Worst car wash ever. For $30, they threw away papers in my car without my permission, and there were so many water spots on my car, I had to wipe the car down myself. There was dirty footprints left on the drivers side floor mats. I complained to the manager and he refused to give me a refund. He said they always throw away things that they think are trash (not for them to decided - how do they know its trash). He said he would rewash my car but I honestly dont want them touching it. The manager never apologized, had an attitude and eventually gave me a free car wash coupon but I dont think I will ever go back there.

Hello, I was at your Quartz Hill CA west Ave L location today 1/29/21 approximately 2:40 pm. I was standing in line waiting to pay for my gas. I noticed how incredibly rude the man was working behind the counter. Their was a senior citizen in front of me who obviously hard of hearing. The cashier was so demeaning to him. When it was my turn he was just as rude. I thought someone should be aware of his very mean character towards customers. Doesn’t seem to matter who they are. This man acted like he hates his job. He should not be waiting on costumers at all. He seriously needs some customer service training. Thank you for your time!

Gas was good employees werent too friendly. Went through the carwash and put a few scratches on the car. When I went to the manager about it they did nothing. Other than more expensive gas, cannot recommend this place

I have to say during this crisis we are having, i have to commend these guys for having everything always clean. They provide hand sanitizer at the register. i have never felt more comfortable shopping. Thank you!

Convenient location, but usually busy. Staff is hit or miss, and the prices are usually a little higher here than other parts of Lancaster

Horrible customer service they talk about there customers as they are in line and in front of there customers and the guy wanted to run out and tell me my card was declined yelling loud trying to embarrass me but I wasn’t because I knew I have money in my account and so I called my bank and they saw where they tried to run my card several times so they blocked the transaction. Anyways I don’t care to much about that but it’s wrong and very unprofessional to talk about customers especially in front of them . I have been to this gas station a couple other times and always get rude customer service so today was my last day .
