I use Postal Connections as my go-to for all my mailing needs. I live close, and find the location with shopping center parking, it is very convenient. This facility is family owned by the kindest people. They are respectful, knowledgeable, and will help you make the best decision for Postal needs. Privately owned franchise that offers full USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL services. Printing, copying, invitations, business and personal cards are all available there. Mailbox rentals in various sizes which are available by the month if need be. Mailing and packing supplies are available for either you to wrap or they will do it at no additional cost. The owner is usually there for customer service and assistance. Its a small facility but their prices are very reasonable and the staff is wonderful. Its a great place to go to get away from the larger chain stores and receive personal service.

These wonderful people helped us during a time in which we lost a member of our family and had to ship large and delicate important family items across the country. They were kind, thoughtful, and packed everything with such care. They shipped it all promptly at a reasonable cost and it all arrived in perfect condition. We are truly grateful. They are professional and trustworthy. Great People!

Ive had a box here since January 20 and I cant say enough positive things about this store location. Elizabeth, who I assume is part owner of this Postal Connections has remember my name since I began coming here which makes me feel special. Mail is delivered in a timely manner however I feel as if email notifications of non-parcel mail are not always sent out which has resulted in my mail sitting in my box for longer than would have been the case had I known about them. I pay $20/month for a standard size PO Box which I think is reasonable given the fact that I can use my address here as my home address for all of the various forms and documents that require a home address that is NOT a USPS box.

I get my mail there and the service is very good.

Their services are great. You can drop off USPS, UPS & FedEx. However, if there is a line, youll be waiting a while, especially if the lady employee is behind the counter. She doesnt know how to work quickly. Some of the other people that work there seem annoyed all the time, so thats a buzz kill and kind of uncomfortable to be honest.When I signed up for a box, they were to let me know when larger packages arrive via email. Ive had boxes wait for days before I have to physically walk in to ask about them because they wont answer the phone.They are nice though.

Great one stop shop for faxing, shipping, mailing, and greeting cards. Service is prompt and speedy.

Use to ship semi regular basis, it tracks later than going directly to post office but it is a time saver for me so that is a trade off. For IMPORTANT items, USPS office ONLY, as a certified letter that pertained to LEGAL matters was not charged proper postage and was RETURNED TO ME THE VERY DAY OF THE ATTORNEY DEADLINE. That oversight nearly cost me $1500 in legal fees.

Living in the city, I used to worry about packages being stolen off of my front porch. Now I have a box at this location and it is so worth it! They accept by packages, keep them safe until i pick them up and send me an email when I have mail.

Shipping was $15 cheaper than the post office and my parcel was going to England. It got there faster than the post office too, by 3 days.

This place is so convenient and the staff is polite and helpful. Oh, and I like the fact that they have free hard candy, so I can get a root beer barrel when I come by.

Postal connections use to be my go to until they started nickel and diming me.1. They charge more for a book of stamps.2. They charge to put a piece of tape on a box.

One stop shipping. I even drop off my UPS prepaid packages here
