We have rented from Personal Touch at least 6 times now - 3 kids graduations, 2 wedding showers 1 wedding and I am sure I am missing something else. I cannot remember because there is never an issue - always on time - always as discussed. We appreciate your ability to make things easy.

Always have stock and they have some interesting pieces to rent. Large tic tac toe boards, baby carriages awesome cake displays. Prices so reasonable

I would highly recommend personal touch as they made my wedding day as stress free as possible. All communication between us and personal touch was quick and to the point. Anytime i needed something added or removed from our quote, the team at personal touch was always there to assist.The driver who physically delivered the items to our venue was extremely kind. He worked independently to set our items in the best places possible for us to continue setting up. He ensured that all items were accounted for prior to departing and gave clear pick up instructions. HIGHLY recommend!

Personal Touch is simply amazing! My husband and I had to change venues within a month of getting married and they were so accommodating! I was fearful as our date was a popular day to be married they wouldn’t have what we needed but they did!! Very easy to contact and excellent service!!

I WOULD NOT recommend this company. I rented an arbor for my daughter’s wedding. The arbor that was shown to me on the showroom floor was NOT the arbor that was rented to me; it was dirty, had bird droppings on it, and was banged up! For my next family event, Party Plus will be my next stop!

We have used Personal Touch for many events and have always had stellar customer service and quality products. They have also been great to work with many charitable organizations in our community. If you need anything at all use Personal Touch. They will do their best to make your event incredible!

My fiance and I went in to look at possibly renting some items for our wedding and the owner was very rude and dismissive. She did not help us at all while looking around and gave an attitude if it was possible to pick up the items ourselves. Delivery charge was going to more than the items were to rent them! I would NOT recommend this place.

Love this place. They are super knowledgeable and so friendly. Made my decision on where to rent from an easy one after calling around to several places.I rented a cotton candy machine to make cotton candy for an event one weekend. They explained how to use it, made sure it functioned properly before I left, and it was in great condition. The machine worked perfectly and even though I had never used one before, it worked our great and the kids (a 6th grade choir) loved the cotton candy.But whats more, I was supposed to return the machine on the following Monday. My wifes car wouldnt start that morning so she took mine without mentioning it, not realizing that the machine was in my car and I had planned to return it on my lunch break. When I called and explain my circumstances they said no problem just bring it in the next day. No charge, they were totally understanding. They will have me as a customer for any Party Rental needs from this day on.

The perfect place to go for your rental needs. Lots of color choices, helpful staff, reasonable prices, very professional. Delivered everything on time as ordered. The show room has lots of ideas. Great working with them.

My husband and I set our wedding date six weeks after our engagement! Talk about a whirlwind! I called around to a few other local party companies and could not believe their lack of customer service. They were down right RUDE! I had a vision in my head but wasnt exactly sure how to make it come to life.I was referred to Personal Touch and was instantly pleased with their genuine willingness to help me figure out what I needed. I was able to get linens, tents, chairs, a dance floor and lights - all at one place! I think I called every day the week before the wedding checking, adjusting and double checking again. Not once was the staff rude or annoyed by my questions.The tent arrived two days before the wedding, giving us plenty of time to set up and decorate. Everything they sent was in great condition. Our guests couldnt believe how amazing our simple tent wedding and reception was.I will not only use Personal Touch for any future event that I host, but would refer them to any and everyone! Customer service is a huge deal to me and they went above and beyond.Thank you, Personal Touch, for helping make my wedding everything I envisioned!

Cheapest place in the area for wedding rental items, people are also helpful and nice. They did forget to return the deposit, but I called and inquired they were very apologetic and it was resolved that day. Highly recommend

I rented chairs from Personal Touch for my wedding on June 4th. Karyl worked with our venue to have the chairs delivered and picked up, which took so much stress away from me. It was so easy - the chairs were up when I got to the venue the day of and I didnt have to worry about them when we left that night. I would highly recommend using Personal Touch for any event needs!

Never Again! My niece-in-law called and canceled her chairs two months prior to her event. For some reason, the owners had no notes or information regarding the cancellation. They contacted my nephew requesting payment, and he said it was canceled. They stated they had sent several emails to my email, yet I had none! I asked for a copy, and it couldnt be produced. They made my nephew pay for all of the chairs and stated they couldnt help him. They were not helpful when I called. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else!
