I have been a Capitol Copy customer since 2007, when they just had the Harrisburg location. I cant imagine using a different printing service. They are very patient when you dont know what youre doing. (I found that out as an intern and therefore the designated person to run back and forth from their shop all the time, ha!) They also do everything they can to meet printing emergencies -- they saved my former companys rear end dozens of times.Their work is flawless, and on the very rare occasion theres an issue, they correct it right anyway. They do not argue with you over it. (Im pretty sure theyve bit the bullet and fixed errors that were not truly errors on their part, but rather the error of a huffy coworker of mine who was too proud to fess up ;)When I was on the board of a nonprofit, A Week Away, they were generous in giving us a discount and finding ways to help us cut costs wherever they could.To save the best for last, everyone who works there is a pleasure to work with. They remember you and treat you like an appreciated customer. Fabulous company!
