Traveling through Lander, we needed some brake work done the same day so we could continue our travels. The crew was friendly, respectful, and most importantly thorough, professional and timely with the work. We’re happily back on the road!

I had a terrific experience at The Bike Mill! I’m on the TransAm route and needed a quick wheel rebuild and general tune-up and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. Rusty talked me through my bike and some upgrades I could make without being pushy or ‘mansplaining’ my bike to me, which is a really big plus as a young woman on tour. I would 100% recommend going to The Bike Mill for any biking questions or needs. Rusty was fantastic and Lucas was extremely cheery and answered all my calls with kindness and attention. I’m a huge fan of bike shops and I’ve been fortunate to poke my head in many fantastic shops all around the country. On my northbound ride of the great divide I came in for a tune up at the bike mill. Then on my way east on the trans am I needed a major rework of my drivetrain and a ton of other little jobs. They did a great job on both accounts and were incredibly quick. Stuff that should take a shop a week they fired out in under a day. Most importantly I was able to call the shop later on my ride and they helped me trouble shoot an issue on the road. No doubt the bike mill has to be one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. I can’t recommend them enough for mechanical work!!!

Another win for Rusty. I was visiting from Denver with tubeless issues on my road bike. Rusty fixed me up while I handled my service call, same day turn around. He even took care of a chain install which I had with me but just didn’t have the time to do myself. Hands down exceptional service.

I purchased a mountain bike from the Bike Mill last summer. Rio and the other staff answered all my questions and made suggestions to help me pick out the right bike. They’ve always done great service on any bikes that I’ve brought in for maintenance. A great business in our Lander community!

Rusty is absolutely amazing in his knowledge and expertise in repairing bikes. He did a very thorough tune-up while at the same time, only replacing parts as needed. His prices are very reasonable. He went out of his way to get the bike repaired the same day as we were traveling through. We come to Lander to recreate occasionally, and will gladly return to his shop. I would recommend him and the shop without hesitation.

The Bike Mill team is the best. Im a newbie and they all helped me all the time. Im in there a lot. They are super patience and always helpful. Rio, Michelle, and Greg, it does not matter who. That is why it was so easy to buy a new bike from them. They researched what would be the best bike for me after they visited with me on my goals and ability. (And price range) I would have say, rent a fat tire bike from them if you do not own one. It is a great experience.

Came in here at the end of the day while racing the tour divide with like a thousand things wrong with my bike. Rio stayed late and went absolutely above and beyond to get my steed back in well-working order and make sure I wouldn’t get stranded on my way across ge basin. Literally one of the best consumer experiences I’ve ever had, and a super nice, laid back guy to boot. Can’t recommend this shop highly enough.

These guys are the real deal! Everything about their business is five star. They will be straight up with you about repairs & costs, they know what they’re doing & will explain it to you without making you feel like an idiot. We are from Moab, home of some great bike shops, but the Bike Mill was far more personalized & specific to what our bikes needed than anything at home. New favorite bike shop, thanks Rusty!

I sent my 10 year old son over one afternoon with $20 for his BMX bike and told him to ask what parts were needed to fix his brakes. He said the man was very busy and would get to it when he could...in the back of my mind I wondered if the fact that the customer was only 10 years old would be taken advantage of...by either the time or money needed to fix the bike. I was delighted first thing the next morning when Michelles voice greeted me and announced that the bike was ready and the grand total was...about $10!! Thank you Lander Bike Mill. This was our second visit and we will come back!

Rio and his team at The Bike Mill are extremely knowledgeable, as well as, personable. Ive had the pleasure of working with this awesome team on many occasions. They have completed both simple and complicated bike repairs and overhauls for me. Additionally, Ive purchased several bikes from them; ranging from bikes for my kids off the show room floor to special order bikes. They are definitely an asset to our community.

I came through from out of town with a bent front rim and a leaking rear tire. The folks at the bike mill fixed both the same day. Im very happy with the repairs and friendly service. They have a top notch setup and are very knowledgeable. I would definitely go again of i needed repairs. They have a nice selection of new bikes and supplies as well.

They take time to answer all your questions and provide wonderful advice. they never pressure you into getting more than what you need. everything was very affordable! there is a reason I drive from rock springs to have them service my bike.
