The greatest place to do your shopping. They have everything, and plenty. Their check out lines go very quickly. Their employees are always helpful. Their meat, chicken, and seafood is always at the highest quality level! As well as their fruits and vegetables! If you havent been there, give it a try. Youll love it!!

Be careful purchasing Solar Panels through Sunrun. I signed a 45 day contract for them to install Critter Gaurds on my panels at half the cost. They did not contact me to do the install. I called many times and they transferred me to different departments. They sent me another 45 day contract and again, gave me the the run around. Because they took so long I had to find a contractor and have them installed myself at full price they contacted me right I after left a bad yep review. After everything I went through with them they did not want to to give the same discount. I could also show pictures and the invoice that the work was completed.Because I live in a rural area I thought maybe they were having a hard time finding a contractor to do the work. At the same time I didnt get any communication from them.

Food & drink in bulk, good prices cant beat it.

Costco is always full when I come here. But it makes sense, the amount of deals you get at Costco is astounding. Would always recommend coming here. Doesnt matter about what they sell, their food or their gas but they always give a great price. Would like to say that its always packed. Doesnt matter if its for food, gas or their products, its always packed. Masks are required and even during covid this place is packed. Would highly recommend this place

What can I say about Costco that hasnt already been said? I always try to be nice to any employees of places I patronize, but Lancaster California Costco staff are a cut above and it shows. Hey, @Costco, this is why we keep coming back and why we love you!!

The money we save on gasoline more than covers the cost of our membership. And the early hour for seniors is a great convenience. Just cant go wrong going to Costco San Marcos.

Friendly helpful associates. I hadnt been at this location for a while. I asked an associate for help and with a large smile on her face walked me to the aisle where the merchandise was. Another associate help me at the self check out. Costco always has the merchandise Im looking for and theyre always well stocked. Costcos associates are wonderful.

Not what l was led to believe but there are some good deals on certain items. Became a member in the beginning of the year so still new to Costco. This location has fresh meats but the prices are comparable. Not sure yet if Ill renew my membership 🤔

For store: I always use self checkout and everything was a breeze. Still a lot of people to consider being in the same building. Meats are too expensive and good for family who buy bulks.For gas station: Of course there would always be a line but luckily Im patient for under priced yet quality gas compared to competitors.

Love Costco! Wish they would bring back their onions for the hot dogs at the Cafe. There is an employee, Joe, who is a sweetheart, courteous and is on it! I went in the evening.

Friendly & Helpful associates, they helped me get a product that was not on display but was advertised online. They took the time to look for the product and brought it to me, super nice of them. Now I know all you have to do is Ask and they will help you with anything. Thank you associates

Ive been to many Costco stores and this location is by far the worst. I honestly dread going there. The employees are rude. Their parkinglot layout sucks. The gas line is ridiculously long and blocking traffic in the intersection. It is always chaos trying to get in.. or out for that matter. Im honestly considering dropping my membership. Sams is way better, in my opinion.

To buy many things is good, but not to buy one or two things..and wait in line for 20 or 30 min.

I have fun shoppin in this store. I can stock up on alot of things. Usually @ a pretty decent price.

With Costco we all know what to expect in terms of shopping experience, sky high shelves stocked with everything imaginable for anyones home needs & glutinous wants. Although gotta say the Kirkland brand alcohol is the best part for me, but dont worry I dont have a problem😉

If you need something for your home, or even office, the answer is yes, they have it. This is not a grocery store so do not expect a quick in, quick out trip, there will be lines and waits no matter what you are there for, but it is well worth your time. Friendly and efficient staff, clean and organized store, with affordable and competitive pricing. Best place to shop in the AV.

More for the tire shop side I purchased tires here installed here first time went fine, went back in for a rotation and refill nitrogen which is free for the service, but I received a call saying somethings about my lug nut difficulties basically selling me lug nuts at $3 each I needed 20 they basically said if I don’t get it fix they would not service me in the future, rude over the phone in person super nice I end up just paying the 67 which I didn’t have time for the 1.5 wait with an appointment!!!

Well stocked, staff is helpful, and if you ever have a question I have never had an issue.This place is always packed so allow some extra time to look around and walk since we the aisles are packed.The line for the registers is always confusing. Seems like they want you to choose a line and stay there but then you get so many people who were behind you checking out before you.There are always new items every time I go which is good but also a marketing pattern to make me buy more so good job on Costco.Mask policy is still a little confusing so wear one if you are on the fence.

Ive shopped at Costco for over 20 years. Notice for several years they are not caring as many name brand items as they did in the past. I now mainly shop at Costcos for dairy, toiletries, meats and gas. Other items I get from Smart& Final or market. Pain to drive to several places but when you want your name brand....

I love this Costco and its employees. They are all always so nice and accommodating. My 8 year old even got serenaded when one of the employees found out it was her birthday!

To busy. Thats why I dont go there. I went to redeem my bonus coupon from credit card. On paper say you can ask 4 check by phone. But they say no. Wont let you apply it to credit card either. Well cashed it at customer service and left. You shouldnt force people to go in. Im disabled and store like that hard 4 me and the drive.

Syra, a simple worker bee at Cosco proved herself to be quite rude and DISRESPECTFUL to my husband for not wearing a mask; she then turns to me and says she would not serve me although I was wearing a mask and my husband had left. I believe she is tired of her job and needs to be fired or retrained in customer service.

Used to have a membership, let it expire because of the ridiculous lines and lack of variety. Tried to give them my money and buy a gift card for someone but they said I had to be a member to buy one. I recommend a Sams membership instead.

Were a 2 person house. A lot of items are too much for us. However there are many things that I do prefer to buy at Costco. I only go there 5-6 times a year and occasionally order online.

Car wash, gas, tire and costco wholesale. All in one location.

Gas station closed. No sparkling water. The three things I was going to costco for I couldnt get. But the good news I got a squishmallows for my niece

Prices are over marked from other Costcos. Found 2 different blankets that cost $17.99 & $19.99 here but elsewhere it was $14.99 & $9.99 for the 2. The older lady who was at the door was very rude with people leaving (she was pulling receipts out of peoples hands, was yelling at a couple & walked off with another couples receipt & had them waitting there, she did the same with us before letting us leave). On the plus side this Costco has a car wash.

Super crowded today but probably because it was the first day of kids back to school so moms are taking advantage of the kid free shopping time. Still the check out line was fast even though it went all the way to the back of the store. Everyone was very friendly too.

I found my Costco experience average. I wasnt able to find some of my items on my list. I did find Costco brand dental treats, 72 count were $22.99, while I paid $34.99 for same to be shipped. Cant understand the huge difference here. Not good. Some of the items I brought were higher for the same type and weight. Some I couldnt find. Upon checkout, customers could only use the express self serve checkout for 15 items or less, there are less cashier assisted lines. Not so at Sams. I found there is no history of store purchases, only online. Sams has this convenience. Im sensitive to grains, I found no pasture raised milk or eggs, only organic. I like Sams better.

Its not fear to send yor members to take so long line coz of food court. You should make another way for people who coming for lunch buy food only.

Went with a friend 3pm on Thursday for his glasses. Was busynot to bad of a wait pulling a number 12 people ahead. Not bad maybe 40 minutes. I’m please with the out come keep coming back..👍

Love Costco! Their employees are great here. I really like the new self checkout lanes. I still use the regular line if Ive got a bunch of stuff, so thankful thats there as well.

The new check-out process of a single line was terrible. I know its a busy weekend, but this caused the line to loop twice down the north side of the warehouse main aisle. The flow when moving from one aisle to the next to shop was blocked by the lines of people trying to check out. You had to back-track to get to the next aisle. People were confused, jammed up, and cutting in-line without realizing it. I felt bad for the guys trying to direct everyone. You need to figure something else out.

Lancaster Costco is always great! I love everything here. Not much to say other than is good like every other Costco.

Very nice sidewalks in parking lot. Store well stocked. Friendly service. No line on Saturday 12:30 ? Great! But gas lines are crazy.

They have put some checkout lines in do it yourself lines pretty efficient however I believe Sams club has them beat with the app the app at Sams club you go scan and pay and to the door to leave I really appreciate that because youre always looking around both places that stuff you dont really need or that youre interested in etc so by the time you are done doing all your window shopping and get to the real shopping and then exit youve been in there for a couple hours so its nice at Sams club that youre able to check out and still be looking around only thing is you cannot buy liquor on the app which is understandable!

The 2 stars are base on the experience at the Costco members customer service line and gas station! Customer service line was disappointing! The wait time was long! And the staff were helping people that wasnt in line! Mind bothering?! However, the worker at the costco gas station was very helpful & polite! I misplace my Costco card and he offer me to use his card! Ty again! Maybe I will have overall better experience next time!?

I went today to buy on Costco on Lancaster CA everything was fine but I saw i beats by Dre really cheap so I ask for the paper to buy them so I can pay on the cashier and I buy other stuff so I went to the cashier to pay the cashier was a really nice guy his name is Oscar so I pay for the beats by Dre but when I went to pick them up the lady told me that the beats by Dre are sold out i wait more the 30 mins waiting because no body was in the waiting area and finally somebody show up and see my receipt and told me sorry the beats are sold out wowww really i feel very frustrated if they dont have a product any more take all the advertisement

Google says you open at 9am. But you only allow seniors and first responders inside the first hour. You should update your hours on Google to reflect that.

Costco was great. Shopping was easy. Not really crowded. Then I ordered pizza; what a mistake. Promised 25 to 35 minutes. They took numerous pizzas out of the oven and sold them by the slice!!! AFTER ALMOST AN HOUR I STARTED TO COMPLAIN. RIGHT AT AN HOUR AND I FINALLY GOT MY FOOD AND LEFT!!!

Costco is clean and well organized. They generally have a selection of what I want. The staff is fantastically kind and helpful. I also get my gas at Costco. They recently up graded the area with visual displays showing when a pump is open. The line can be difficult, but they have staff directing traffic when this happens.

Enjoy going to Costco the only thing I don’t like are the long lines and how crowded it is they need to build another Costco in the antelope Valley But I shop more at Sam’s Club.. Only because less crowded and you’re in and out we faster and they have the same products but from check out usually takes 10 to 15 minutes where Costco And take you 25 to 35 minutes to check out

I love Costco. They have good quality items at good prices on most items. I have a large family so buying in large quantity is not a problem usually. Restrooms are clean and easily accessible. However I dont like their new self checkout. Its ridiculous and whoever planned it has never worked or shopped there. They dont have scanners (because they break, all other stores have scanners). If you want ice or something you have to call a employee, and you have to stack everything in the shelf on the side of the register ( this is Costco items are usually large). If you have a large order go to a regular cashier.

Costco is the place to be! Free food samples, affordable nice clothing, bulk purchases that you couldnt use up in a month not to mention the tons of items you dont really need but will buy anyway just because and then get in arguments with your significant other for days.... 🙃 this place is great!! 👍 😃 a 12ft Teddy Bear is very necessary!

For a Friday evening the store wasnt nearly as crowded as we expected it to be. So our shopping chore wasnt difficult at all and the store was clean and the workers we great. Thank you Costco staff members

Only con i have about Costco is that they make you wait till exactly 10am before you can go in sams does the same thing. I get why both places has the hours set the way they do but going in 10 min early wouldnt hurt especially when its 100 outside at 10 am

They will take the food from your shopping cart in front of all the customers and humiliate you for not wearing a mask properly. The worst is how they yell at you to put it on... and how are you supposed to react when approached with verbal abuse. The management team ACTUALLY LAUGHED AS THEY TOOK MY KIDS FOOD AWAY.. saying.. This is MY food the black manager with glasses older age non-gentleman roughly 50 years old.....he laughed..and not one person in the whole store stoop up to EVIL.

Whoever designed this place must not have comprehended urban planning. The cars lined up to fill up with gasoline block the entry to the Costco Warehouse, creating an insane traffic problem. Theyve tried to cram in too much into too small a space. Other than that, its a Costco.

Line are no longer around the store. Fast and east to check out now.

Excellent service, friendly people all around. Prices could be a little better, most pricing is really good, but a few items are a bit on the expensive side. For instance; a 28ct box of frito lay chips was 12$ and the same box is 9$ at winco foods. Im sure that is only 1 of very little instances, I will still be a shopper here 🤙
