Cube smart self storage is a wonderful place to rent a storage for your belongings. The staff is very friendly helpful and willing to answer all questions needed to assist you with your moving. The gentleman was so nice and kind to hold the storage until the end of the day, while I figure out where I was going to rent a storage. That is absolutely customer satisfaction. Love this place!

Ms. Maria was beautiful she helped me makes wise decision with what I wanted to do. She called me after I reserve the storage unit online. When I had arrived, she immediately explain what CubeSmart had to offer. Especially the rental of the truck. Which save me time and money. She showed me my unit and also help me arrange how my setup might look like after I had told her what I was storing. Some people just write it up and throw you the lock. She is so into her job that she remind me of me. Keeping doting your is for the job and thank you for making me feel like I matter.

Had an excellent experience thanks to Jasmine. She was very helpful, polite and respectful. The facility is very clean but most importantly its gated and secured.

Your manager Jasmine was awesome she went over everything with me she was so forthcoming with all the information I needed and she helped me by showing me several different sizes that allowed me to make a proper decision on what I needed so shes awesome keep her shes really good I like Jasmine a lot.

The units are very clean and secure. Prices are decent. Great customer service. Someone loves in site, and everything is gated. They also have late access hours, until 10pm.

Very courteous. The storage unit I was given is next to the light for aisle. I was very happy about that because I was moving in at night. The young lady that helped me was so pleasant. It was a great experience. I used the Lancaster .ca. Office on 10th division. Im very sorry I dont remember her name., but nevertheless excellent service.

LOVE this place! The units are clean and in great condition. The locks are heavy duty but easy to use. We started off with one unit then added a second, the paperwork and entire process went really quick (with both units). Socorro is the coolest woman, any questions you have; she knows the answer. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

The staff at this location is great and provides great customer service. If I lived closer to Lancaster, I would have most definitely stayed at this location.

We called many different facilities and chose CubeSmart because of the good price and the friendly, helpful, and professional customer service provided by Carlos and Maria. They provided us with an overnight parking spot for an 18X16 foot POD, provided an onsite truck to move the contents to the rented cubical, and Maria provided us with cold drinking water to help us get through the 3 hour move on a hot afternoon. She also gave us a 1/2 hour grace period past the office closing time. We are so thankful for their kindness and support.

Love this place. Its clean. Manager is nice. This is my second time using this storage since 2006. My storage fees went up. Nobody is happy with that. Hopefully Ill be able to downsize this year to pay a lower fee.

Carlos was exceptional and made the whole process smooth, it was easy and quick. With our second unit, Soccoro was excellent as well, she got us all set up quickly and answered all of our questions. Would recommend this place to anybody. Great business with great people.
