Our experience with All Heart Heating and AC was excellent. Representatives Rick Caron and Cody were thorough, helpful, patient, and not at all pushy. They offered us several options and took the time to patiently explain each one. The 2 day install process went smoothly and the installers took the time to explain every single question I asked along the way. The installers worked as a team to complete the project. They were respectful, careful & courteous in our house and property. Rick Caron oversaw the whole process from start to finish, and the customer service has been exemplary. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Heart Heating & AC for their customer service, workmanship, and patience of guiding us through the process.

I have been using DS Heating & Air since we had our AC and ducts installed four years ago. I have had many techs come through but none will stand out as much as Rick (the field supervisor). I have our regular maintenance done every spring & fall. We finally bit the bullet and got our new water tank installed. Let me tell you that I was very impressed with how quickly the work was done. Not only that but Rick and his team were very thorough and professional. One of the things I was impressed by is Rick’s ability to connect with his customers. He is very honest (which for me that’s a pretty big deal.) We got the new water tank and surge protectors for the ac unit which he recommended. Thanks guys! We are very happy with our install.

I wrote a review earlier about the service on the quote but I will say it again from the time Rick came out to look at the system. He explained everything in great detail. He showed me what needed to be done. Showed me all the options and then explained the process in detail. If I wasn’t already Impressed when the team arrived on time they got to work rite away. This job was a difficult one and the temperature outside was above 100 deg. There was a crew of three, This was the hardest I have seen a crew work. Not only that but they got to the site around 7 am and worked straight through 7:30-8 pm to complete the job and insure it was working properly. And the final Thing I will say is how neat and professional the job was done. They also cleaned up. I am not easily impressed. He took the time to listen to my needs and talk me through the options till we came up with a solution that was right for my home. The installers were terrific. Very quick and efficient service. Replaced my HVAC with an air filtration system and installed new ducts within 6 days of my call for service during a heat wave when my old unit quit working. I signed the contract for service on Friday evening and Monday morning Dylan the owner of the company and the installation manager Robert personally came to my house to install a new unit. All the workers were professional and polite. I’m very thankful for such prompt and courteous service and I highly recommend them for all your heating and air conditioning needs.

We have two units at our house and unfortunately they both went down during this last heat wave, BUT AllHeart came to our rescue. We treated from beginning to end. Immediately scheduled for a visit/diagnostic check on our units, and the service tech couldn’t of been more knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Very please with the experience, I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

We paid close to $2,000 to fix our air conditioner. It worked one day only. They stole our money and our unit doesnt work. No warranty, no refund, for a terrible job. Who gets paid for a terrible job? I have never been paid to work for terrible work results. Please get another company to help with your air conditioner problem.

Very professional and outstanding customer service. Their inspector/supervisor, Rick, was great and very thorough explaining as well as showing what he was explaining. Installers were great as well, very respectable and efficient with wrecking out old ducts and installing new ducts. They were clean how they work and also made sure everything was clean before they left. And calling they office was great customer service. Very thorough and efficient on everything and gave great scheduling so new ducts could be installed ASAP. Haven’t had service like this in a long time and I’ m thankful for it.

We have been struggling to get our a/c fixed for a year relying on our “home warranty” company. The latest news was that we needed to get maintenance done on our unit, so we reached out to All Heart for this. The rep came out, and not only did the maintenance on our unit but also did a thorough inspection of everything. It was extremely informal and they truly went above and beyond what we expected.

There was clear understandable explanation of findings good and concerning. No pressure to fix things concerning as none life threatening. Understanding and respectful when quotes given for future work were more than we can afford at this time. Pictures taken validating good and concerning issues that were hated. He was very professional and respectful.

I was referred to All Heart Heating and when Michael arrived he was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I was surprised by the damage to my air conditioning unit but with his help Michael walked me thru all of the information I needed to make the decision to repair my unit, now my home gets very cold, Amanda has been AMAZINGLY helpful with anything I’ve needed, thanks for being a great and personal company that I will refer people to again and again.

Do not use this company. They showed up late and didn’t help at all. I called because my AC wasn’t cold and he ended up telling me he couldn’t even LOOK at the unit to tell me what was wrong with it unless I paid $200 for them to clean it first. All he did was crawl around the attic and then came down to look at the furnace….. I don’t understand why I paid $74 for them to come out and NOT CHECK OUT THE AC….. when I told him I wasn’t going to pay $200 for him to clean it he went on to try to sell me a $300 service package for future visits when he hadnt even fixed the unit this time OR even tell me what the problem was. DONT waste your time or money on this company.

I am worse off than where i started! The tech caused so much damage I now will likely need as much as the wanted for repairs to repair their damages! My unit is trash. I get that. They were unable to fix it. This is understandable. The tech showed me picture and was very polite. One week before DS came i had my plumbing checked for leaks. Plumber confirmed plumbing is fine the unit needed repair. 2 days after the tech attempted to fix the unit my ceiling fell down in my closet. It had became so wet it collapsed. The tech had someone losened the water and caused a leak. Again forgivable if the company had handled this professionally. They did not! I was told “we’ll see about fixing the damage” its been nearly a month an no contact. My room smells musty and has been causing breathing issues. They also left the unit disembled with parts loose on my roof. I have never had such an unprofessional experience.

Outstanding service and professionalism! I would definitely recommend this company.They were accommodating to my schedule and showed up on a Saturday to check out my air conditioning system and checked everything out, took pictures and showed me and took the time to explain what the readings meant.I ended up having to replace my entire system as it was 20 years old and in bad shape. The price was fair and the installation was faster than expected. The whole system was removed and new system installed, including duct work in one day.They took the time to explain everything that was done and how it worked. Everything was done and handled very professionally.This is definitely a top notch outfit.

I RECOMMEND PENNIES AC INSTEAD. This was such an awful experience trying to talk to them over the phone. The girl was so rude. On top of that, I had the exact model of the ac I wanted and she wasnt able to give me a general estimate of how much it would be. She insisted that they would have to come out and see it. Nevermind that it was going to cost money for a price on the exact model we already knew we wanted. The worst part was that she was willing to ask me a million questions about how I was going to be paying, and also refusing to come unless my boyfriend was here as well. She ensured me that NO ONE would be able to tell me anything over the phone. I told her someone already gave me an estimate over the phone (and they didnt even need to know how I was going to be paying or what year the house was built/how many rooms/sq ft/where is the ac located). Well it was taking sooooooo long with all of the questions that didnt even include what ac we wanted. She assured me that I didnt know which one I wanted because there are so many... Which kinds?? She couldnt tell you that either. It was awful. I ended up going with PENNIES AC. They were so kind over the phone and they didnt treat me like I was dumb, they listened to what I wanted and were able to make changes as we went along. We ended up replacing ac & heating with them and they were able to give me a final price without asking about what color is the paint on the wall. They were professional and they KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Tech was very punctual. Arrived at the beginning of his 2 hour window. Very professional and followed CDC safety guidelines well. Offered very in depth explanations to current issues, potential future issues, and available maintenance options.

Routine inspection of H&A system they installed5 years ago. Much cleaning and repair were suggested, but because of COVID I have decided to revisit this suggestion in the future.The inspection was thorough and well done.

About a month ago I called this place because my dogs had chewed through my AC wires and I needed it repaired. Someone came out to fix it, all was good. Yesterday I had to call again for the same issue, however this time it was a different story. The employee came out ( very nice ) and literally touched a couple wires, went to the circuit breaker and the AC was up and running again. He explained to me that I needed to buy a part to put over the wires so the dogs wouldnt chew through it again. He gave me an option of either him doing it or buying it myself, which would have problems cost less than 5 dollars. Naturally Id rather pay for a part than have him do it for the estimated 200. He told me he had to charge me a 74 dollar service fee for coming out, no problem. 4 hours later I go outside and the wires he put back together sparked and the entire AC unit stopped working. I left an email explaining the situation. I got a call back this morning, with someone explained to me he was one of the field managers . He told me his worker said I refused service on the AC unit, and if I wanted it fixed it would be another 74 dollar service fee plus an additional 200 to fix it? I never refused any service ! The person on the phone told me well theres plenty of people that will fix it for you in your area, told me to have a nice day, and hung up on me. I attempted to call back only to get the call to voice-mail. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life .

They inspected my heating system and advice me of my different options available. They are coming backto install a new heating system. Needs lots of repairs and its 27 yrs old, so I decided to just have a new one installed. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable.

Requested an estimate for fixing A/C problems consisting of 1) attic insulation dust blowing through the air registers, and 2) weak air flow. We had a bad experience with a different contractor we had initially retained. Rick from DS came by to give us an estimate. We decided to go forward with the package offered which consisted of new air ducts and a new furnace. From start to finish, Rick was the focal for all questions we had concerning the system design, installation schedule and government permitting process. We couldnt be happier with the end result. The right amount of clean, cool air in every room. I highly recommend Rick and his team!

DS quote was $11,000 higher than everyone else I got a quote from. I dont understand... the salesman said $23,000 for a new heater & 3 ton AC unit.

So my AC went out today and it’s 104 degrees!!! I was so afraid I was going to have to pay a Fortune and wait forever for it to be fix.... but these guys were very courteous and professional. My apt time was 4-6 my tech arrived at 4:20! He found the problem it was a very small issue and I’m so glade the didn’t try to up-charge me!!! Perfect customer service!!! I’m very satisfied and I’ll definitely recommend them!!!!!

Ive had AC/Heating work done in the past and it seems much of the work was shoddy and more about the big dollar. However, with DS Heating and Air I have been given quality products, exceptional labor, and great on-the-spot service. All of the crew (including Sales, and Customer Services) during my install was professional and courteous. In particular, one install member, Johnny sold me on the value of protecting the newly installed systems and home with simple circuit breaker protectors. I cannot say how important that was to me. Advice and recommendations beyond planned work is a plus in my book. The customer doesnt always know beyond the basics of install. This work was done quickly and more importantly, correct. My a/c went out about 3am in Jun when it was very hot. I called Stacy and she managed to work us into their schedule that morning with Kenneth F. Kenneth is highly ethical, meticulous, professional, methodical, thorough and efficient. Undaunted by not readily identifying the problem, he went through the entire system until he finally discovered the cause. Both the company and Kenneth were sensitive to my families needs and Kenneth was truly sincere in his compassion and empathy for my disabled daughter and 95 year old wheelchair bound father, making them feel very comfortable with him. Kenneth was able to get our system up and running and suggested Scott L. their Comfort Advisor come to review our HVAC system. We will be scheduling with DS in the future for all new duct work installation throughout the house. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Our first inspection a year ago was thorough; however, due to their being short staffed, our annual fall inspection didnt even get on the schedule until January. One poor guy was carrying the load, and I must say that, though he was very congenial, his inspection of our heating and air system was the briefest, least thorough, of any we have ever had on any of our heat pumps. Hopefully, they will hire more employees soon, and we wont be waiting 2/3 of the year for our spring check.Husband took pictures of outside of unit, which has none of the correct screws and even one missing screw. Screws used are way larger than those which were in the unit and more than likely have enlarged the opening.The main complaint is lack of staff and scheduling one guy to try to do all the backed up services, and this replacing our screws with those used is definitely not satisfactory.Furthermore, the fact you cannot find us in your records is more than disconcerting. Maybe you need a new bookkeeper as well as more technicians?

DS Mechanical is awesome! I called them in the Morning, and they fit me in last call of the day. Chris was very professional and informative, able to explain clearly the problem with the unit, and answer my questions, they were neat, fast and efficient. This home has two separate systems, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They repaired one and serviced the second unit. Their prices are fair. I would highly recommend this company!, They have also serviced two other of our properties in the past, same wonderful service. I would recommend them to anyone seeking excellent service!

He said he would have someone come out to see what was going on. Soon after, we were in touch with Scott.Scott came out to look at what was going on with our old system. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided us with a couple of options so that we could pick what would work for our needs. Scott explained exactly how the new system would work, the installation process, the warranties, financing, etc. We appreciated that he took his time and explained everything with great detail. He even kept in constant contact with us throughout the installation and even afterwards to see how we liked our new system.The technicians (David, Luis, Robert & Shaun) that came out to do the installation were on time, efficient and very professional. These guys were really hard workers! Once the system was installed, they made sure we understood how to use the system and that all our questions were answered. When they left, you never knew they were there (other than seeing the brand new a/c). They left everything immaculate!Over the years, weve had a few contractors come and do work for us. We think that family-owned & operated companies such as DS Heating & Air always have better customer relations. We have to say this is one of the best top notch companies out there. Our appointment was for 8am. I had to call at 8.30 and the technician arrived at 8.50. If a technician is unavoidably detained the customer should receive a telephone call advising them of this fact. This is why we are giving a four star review, not for the quality of work which is always five star.

I had Chris the service tech come out to fix my heater. He was very thorough and found the heat ex changer was cracked in our heater. He explained that this is how carbon monoxide can get into your house. He took a video and showed us the crack so we could confirm it, and sure enough there it was. So we had DS give us an estimate and moved forward with the job. I was worried how things would turn out and I have to say these guys were beyond good with the whole process. Everything was fully explained and when they were done they cleaned like it was there house. I have no problems recommending this company to anyone who may need a good heating and air company.

I just called DS Heating and Air. The woman on the phone was very courteous and set me up with a same day appointment between 12:30 and 1:30. Within the hoyr, Claudia called me ask if it would be ok for a tech to show up earlier. YES... Within half hour, Christian arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem with my heater. I would recommend DS Heating & Air to everyone. We called them to come out and perform a leak test because our air conditioner wasnt working well at all. Slow service

Was told the service charge would be $69. they wanted an amount up to what service i would allow and i said $300. so that is what they billed without repair and then wanted $1015.00 more for repair on a part that is $250. they really take advantage and pad their bills would never call again

My Co-worker recommended this company when my 17 year old air conditioner stopped working. I called at 4pm thursday and made a 9am friday appointment. The service tech arrived promptly at 9 with tools in hand ready to help. Chris was great and even put covers over his shoes even though i insisted it was not necessary. He found the problem quickly, discussed options with me and had everything repaired within the 30 minutes he said it would take. The office called me later in the day to confirm everything was repaired and that my house had cooled down. All i can say is WOW! They definitely understand customer service and i will be calling them every time Im in need.
