After Searching far and wide for a dress for my sons wedding, I finally decided to look in my neighborhood and settled on Kukis Bridal Shop. The owner was warm and pleasant, and unlike the other shops, she was the first to inquire about my body type in order to select the best dress for me, which she dutifully accomplished. She was quite helpful, and I was able to choose the ideal dress for me. If you have an event coming up and want to look your best, i recommend her shop. They were so super friendly and the appointment went by suer fast. I was basically in and out! And then my dress was ready for pick up in a few days! Two thumbs up!

This mother/daughter team are absolutely wonderful!!! They are friendly. They love what they do and it shows. They will be honest about whether something suits you or does not. They know their inventory. Tell them what youre looking for and they will find it. I have now purchased 2 gorgeous formals from them. I highly recommend this shop and lovely ladies! I would give them 6 stars if the option was available!

Omg ! This place is SO PROFESSIONAL, and a Gem to the Antelope Valley area. I have The sweetest regard for this Establishment - as 25 years ago - my own mother purchased a Pageant Dress for myself in this store. And now - I’ve got Her agreeing to alter my OWN Daughter’s Newest Cupcake style Glitz Pageant Dress! She was so unbelievably accommodating - the ONLY Tailor in the entire Valley willing to take on the project with such a short Deadline (as I need the dress for an event in 10 days exactly !) She was kind and courteous and so so sweet and cooperative ! I am so appreciative she was so willing to take on my own dilemma ! She is wonderful BEYOND WORDS - and I cannot express how highly I hold this establishment in esteem. I will update after picking the dress back up post-tailoring !

The BEST! My son-in-laws orders were changed and we had just over 3 weeks to find dresses. Kuki had everything we needed at great prices. They were lovely to work with. They made us feel special and treated us with the utmost of respect. We didnt have to panic that our dresses werent going to be ready even though our time frame was rushed, she was on the ball and had everything ready when she said she would. Honestly, from the moment I walked in the door, I felt at home here. The ladies behind the business know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to all your prom, bridal and everyday alteration needs. Over the years, the helped me find 4 different prom dresses (freshman through senior year of high school) and 2 pageant dresses. To this day, I come back to get all my alteration needs taken care of as well as the find the perfect jewelry accessories for all my special occasions. The best part about coming back on a consistent basis is that they really take the time to listen to exactly what I need and help point me in the right direction whenever I felt stuck. Lave coming back to Kukis because I know for a fact they will always treat me like family!

My cousin and sister found their wedding dresses here and my niece goes here for all her school dance dresses and her pageant dresses when she was younger. I am so thankful to Kira and her amazing mother for taking such good care of my family. They are incredible and affordable.

Ultimately, I did purchase my gown at another shop, but I did want to make public note as to how wonderful this shop is. The ladies there are very knowledgeable, talented and professional.

The owner was so nice. I went one day and tried on 6 dresses and she was the one who kept getting these dresses, very willing to help. I checked out another store the next day and didnt find anything so I came back to kukis tried on two of the 6 dresses I tried the day before she let me take as long as a needed and even let me try the first one on again since I couldnt decide. Her daughter was also very helpful as well. I will definitely refer my friends there to get their prom dresses. Such a great experience with a lovely woman.

I went to Kukis on a monday hoping to find a dress because I bought one online and couldnt zip it up all the way. I told the young lady my predicament and she suggested putting a corset back on it so I could still wear it. I took it in tuesday morning for the fitting and was able to pick it up Friday for my event on Saturday. The seamstress was an absolute sweetheart and definitely knew what she was doing. Shes been there since 1988 and for good reason. The shop was clean, cute, and had a variety of gowns, wedding dresses, and accessories. I highly recommend them if you need a dress altered.

We live in Victorville and drove out towards Antelope Valley to look for a prom dress. We went to the mall and gave up and found Kukis doing an online search. We arrived and my daughter was treated like a princess from the moment we walked into the store. The owner asked my daughter her favorite colors and styles she was looking for. Fifteen minutes later my daughter had the perfect dress. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience...we are so happy we found Kukis!

I typically never leave bad reviews but today i called asking for the owner, i was told she wasnt in according to the young girl who answered the phone. She asked me what it was regarding and i told her it was a personal business matter, she then asked is it regarding a dress and i responded no. After that she was very concerned if it was something about her services and i answered no. I was going to leave a message with her with my name and number but she hung up on me. I tried calling back and she wouldnt pick up the phone anymore. She was extremely rude! Poor service!! this occurred 12/29/2018

Just bought my dress and vail, my daughters dress, and my mothers dress! We had an awesome experience. So thankful to Both the owner and her daughter for making the experience so amazing. Will be back to get my other bridesmaid a dress and the mother of the grooms dress!

One of the younger ladies that worked there (I believe the owners daughter) was incredibly rude to me. She had an attitude with me and treated me as if I was below her. I usually never write bad reviews but I think that’s it’s absolutely unacceptable for a worker to me rude to a paying customer. Many of the dresses were outdated and the nicer ones were extremely expensive. A word of advice, do not bother shopping here. It’s over priced and you can honestly fine equal to better quality dresses for a lesser price at another store.

Horrible! Owner is beyond rude! If you do not make an appointment, forget being seen! Went looking in March, wedding was in November, was told by owner that I had plenty of time and to come back when Ive made an appointment. We asked if we could just look, and she handed us wet wipes, so we wouldnt dirty the dresses, and straight out said those words!!! After that she didnt even speak to us, not to even schedule and make an appointment. They do have a big selection, but after that first impression, I will never go back! I looked around and walked out, there was no way we were going to give this lady our money. Dresses werent even that great, she specializes in creating or making dresses unique. She came highly recommend, but a complete disappointment. We got better service at the mall! She really lost out, we needed 1 wedding dress, 1 mother of the bride dress, 9 bridesmaid dresses, 5 flower girl dresses, and 2 dresses for grandmothers. Kiss my a$$ kuki!!!! 3 other brides to be at my job, told them to stay away from this place, they did😊 actually one other bride had the same experience!!! This place is a joke! Good luck brides to be! Your dress shopping experience should be awesome and filled with fun and love. You shouldnt walk in to a place and be looked down on!

The best location, by far, in the Antelope Valley to any buy formal or wedding gowns. We have been coming to Kuki’s for the last 4 years and have been nothing but amazed with their service.In an attempt to purchase a gown for my son’s wedding, we finally visited Kuki’s after tries at 12 other places. Why did we waste our time running around to those locations. I say with total confidence, you will not find a better experience (e.g. service, selection, alterations, atmosphere).She is a college professor, teaching alterations, which explains how she is so good with her alterations services. Again, she is by far the best. We recommend her and send everyone we know to her. We love her!

Horrible customer service. This lady was rude! First of all she never said anything about a final payment being cash only until my wife put down a deposit with a credit card. Only after that did she mention that it would be cash only for final payment. She also said she would alter the length if needed witch most places will do for free when you buy a dress for $250. So when my daughter tried the dress on it was to long and then she said to fix the length it would be an additional $65. She completely lied about that!Also she didnt want to even let my daughter try on the dress to see if it even fit until it was paid for. She said it wasnt there but finally she went in the back of the store and got it out only after I told her that I wasnt going to pay for anything until I knew the dress fit. I mean come on what kind of crap is that? Anyway it was a terrible experience and she was completely rude to a sixteen year old girl. Not to mention my wife and I. Please dont give this place a penny, its not worth the headache. Oh yea one more thing. She tried to charge us for express shipping $25. We ordered the dress in January and didnt get a call that it was in until April! Really? Express shipping takes 3 months? save yourself the headache and go to the dress place on Lancaster Blvd. Good customer service and she will do free alterations if needed. Unlike this place who tells you shell do it for free and then try to charge you at the end. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

The ladies that work here are so sweet! I needed some minor fixes for my wedding dress and they had it done in no time.

Nayma is the best. She will do regular Alterations & sewing but specializes in beautiful dresses for special occasions including the prom and weddings. I bought my wedding dress there it was extremely reasonable she did all the alterations I was a perfectly happy bride and be sure to look at all her cases for fun little accessories. Her personality matches her willingness to do whatever it is to make your day special even if youre just bringing her in a pair of pants to be hemmed Nayma awesome.

This place is amazing. I went for my 2017 prom and now for my 2018 prom. Kuki is quick, and knows exactly what shes doing. I definitely will be back if I need a fitting for any other event gown or would like to buy one. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs something last minute or even in general. She works with you alot, and price is not really high like alot of other places. Her daughter works there as well, and shes great!! The place is just in general friendly with both of them. I went in to try on wedding dresses. It was the first time I ever tried and a wedding dress so I was so excited. She made the experience so terrible. She told me my hips were too wide for a mermaid dress (did not even try to find a bigger size that would fit over them), she was rushing me, and she told me not to come back until Prom season was done because she was too busy. She was so extremely rude. She ruined what was suppose to be fun for my mom and I. She did not try to make the dresses I did try on look nice on me. I did buy a prom dress from her back in high school and I forgot why I said then that I would never be back to her shop again. So I would never recommend her ever!!

After looking at several places for a dress for my daugters wedding I found my perfect dress at Kukis Bridal! Kuki and her daughtet were just the loviest people to work with. They were very accomadating and Kukis alterations were excellent! I would recommend this place to anybody! SYLVIA LEVEY

I cant speak to the quality, as we havent yet received my wifes dress, but the customer service was very poor. We ordered a bridesmaid dress for my wife, for her cousins wedding. The wedding is in England, so my wife had to order her dress through a separate middle man (Kukis), but still the same manufacturer. They ordered the dresses on the same day. When her cousin in England was told that the dresses she ordered would not be ready in time, she, through her middle man (British Kukis), cancelled the order, without an issue. When we went to Kukis to try and do the same, Kuki refused to help us. Keep in mind this is still several months before the wedding, and almost 2 months before the dress was supposed to be ready-- a dress that was not fitted for a specific person, just a size. I understand that a product was paid for and ordered. However, running a business is supposed to be about pleasing the customer, and helping them to get what they need. Kuki basically told us...Sorry bout your luck! She was completely unhelpful. She refused to give me the number to the manufacturer so I could talk to them directly. I convinced her that she needed to call them on our behalf and plead our case (she did not offer to do so), but from her attitude about the situation, I doubt she did. She said we could cancel the order and get no money back, or she could sell the dress in our store and give us half. We were very disappointed in the lack of acceptable customer service. It was as if she did not care at all. It was all about the money to her. If she had put forth an effort to help us out, in this probably unusual circumstance, and had gotten the same result, we would have gladly eaten the money and chalked it up as a loss, and thanked her for trying. We will avoid doing business with Kukis in the future.

Needed a bridesmaid dress altered at the last minute. Dress came out looking better than when I bought it! Kuki was able to finish the alterations in just a few days and she gave me a fair price. I highly recommend Kukis bridal for any of your formal occasion needs. She is a great lady & talented seamstress. Thank you Kuki!

Id give them a 0 but I had to pick 1 for the review. The ladies there were horrible! I had an appointment and when I came in no one greeted me and when I finally got someones attention it seemed like I was inconveniencing her with my presence. I finally got back to try on some dresses and the girls were so rude, loudly saying oh that wont fit her Im only a size 8! I gave them a budget range and they seemed to not like the low figure I told them and didnt seem to want to help me as much anymore.DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING!!

Lady told me she wouldnt help me or let me try on wedding dresses unless I was purchasing that day.Nobody in there right mind is going to buy a dress just to try some on. I was flabbergasted. My friend was with me and she told my friend she wouldnt help her unless she had an appointment. Like what?? I had gone to kukis bridal because of all the reviews I had heard back about her shop but when I arrived there it was far from that. The first time I went to look at dresses after being engaged was at her shop. I walked in and started looking at dresses I was told I couldnt touch the dresses and when I wanted to try on certian ones she told me no because I wouldnt fit or wouldnt look right. when I finally got a couple dresses to try on I was rushed through them and told to take them off almost immediatly after putting them on because she didnt want them to get stained. I ended up getting my dress else where but went to here to get it altered which was a huge mistake! When i dropped my dress of and she strted to pin it on me she was very rude and not very attentive to me at all. We then got to the bussle side of my dress and my friend and I were explaning how i wanted it and she threw the train of the dress towards me and said you do it if you know how you want it done. I still left my dress because i knew she was a good semistress. I was given a final dress fitting date showed up on that day and she told me I came on the wrong day and that she didnt have my dress ready. After I left that time she said she would call me in a week and never did so I finally had to call her. called her a week later my dress still wasnt done after she had had it for almost 3 weeks now and she wanted me to wait until 2 days before my wedding to even pick it up and she was not going to be able to clean it. Needless to say I will NEVER go back there or reffer anyone to her at all. talk about giving a bride stress before her wedding!!!

After paying my dress in full the customer service went out the door.... Thats all I will say.
