I love FYE. I find what I want; helpful and welcoming staff. Neat appearance and theres always a staff person available for questions.

Has a good variety of items here. Cd/records. Collectibles, shirts, movies. And usually good deals going on all the time. Friendly workers who are always happy to assist

Somethings are expensive here but what they have is really nice, I enjoy coming in here for pop culture stuff even if I end up not getting anything.

Very large collection of vinyls, plus lots of anime and tv/movies items here as well.

I always find good used CDs and DVDs here. Got American Gangster for $5 my last visit 👍

Good selection. Employees are very helpful & friendly. I collect physical media because I hate when I pay for a streaming service and then they get get rid of my favorite stuff. I wana own the things I buy & FYE has tons of movies, cds, vinyl, and other related stuff. No skimping on the horror movies here.

Media can be purchased more effectively online, merchandise used to be appealing but has declined recently, aside from specific sales promotions. Still worth taking a look at.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and will help you with whatever youre searching for. Do not hesitate to utilize their help or suggestions. I also work in retail so its wonderful to see others care about their customers and to be a genuinely helpful person. They are attentive without being pushy. The manager Jamie was really helpful with an exchange and provided knowledge to the products in the store. I will gladly support the staff at this store.

This place was wonderful. Its books are so interesting and they have a wide variety of titles available . Also you can ask for help in founding the title that you are looking for. There is a free parking area, bathroom, and you could get a sit whether needed.

Nice store. You can find some neat collectibles here. I will definitely stop at a FYE store whenever I see one.

The place looks really cool and they have a bunch of neat things to choose from for you electronic entertainment. But the staff wasnt too helpful for me in finding a few odds and ends for Christmas shopping. But all in all, I enjoyed the store.

They were good and bad. I was having a mix CD burned and they were willing to rush it and hand it through the barrier. It was past closing time when it finished. That part was great. That they didnt have the cover they had printed in the bag they gave me was disappointing. Found out when I got it to my car.

Great place to look for older movies and music at great prices. They even have used movies and music at prices that are very reasonable. If youre looking for other gift ideas they have a great assortment of novelty items to choose from too.

This is a very large, slightly overwhelming FYE. Know what you want going in. Also a good place to drop off teens while you swing through JCPENNEY or similar. If youre going to browse I advise bringing a list and patience because it may take a while due to sheer numbers of stuff. I mostly shop here for pop culture novelty stuff, cheap (good quality) headphones, and Used media. Dont buy movies new here, its usually cheaper at Target or Best buy.

Great selection, and good prices. There arent many other FYE stores around, so it was nice to be able to explore all the cds and dvds instead of online shopping. Staff was nice and store was clean.

A pretty good selecrion. I went on a busy day so probably not the best day to make a judgment. But the staff was still friendly and helpful, cashier and those on the floor. That counts for a lot.

This place most assuredly has a ton of products but they cram it all into such a teeny, tiny place. The prices are ok-ish, Id say they are competitively priced vs. someplace like a Spencers for instance but always seem to have some kind of clearance pricing on something going on. The workers are usually very young, high school age people but they have all been very nice and helpful. My only negative is how incredibly small and cramped the space of the establishment is, you actually have to wait for a person to walk down an aisle before you yourself can walk down the same aisle, only one person at a time can fit down any area.

DO NOT let these people sign you up for their scam backstage pass. I had to change my card number to stop getting billed because they never gave me a member ID and if you call customer service they just repeat that they will keep you signed up and charge you at a discounted rate. When I go here, I pay with cash

I used to absolutely love visits to FYE. But now it seems like music is not a priority. I still shop here but not as much. They also used to have all clearance items in one spot but now it seems to be all through the store... Making it confusing as to what is sale items or not... And they used to price things in a way that if it ended in $0.88 then you knew that it was half off and if it ended in 0.77 then it was even more off but now they dont do that either. So who knows what you are paying when you get up to the register. there are still some halfway decent deals but like I said I just wish that they focused a lot more on music as opposed to all the grab bag stuff thats sitting in the store.

The way they have the cds just simply jumbled together makes it hard to find what you want. It also seem like a bad warehouse. Miss the way it use to be. Fuller with a better layout and a carpet.

I always find a collectible here. Today I found 3.

Found movie that husband been looking for .for months

Had CDs if thats what you like. Theyve expanded a lot recently to hold a lot of nerdy gear. T shirt selection is great. Stuff for both men and women. Moved the Funko Pops to the back wall but it seems like they expanded their selection. Stands in the center of the store change regularly based on things like hit movies that are out. Lots of cool stuff and great ideas for Xmas gifts.

At one time FYE was great and went there many times for movies and CDs. But over the years it has changed so much. I still go there from time to time for I have a FYE backstage pass card. Though have thought about canceling the card so I dont get charged 11.99 a month to a place I dont shop to as much as I once did.

Barely any CDs anymore. This store is just a Hot Topic Jr. now. You can by things new from other stores cheaper then you can get them used here. And new realeses here are usually almost 10$ more then anywhere else.
