I have a residential Burnham oil boiler. Shortly after the warranty period expired, the oil company that was servicing our unit identified a crack. I contacted the company over the phone and was told that there was nothing they would do. The boiler is working, but inefficiently. Now, two years later, I I contacted a number of oil companies to get estimates for a replacement. I was told by these companies that there were “problems” with the boilers that were made during that time period which have been subsequently fixed in later models. I believe that due to the latent defects, the warranty should be extended and I should receive compensation to replace my current boiler. I have been emailing the company multiple times without a response.I believe I am being stonewalled and am a very unhappy customer-this is no way to conduct business.”
EXTREMELY creepy female answering the phone is extremely rude and just hangs up the phone on customers.
