They didn’t do anything about it someone broke in to my store life storage in Lancaster doesn’t care about it customers

Let me start off by saying these ladies are AMAZINGGGG I recently went in looking for a storage space but at the moment that didn’t have any available and they offer to put me on a waitlist. I called today to make sure I was still on that list and also wanted to change the size I needed. Customer service here is impeccable.

I came in last week for boxes the lady’s in office were nice and polite I was in a hurry and they had me in and out quick.

I called a day in advance and spoke to Danny to arrange storage for my travel trailer. He gave me pretty detailed instructions for what I needed to do, which included completing an online registration. I did everything that he asked me to do. He told me that they closed for lunch between 1:00 and 2:00. I told him I would be there shortly after 2:00.Since my truck is not running, I paid someone $150.00 to tow it for me. We were on our way to Life Storage when, about 2:05, I received a call from, I think it was Sandy. She told me that I needed to bring the registration and proof of insurance. Had I known of this the day before, I would have made arrangements to bring the documents, however they were at my house, which is about 80 miles away, so I asked her if I could bring the trailer there and bring the documents in the next day. She said NO! I ended up wasting the $150 and having to park the trailer somewhere illegally. I sure hope it doesnt get towed tonight.

Got storage for the first time. And I wasn’t sure how it was all going to go. Life storage was the first and only spot I visited. Sandy was great at showing me the different sizes that would work for me. And I got a special for the 2nd month half off. She was so great, I didn’t need to go anywhere else. Thank you again for making my first storage experience so great! :))

Keenan and Debbie have consistently provided me with customer service far better than I expected! They are very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I recommend the Lancaster Life Storage to anyone, and I also recommend Keenan for promotion as it is rare to see new employees anywhere show such strong work ethic.

Right off the batt when you walk into the office you feel welcomed. Sandy was great at helping me decide what size I needed to store my belongings. I am new to storage and appreciated the help and advice given to me. The facility is also very clean. My climate control space worked out great. Couldn’t have had a better first experience. No assistance after someone damage my RV 5 times

Got a storage unit yesterday and the service was great! The manager was very friendly and getting the unit did not take much time at all. Nice facility with great security features. Will feel safe having my stuff there.

Very friendly. They showed me a couple of sizes that could fit my needs. Very knowledgeable of the location. Were able to locate truck rental locations for me as well. Would definitely recommend this place.

Recently moving from the West Coast to the East Coast, I was in need of a storage space for belongings I temporarily wanted to keep in L.A. along with my car. Life Storage in Lancaster proved to not only be the best price in the Los Angeles region but Debbie and Sandy were very accommodating and friendly. They enabled me to come to Lancaster to view a number of storage spaces and car spots which were extremely clean and well kept. All of the storage facilities and car spots are in a secured area, accessed only by renters who have a security code.Not only did Debbie and Sandy agreed to hold the storage space for me along with the car spot until I was ready to take them (for no additional charge, or deposit), they also gave me a 50% discount on both the storage space and car spot for the 2nd month. No locked in contract, or deposit required.I highly recommend Life Storage Lancaster, CA.

Its a nice place with nice storage spaces from small to XXXtra large lol with very polite and helpful employees. They have supplies you can buy while there like boxes, locks, tape, rope etc etc. Its a great place for my familys belongings and I shall recommend them to friends and family and will use them again if necessary

Someone broke into it and stole the battery from my boat. They are not responsible for anything. The manager and the ppl who work there are nice, but it will cost me money. I dont feel secure. I dont recommend this place.

I recently relocated from Phoenix back to the AV. When I reserved my truck with Uhaul, I received a referral to Storage Express stating that since I used a one way truck rental the first month at the storage facility would be free. When I got to the storage center, they denied the free month stating that the first month free only applied to Uhaul facilities. If that were to be the case, why would Uhaul even refer customers to a facility? All things considered, I needed to get my truck back to Uhaul so that I wouldnt incur more charges and didnt have the time to find a less costly facility to store my belongings.So fast forward a few months to where Im moving into a house and need to get my belongings out of storage. My move in date is a week after my storage rent is due. And lo and behold, this facility refuses to pro-rate the weeks worth of rent. Who doesnt pro-rate?To top it off, the corporate offices refuse to accept a complaint on the facility since theyre a licensee, and when you call the customer service line, they dont have any contact information for complaints. They know that theyre just out to take your money and decide to make it as difficult as possible to file a complaint. Last time Ill ever use this facility. Plus, Ill be warning everyone that I know of not to use it as well.
