I am a serial iPhone destroyer and Eric always fixes them up without a fuss. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. I brought in a console to have a new disk drive put into it, the guy acted kinda rude but whatever. Fast forward 2 weeks and I don’t hear anything. So I call the guy. “I haven’t gotten to it” was the response “I should get to it next week.” So I give him a week and call him back. “ I got to the drive but it isn’t working, may be a switch on the board I’ll let you know”. Except he never let me know. I call him back two weeks later. “I’m just going to put it back together cause I can’t get it to work. You can buy a refurbished one from me” I said okay I’ll come pick it up in two weeks. I get there to pick it up during a time they’re open and they’re closed. So I call and no answer. He’s finally there 2 hours after opening and he said come back in an hour. Then he charges me $30 when I come back.I finally got my console back after a month and now it doesn’t even try to read disks and overheats when trying to play any of my downloaded games. So essentially the thing is broken 100% now. It’s worse off than when I brought it in.This guy doesn’t care, won’t call you back and then tries to rip you off. I wouldn’t give this guy a penny of my money.

Fixed our Xbox One in a day. Very quick and efficient. Also, clear about pricing and services - no surprises when you pick up fixed equipment. My boys are happy to have their Xbox back. It’s working perfectly. Great shop, I highly recommend.

This tech shop is a wonderfully operated tech service. Services are provided quickly and at reasonable costs. Used tech equipment are available for purchase as well as computer games and may other items.

I brought my iPhone for a cracked screen. Got a defective screen (no reflection on Red Tree Tech). I let him know and he replaced the screen quickly for me without additional charge.

I love little shops like this one, the owner is very knowledgeable of products he has and is helpful when you have a question. This shop has video games from the 1970s til now. It also has cameras, video equipment, some TVs, and VHS to digital transfer services. The prices are great! If you like to support small businesses, Id suggest checking Red Tree Tech out.

Great people and fix my computer fast

This guy will make you feel like youre wasting his time.

Place is a mess. Prices were close to new for a used price.

I had given him my controller to repair took almost two months to even get to it his excuse was he just didn’t get to it yet or parts are coming in and then he charges me 90 bucks for a controller that still has the exact same problem that I took it in for he didn’t do anything just charged me to hold it for two months.

I highly recommend this tech shop.

Awesome job. I destroyed my iPhone screen (even had protective case and glass) with a 3 inch drop. An hour later, after a cup of coffee at Backyard Beans with reading material from the Comic Zen, my phone looked brand new and the screen is working great.Great work from Red Tree, and with such nice neighbors it was a well-spent and pretty mellow afternoon.

Eric the owner has always very helpful, with technical assistance and mostly repairs.He has some low-cost cables but they havent always lasted long for me.I like that hes rehabbing old phone, camera, and video equipment and making it still useful two collectors in appreciators of older workmanship,And keeping them out of landfills

Both with a quick and effective repair of a broken one, and a reasonably priced used reconditioned phone that kept me going in lean period before I could afford to buy my brand new one. They repaired my Samsung Note 4 phone display timely and for a good price.

Just got a game boy advance sp there. They told me on the phone 40$, it was 53$ when I picked it up. Bad prices: God of war (PS4, used) is 40$ when you could pick up a used copy at GameStop for 18.99$. Pokemon Gameboy games should be no more than 45$, but fire red/leaf green is 50$ and emerald is 60$. I like to support local businesses but geez, they gouge you with these prices.

Nice guy but he uses very cheep iPhone replacement screen.I wish I would’ve kept my broken screen this new one hurts my eyes at night and has only half the brightness...

I was very surprised to walk in a find a selection of classic gaming consoles, peripherals and video games (NES, Sega Genesis, etc.)! Definitely was not expecting that as they dont really advertise what they sell, just what they service (practically any type of video equipment). The person working the counter was courteous and knowledgable and Ill certainly stop back soon.

Not only does the person in charge have a blunted affect but he suffers from mental illness . I believe his poor work habits (Leaving work sitting on the shelf for months on end) He probably uses drugs, information granted to me from Eric, the (The person presently in charge) he asked me for a way of getting a connection if I know someon . Poor to no servise, Bad Attitude!!!
