I am stunned people actually use a dump store like this. I would drive a hr to another store before ever going in this store again. I have seen nice rite aids so I have to assume it is a reflection of the garbage dump city it is located in. Hard to have good employees in a city of filth. Extremely dirty and out dated store. I would have expected more from the city of the Amish but I guess they stay on the farms.

Stores very clean. Cashiers.are very nice.very comfortable layout. Prices are reasonable. I like shopping here. Very clean and not congested.

Ive been here about ten times and the cashiers are always pleasant. Prices are fair.

Never, ever step foot in here. I go further to the CVS because the pharmacy staff is so grossly incompetent. I had my doctor call in a script and talk to the pharmacist himself in front of me in the office to ensure it went through. The next day I go into Rite Aid and they have no record of a prescription being sent. They tried to tell me he probably left a voicemail and I had to say no honey I was standing two feet from him when he was talking to you live. My doctor kindly called them again and I had to watch them get all my information from him all over again. The pharmacy staff then tried to all blame eachother for this mistake?

Huge Rite Aid store right on the corner.Parking is on the street.The Pharmacy staff it tremendously nice, very helpful.The store itself needs a little work. Most items are organized and they have a great assortmemt of seasonal items.Soda, water and snacks available including frozen foods such as ice cream and pizza.This Rite Aid also sells GNC brand vitamins!!

Usually, I have no problems there. Today, I went to pick up a prescription for my wife and the pharmacy worker wasnt wearing her mask. As she rang me up, I asked wasnt she required to be wearing a mask? She said oh yeah, I get tired of wearing it. She pulled the mask sort of over her mouth, but left her nose and mouth basically exposed. I said I understand, I have to wear a mask for work too, but it spreads germs to not wear a mask that covers your mouth and nose. She didnt apologize or fix her mask. Neither did the 2 employees near by, one of which I think was her boss.During a pandemic, it seems extremely unsafe for someone in her position to not be wearing a mask. People who are at risk (heart conditions, type 2 diabetes) need to pick up prescriptions too and they could be hospitalized or killed by the virus. I left a customer service complaint but received no response yet.

Never really had a bad experience. Here I had to deal with a guard starring at me with a glare. I have a full time job.

I like coming here with my wife. theres 2 workers. a tall white guy & a short Spanish women with glasses. Thats really rude to me evey time I show up... And theres times I dont even go in side because am really hurt from this. I try too be patient with them... All I can do pray for people like them🙏

The pharmacy is always ready. I have no problem in the store. Great service and always a nice laugh when I come in to rite aid.

Asked to use the bathroom for an actual medical emergency. Offered to buy products or pay for the usage of the facility. The manager flat out told us no. A MEDICAL EMERGENCY and they said no. UNREAL!!! Its Sunday and every other store is closed. Thanks for being considerate for other peoples medical issues as a pharmaceutical store..... Very rude.

We use this pharmacy and have never had a problem. Also, this is a great place to get some items when in a pinch.

ITS A GREAT PLACE 2 SHOP

Been waiting 2 days for a medication. First they said they had run out of the medication and were waiting for the truck to deliver it, then they said they were too busy with refills and I had to wait another day. WTF. Their service sucks, I dont know what the person below me is thinking, but their servicio sucks ass. And yes I am spanish. I will walk further down the block now to CVS and get my refills from there. Just a warning to all, it doesnt matter if you call ahead (like I do), or drop it off far in advance (like Ive done), they will always be late in refilling your medication.

I go there on a regular basis to pick up my meds n pick up the occasional grocery item, etc.
