I am a fairly new Widow so keep myself busy I bought my first camper a tiny guy tear drop Im a total newbie and I was lucky enough you come across all Valley RV in Lancaster Carol in the office has been wonderful I asked her lots of questions and she answers all of them and I have many questions John is the man who worked on my camper he did all my repairs and and more he went the extra mile. I couldnt be happier with their service. I have recommended them to my friend and plan to be a lifetime customer. Friendly staff, overall a great and fast buying experience. Jordan and Rick are awesome and Dan in service is very kind and helpful.Paperwork was quick, they did a full walk-through of the trailer and showed me how everything worked.Thanks for everything guys!!! They have always talking great care off me.

Its were Dales Hitchin Station used to be Its half a block on dirt road but Nkt to bad to get to Easy in an out An all kinds of Room to turn around if need be.

Once your warranty runs out they drop you like a hot potato 🥔. They also string you along so your warranty runs out. And refuse to fix work they workd on previously and did not fix correctly, unless you want to pay out of pocket.

Last year I had my Montana 5th wheel trailer in for brake service and they did some repair as well as maintenance on the axles and brakes. They replaced one of the brake backing plates and brake shoes and magnet. Unfortunately, as I was leaving the repair lot, I noticed that the trailer brakes werent even engaging at all. I pulled back in and they checked and found a bad connection on one of the brake wire connectors.Should have been checked before I left.The main problem is that now while on my first trip since the repair, the trailer brakes began working intermittently and then stopped working completely while we were 300 miles from home! Interesting drive home to say the least!Took it to another repair place and they found the brake magnet wires had been rubbing inside the brake drum...they had not been properly routed to avoid rubbing and shorted out. Had to buy a new backing plate/magnet assembly. Yes the same one replaced last year.Easy to have avoided, just route the wires away from any rotating or moving parts! Not too happy... this is for the Lancaster location, NOT Acton.

Not impressed. Left message for Dave he didnt call back. We went into the repair dept. Explained our issue to the shop person who brings Dave back to confirm the quote. Dave says call me when your ready and well get you scheduled. We called two more times leaving a message that he never returned. Were done with All Valley RV. Only put a star because the guy at the counter was helpful. I AM SO SORRY AND I RETRACT THE STATEMENT above. It was Not All Valley RV it was Bobby Waynes.

Adrian is an outstanding salesman! He is very knowledgeable and was able to get the AC system we wanted for our trailer the NEXT DAY! In the summer! Amazing customer service that you will not find at big RV competitors. We will return to All Valley for all of our future trailer needs and will recommend them to everyone we know.

Update your business hours so people don’t have to waste their time driving on the terrible dirt road just to arrive to your closed business.

I would recommend All Valley RV Center to anyone in need of an RV rerental. Customer service is excellent! I had rented a 17 Jayco and towed a rented Uhaul car trailer for my sandrail. They dropped off and picked up the RV at my house, which was very convenient! This was only $50, which I found to be very reasonable. When I got to Uhaul, I found that there was a blown fuse for the trailer wiring, a simple problem that Uhaul shouldve been able to fix themselves (Uhaul used to have great customer service but thats now a thing of the past), but since they couldnt, I called Carol and she came right over with a service technician and they got the problem corrected. When I got back in town, I thought it would be easy to find a dump station but there were none nearby. I let Carol know, expecting a standard $100 charge, but she said theyd take care of it. I was not charged! Carol and the people at All Valley RV truly know what customer service is all about, and are great at it! Thanks for a great experience Carol!
