minutes later, he got everything to transfer. His shift was to end at 3:30 and he stayed with us until 5:00 to make sure everything was working correctly. That is service you rarely find in today’s world. Thanks Sean for all of your help!

Sean at Verizon Lansdale was fantastic!! He helped my mother in law and I with porting our numbers and switching SIM cards. We had been on the phone with Verizon customer service for almost two hours and no help. Called Verizon Lansdale and Sean helped us in 20minutes. Very nice and knowledgeable!
Anthony was fantastic at the Lansdale store in helping me with my new iphone 13 mini! I was an especially hard case, as I had an old non-functional apple user name and unknown password that was getting in the way of transferring my data from my old phone. However, Anthony solved the problem where Apple could not and he helped not only to set up my my phone, he helped me sign up for a new lower cost service plan that gives me unlimited data. ( My previous plan only allowed one GB of data.) Thanks to Anthony, I have everything I want on my new phone and in my new plan. I would have given him 6 stars if that rating was available! Sean solved so many problems that we didn’t even know we had!! He helped us identify ways to save money. He was very personable and went the extra mile. Despite the air conditioning not working in the sales office, he was patient and made sure we understood all the changes. Going so far as giving diagrams on paper so we knew exactly how everything worked. Phone plans can be confusing, but Sean broke it down to an understandable level. 10/10 we recommend him highly.

I had been a customer of AT&T for over 15 years and I was only staying with them out of loyalty!! When I visited the Verizon store in Lansdale- it hit me hard that my loyalty was grossly misplaced! William Phelps was helping us review a few plans and options. He took his time with us and was completely down to earth. He is very knowledgeable, through and extremely patient. He was great to work with and my husband and I finally left AT&T and jumped on board with Verizon due to the excellent customer service we received from William. He even reached out to us after a few weeks to make sure everything went okay with some issues we had with one of our devices that wasn’t unlocked when we switched service and were in the store- when he didn’t need to! He went above and beyond for us!

I have used Coleen for years. She was my representative in Texas, and when she moved to this new store in PA, I have still kept with her. I dont use anyone else! She is fair, honest, and will get you the best deal. I call her any time any one of the 5 phones, smart watch, or tablets go out that is on my account, and she takes care of me all the way here in Texas. Ask for Coleen.
Ive been with Verizon for a few years now, and the customer service was ok, but....I was lucky to happen upon Colleen Hill with our local store - she is simply AMAZING!! She helped me not only with my personal account but with my business account, she was able to get done in one day what I had been trying to get done for weeks through the call in customer service. Verizon should be very proud to have someone like her!!

I went to the store because my iPhone 11 Pro which was only 13 months old had no service. Colleen the representative who Assisted me spent two hours speaking with the technical support at Verizon. After the two hours, the problem was still not resolved. Throughout the whole time, she was extremely patient and very nice and then she helped me get a new phone since Verizon could not fix my iPhone. Colleen not once rushed me or became frustrated. She wanted to ensure she did everything possible to find a solution. Thanks so much Colleen!
Andrew was very helpful and patient as he answered our questions about the two phones that we wanted to purchase. He made sure that we understood all of the features and pros and cons of the phones that we chose before ordering them. When the phones arrived he was very accommodating with his time. While setting them up for us he was very patient with demonstrating how to use the phones, showing us how to adjust settings, and even downloading several apps for us. He made sure we would be successful with these new phones. He obviously knows his business and is a great customer representative!

Visited Cellular Sales in Lansdale again for me this time. I set up an appointment with Colleen Hill as she was so helpful with my husbands phone situation. I needed to upgrade my phone and iPad. Colleen was quick, efficient and cheerful, especially considering it was first thing Monday morning! Highly recommend Cellular Sales and Colleen Hill.
From now on i am going to cellular sales and seeing my girl colleen. I live in Allentown and drove 25 miles because the Verizon corporate store on airport rd couldn’t help me or fix the issue I was having. I just needed help with my return. That’s it, something so simple and easy. They made us wait in the cold windy rain because of COVID capacity even though they were able to use the small lobby area as a waiting section to their big space, they could’ve had us spread 6 ft apart but no, the lady was very rude. Only 3 people in.Anyways, upon leaving to the corporate store they painted a bad picture of cellular sales that I was feeling anxiety on my drive down... I thought I was going to a hole in a wall- type store and was going to be dealing with some shady people- since that’s the feeling I received from the people at the corporate store. Honestly, just because they work at the corporate store, doesn’t mean jack, they really suck... (I can’t use the words I want to use because google will censor it, so that’s just being nice)When I get there Colleen is ready to help. I was so relieved!!! She was super nice and had capability and kindness to work with people. I felt so much better there. She fixed my problem very easily and quickly. From now on I am going down there to do all my cellular business. Upgrade, problems with activation, etc etc, I am going to see this woman because she knows how to effectively do her job. She should be a role model to everyone that works in this industry. I will drive 25 miles to see her- and I promise to myself- I will. Zero headaches with colleen, something that the stuck up people that work at the “VeRiZOn CoRpOrAte” store couldn’t do. Those people are lame.
Justin was very helpful when I went into the store off of forty food road. My grandmother’s account got hacked and was ported out to a different carrier without her knowledge. Justin was very helpful and patient with the whole process. He made sure that I was happy and taken care of before leaving the store. We got the whole issue resolved and taken care of. I will be coming back to this store just because of him! I recommend anyone going to this store to ask for Justin!

Ive been getting my new phones from here for the last six years or so. This time I knew what I wanted already and they were quick getting it for me and taking care of all the paperwork. Price was fair and everyone was friendly.
I came in today due to a battery issue. Coleen Hill is absolutely amazing! Even when I told her she was wrong. I was told that I could remove my battery and just get a replacement....so not the case. Coleen explained to me my phone and even suggested an upgrade.Coleen actually listens she asked me what I do with my phone and it is not much. Love my phone but not ready to upgrade.She is the first person that has actually listened to me and cared about what I do.

Chris was so helpful with getting me a new phone. He made sure my phone was up and running and all of my data backed up correctly before I left the store. He also put a case and liquid screen protector on it for as well as making sure it was synced to my Apple Watch. And the best part...he opened the store on Thanksgiving just so I could get in there!And he helped keep my 5 year old entertained during the whole process. :)

Shevy knows everything about the phone. My 3 sons all learned so much from him about just keeping a positive attitude. He’s always been there when we ended with any questions. Just picked up a galaxy and iPhone for my wife. He helped move all our stuff and made it painless even though we knew none of the passwords.
Came in with issues with my wifes phone. Met with Chevy who helped fix the phone and get it back up and running. Well be going home and talkin to the wife possibly moving into a newer phone. Very happy with my experience overall today. Will be back soon.

I had the pleasure of working with Chris. I needed to upgrade my phone and he was able to give me a list of options to consider. What I liked the most was that he wasn’t pushing a sale and gave me the option to come back when my phone was completely paid off or to do a partial upgrade. I was in a bit of a rush and he made sure he backed my phone up, transferred all of my information and even packaged up my old phone with a shipping label to send back to Verizon quickly. He answered all of my questions without me asking as he made sure I left the store educated about my account, new phone and accessories. I highly recommend requesting Chris for any of your needs!

The salesman at the other Verizon store was very rude and told me he wouldn’t transfer my information over to the new phone. My husband bought a phone at the store yesterday. He worked with Bryan Perkins. Bryan was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the phone and transferring his information from the old phone which my husband has no idea how to do. Although we have gone to other Verizon stores in the area, we will now be visiting the store on Allentown Road when we need anything.

My husband and I went to this store hoping to lower our bill, purchase a new phone and upgrade another phone. We were pleasantly surprised when we met Andrew Trout. He was not only was knowledgeable about all of Verizon products but his calm demeanor comforted us. We had felt taken advantage of by the last store we went to-Andrew took the time to thoroughly explain our existing plan and shared with us ideas on how to save money while adding the new phone. He went above and beyond when he stayed past his end time to finish the job: transfer existing data to new phones. We were tying to save money and went to another cellular carrier (worst mistake). As Sean saw my panic, he jumped right in to help. I stopped in today because I found out that a phone that was gifted to me, even though unlocked, would work much better if I signed up for Verizon service. Alex was there to greet me at the door as soon as I stepped in with a smile and a pleasant attitude. He explained everything to me and went over all of the different options pros and cons and when I left I felt like it was Christmas because of all the promotions that Verizon is offering right now. If you are looking to switch service providers, and this is coming from an 18-year AT&T (previously Cingular) customer, I highly recommend stopping in to see Alex specifically!

My experience with this store is that it was the best thing I ever did. I have been to a couple other ones and this one is by far the best experience of the three. I dropped my iPhone in mud (what a rainy year ) while in my back yard with my dogs 🐕 🐶 this fall and mud got in the charger slot. I had 9700 photos and videos that were not backed up and an iPhone 7 that would not charge any more ... panic mode central. I went to the Verizon store on Forty Foot Road and found sales associate Chris who spent several hours trying different ways to clean out the mud from the charger port. What a relief when he finally found a way to do it without damaging the phone. Today on Christmas Eve I got a new IPhone XS Max and Chris transferred all my phone numbers, messages, and photos seamlessly to my new phone. I will be taking some great photos in 2019. Big thanks to Chris for being a good human being this fall and helping me with my iPhone drama - GREATLY appreciated.
Mellissa Young is my bestest!! We met at another Verizon Store a few years ago. When I walked in This Verizon Store she remembered me and we screamed!! Had a very good experience here if I waited over is very nice. Very informative and thats it very important guy. Shevy helped me get a great phone and a new plan. Everything went well. Didnt charge me to talk to them like Montgomeryville wanted to. Gave me the best options and new phone made more sense than insurance.
