Awful! Been here before a little over a year ago. They were pricey then! Now, far worse. To give you a example, I will post this bowl. It has normal flaws for something used, but is made of PLASTIC…

Liek any goodwill, this place has plenty of variety. Their items are cheap and affordable. They have tons of different types of clothing which is good if you ever want to thrift shop and find something for yourself. If you ever need something and want it nice come check goodwill

I love the goodwill... What can I say about the Goodwill. You got to love the Goodwill. First of all I got to say that I really appreciate the fact that this is a nonprofit organization. Im innocent, enough to say that I love this place. They are nonprofit because they help the community out. They provide essential jobs for many workers Across the Nation. Especially during these times were jobs is very necessary. They remain open. However they take absolutely care of their employees by making sure that their limit the amount of people that shop at a time. Plus they require 100% cooperation from the customers in that everyone has to wear a mask or a face covering and keep socially distance. This is very important during this time because of the pandemic. Now, I got to say that I love shopping here and I have so for the last 20 somewhat years. I like to come here to see what I can find. As far as being able to sale. Overall the place is always kept very organized. I see a lot of people shopping for clothes and stuff. And all the clothes are color-coordinated. Not sure exactly what the attraction is but this is how they organize their clothes. They also have electronics. And I do appreciate the fact that they offer a return policy. In case the stuff doesnt work, you can always exchange it for equivalent priced item. On top of that they do have restrooms at most Goodwill stores. However the restrooms are not in service right now due to the pandemic. But when they are open they are kept clean and always stocked with hygienic supplies. I really appreciate the supervisors who are always attentive and very friendly and easygoing taking care of the customers. Keep up the great work I really appreciate you guys.

The only positive comment is that the cashier greeted us.One wine glass was $9.99, the same price as a pair of jeans at this location. I have bought the same glass for a quarter elsewhere. Furniture was outlandish in price. The books were all jumbled up. Too expensive for our taste. We used to go here all the time up until 4 years ago when we moved. We r back in town and couldnt wait to visit our thrift stores locally. This was a huge disappointment.

Dont recommend & will not go again. The workers were not helpful..Asked for change & a lady wanted to cancel all my items also thought it was funny. I should of let her keep that bullsh*t because that was disrespectful. Again, I will not recommend this good will.🚮

They had some nice dressers. Different days of the week are different discounts . Like Mondays is all furniture say 40% off. Tuesdays might be rugs or sheets on sale. Just go on in and look around. Something well catch your eye.

Best used store in East Lancaster area. Clean aisles and friendly staff. Not the best Good Will or even thrift store in Antelope Valley. You can find some good stuff or the occasional item your looking for if you spend the time and the odds are on your side.

I visited this location on a Sunday. I spent about 30 minutes to an hour in the store looking for various clothing items. When I needed to enter a dressing room, there was only one clerk in the store and at the register with two people in line with lots of items. I asked the register clerk for assistance with the dressing room, she said one minute. During this time, she never called for a assistance from the others in the back of the store. I waited about five minutes before I went to the back to request assistance. Then, the staff the was to help me took 5 more minutes before coming out because she could not find her keys. She asked the person at the register who was done with the customers in line for her keys. She finally assisted me. She did apologize for the wait but it felt reluctantly. Once I decided on 13 items to pay for, the lady that apologized was at the register. The additional issue came when there were problems with their credit card reader. I had to insert my credit card three times resulting in error and, at one time, it said declined of which she said this happens all the time. I looked at my online checking account to ensure there was enough money for $52. And there was more than enough. I asked if she could open another register or call the manager, she said no. Then told me she could suspend my items while I go get cash. This is usually a good store with descent store items. But today, these staff had no good customer service, at all, and lost a customer.

Staff was very unfriendly !I go to this goodwill and most goodwills in SoCal a lot and this one by far had the rudest employees I’ve ever come across.I don’t understand why if I’m buying a good amount of stuff (over $250 ) I have to walk around and place stuff at my feet scooting it around the store as well as piled up in my arms till I’m finished looking or I have to make several purchases and take each out to the car because they refuse to hold a small stack of clothing or books (literally 7 books !)or even a piece of furniture behind the counter or till I’m done shopping. I understand asking for it to be held overnight is a no no but a 30 minute shopping trip ? You can’t help me out when you see me struggling to carry this massive painting plus 15 plus shirts and books and decor ? Stuff is literally falling out of my hands or other customers are trying to pick it up for me. Most of the CUSTOMERS shopping around do a better job of helping me or other customers out than any of the employees there. ABSURDLY PRICED! Shirts are marked $5.99 and some of the same brands next to each other on the racks are $11.99+I could find cheaper prices in antique stores and the stores that sell these items first hand !To top it off the cashiers are unfriendly and don’t care about the stuff people are buying. I’ve witnessed them throw glass into bags unwrapped then proceed to fill the bag with more glass, pictures are scanned and thrown down like trash, glass is then piled up on mirrors scratching them and even breaking them. Vintage books are trashed with stickers that pull off the fronts of them, like come on, it’s common sense to put sticky tags on the back of artwork or books so that when the tags are taken off they don’t pull the paint/canvas/ink off ! Just ruining things there, days decor and attitudes. Ridiculous

Extremely Rude !I was trying to make a donation and their customer service including the manager were disrespectful. In a rude tone they asked do you have a lot of stuff? while sighing after.
