Jim goes above and beyond every time and I cant thank him enough for the great service! Most recently he hunted down a tire I found online that was discontinued at a deep discount and Im grateful for him being able to get them shipped in. Ive been coming here since I moved to Lancaster County in 2017 and everyone Ive encountered has been helpful and courteous and both my wifes and my cars go here for everything. Theyre honest on in saying what is needed now and what will be needed in the near future.

I called Saturday morning after another place told me they couldn’t do the appointment I booked online the night before until Wednesday. I told them what had been going on with my car it had to have roadside service Friday. My regular place is only open on weekdays. I didn’t know if I could wait. The said bring it in at 4 pm. Not only did the they fit the problem a belt and battery, they were very reasonable on price. Added bonus the customer service was great which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend using them. They don’t take walk ins but do get you in when they say and don’t over book. So you are in and out in reasonable time as well.Also the employees were following covid protocol. They were wearing mask.Thanks for the GREAT services during getting my car fixed.!

Been coming here for 2 years now and have always had great service! Just got new tires and alignment. They definitely saved me money and did a great job. I think the managers name is Jim and he was very thorough with explaining everything and has a lot of experience. Make sure you call ahead and give them a heads up for any service and they will get you in. Anywhere you call right now is going to have a wait because everyone short staffed. My grandfather was a mechanic and I spent a lot of my youth in his shop. I don’t want Jim to take this the wrong way but my goodness, did he remind me of my grandpa in the best way. Honest, kind, full of information and concerned with my safety more than anything else. This MONRO specifically… with Jim at the helm, this is where you want to go. The manager is very knowledgeable and super nice. I took my car in for an oil change and shared an issue I thought I was having. He knew all about my cars engine and assured me that what was happening was pretty normal for my model. He told me more about my car thab Hyundai did when I bought it! I was on vacation staying at the Eden Resort nearby. My suburban had a noise coming from the engine area. I was concerned I wouldnt make it back home to NY safely. I called around to repair shops but they were telling me they had no available appointments for a week. I was leaving two days so that was a big problem. I called here and they were very professional and accommodating. They said bring it in and they will look at most likely the following day. I said fine. They managed to squeeze it in the same day, properly diagnose the noise and repair it for a reasonable fee. It was an AC compressor tensioner and belt. These guys were awesome. I scheduled a last minute oil change and tire rotation online. It was so simple and I received a confirmation right away. I took my car in and there was no waiting, the staff was amazingly kind and funny, and no one tried to oversell me anything. I got a complete review of my operating systems and felt confident as I was taking a long trip. The eval showed I will need my brakes done in a few months and I will be taking my car to them!This was a super positive experience for a single woman who is always leary when it comes to car repairs!

I cannot recommend this place more strongly. My son is a student at LBC. His car started bucking and finally stopped moving on a Friday night. A friend of his said he had previously used Monro and that they had done a good job at a reasonable price. We pushed the vehicle into Monro and used the night drop. I got a call from Nick the next morning. They believed we possibly needed a new fuel pump and we authorized almost $500 in repairs. I get another call from Nick a short time later only to be told the car was simply out of gas. They put a gallon of gas in the car and sent us on our way. I was thankful that Nick and Monro showed integrity and did not simply do the $500 repair. Thanks Monro, you will get all of our business as long as my son is in Lancaster.

Stop to make a apt but not available Bec not enough staff

Had I been asked a week ago, I would have happily and without reservation given Monro on Oregon Pike a 5 star review, and had frequently recommended them to others. Unfortunately, after this last visit and the subsequent false and misleading information I was given on multiple occasions, theyve lost any and all trust I had in them. Having a known inexperienced tech working unattended on a brake system, not checking (or worse yet knowingly clearing) error codes caused by their mistakes, and then passing blame with an entirely unrelated technical bulletin in an attempt to pawn their mistakes off as recall issues, I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated. I am incredibly patient and having worked in customer service, I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but after multiple trips to Monro and multiple chances to fix mistakes they made, and even just own up to their mistake, my patience is at its end. Then to go to a dealership and be told not only had they broken my parking brake while doing the brake change, they also installed parts of the brake incorrectly, AND charged me double what the dealership would on top of breaking my parking brake system, well add insult to injury! After 6 days of Monro shifting blame and failing to fix their mistake, the dealership was able to find MULTIPLE issues they caused or ignored, and fixed it within an hour and a half and at less than half the cost. Do your research and shop around, and be very cautious trusting this shop. (To add for the owner who may or may not see this review: Ive already contacted customer service directly and was treated just as rudely by them, to the point of no apology, no attempt at correcting this situation, and refusing to even honor their own price match guarantee. At this point Ive contacted the BBB and the Pennsylvania DOT, to file an official complaint, as honestly this is absolutely disgusting behavior and thank God I wasnt injured or my car damaged further because of this shops negligence.)

Had someone run a screw a through my tire on a Saturday afternoon. Every shop was slammed within a 15 mile radius. I visited these guys on 7/25 and they were so polite and professional. Had me out of the door in less than 20 minutes great people great service.

Great service, great communication, honest, and reliable.

First and Foremost, Neither of the two employees in the store were wearing masks. Secondly for some context, I took my car in for an inspection, and the check engine light was on. I informed them of this as well. They called me 2 hours later saying that my car failed the inspection and that I would need to pay $700 for the part to be replaced. I was aghast as the part I needed is only about $100 and required only about 8-12 bolts to come out and then be put back on. Long story short, I told them I was going to pick up my car and inquired how much it would be.I was told the cost would be $189. I was charged for the emissions test, but then I was also charged an extra $125 for the labor they needed to do on my car. Which was just plugging in a computer and saying that this was what was wrong. Along with this, no one told me that I was going to have to pay for diagnostics as places like autozone do them for free. But when I asked they said it was posted on the wall.Moral of the story, this company is not about customer service but about taking money.So TLDR: Employees were not following COVID protocols (no mask). I had no work done on my car and was charged 189 after never being told that they would charge a $125 an hour service fee.

Super nice and efficient

This place is a joke only 2 people on staff at any given time. Every time you call the phone rings in the background and they just let it ring or ask you to wait. Then they charge about double Jack Williams prices to do the exact same work with about half as much corporate polish. I have seen them go through two managers in just as many months but that makes sense because neither of them have good customer relations skills or I’m guessing modern automotive knowledge as well. The entire place looks old and dated just like their systems and approaches to dealing with problems and customers alike. Both my wife and I had utilized Monros Services in the past and had really bad experiences. This was 180 degrees different than the past. Dan really knows what hes doing. Doesnt do the typical Your tire wont take a balance type stuff of most shops. Gave us a great price on our services performed. We were in and out in under and hour and a half. Was the first mechanic to instill confidence in us and our car. Telling us, Your car is in great shape. Dont let anyone tell you different. A refreshing surprise .

Monro Auto Service is my normal spot to go to for my car needs. Their prices are affordable and their customer service is phenomenal. Recently, I brought my car in for what I thought was a wheel balance issue. However, the tech looked at it and noticed it actually was a nail stuck in my tire. Rather than charge for a wheel balance, he plugged up my tire and sent me on my way. I appreciate the customer service and honesty Monro Auto Service provides and will recommend them every time. My inspection time was coming up soon, and knowing I had an exhaust leak, I needed somewhere reliable to take my car on rather short notice. I called in expecting to have to schedule something but without hesitation the guy I talked to offered to check it out as soon as I had a chance to take it there. They were very upfront and honest with the estimate, and explained everything that would need to be done and why. They had all the parts my car needed in stock, and a very skilled welder that did very clean welds where needed. They did a great job, and now my car sounds and runs much better. Thanks!

After an oil change the day before, I was told my one tire might not make it. So I opted for a new set of tires to be safe, with an alignment, then was given a quote for a cheaper set of tires. The next day I was told the shop only had better quality tires instead. Fortunately they honored the pricing for the cheaper set, and I still got great new tires- for a great price, and my alignment!

It was late on a Saturday after and I was preparing to leave for vacation the following day. I noticed I had an expired inspection sticker on my car and went into a complete panic. I quickly began searching for a place who could help me on a Sunday morning, thinking my changes were slim to none. Enter Monro Muffler. They were able to accommodate me on a Sunday morning. Service was efficient, professional and friendly. Thank you Monro. You saved me from a tight bind and I was able to leave for vacation by Sunday afternoon with a huge sigh of relief.

This shop is seriously awesome. I called because of an issue with my car and dealt with Tim. He told me to go ahead and bring it in, and he would take a look at it. Once I arrived there he had my car in in 10 minutes and found a minor issue which was the cause of my oil leaking. He fixed it and topped my oil off and didn’t even charge me a cent! Absolutely amazing work! I called the guys to have an aftermarket exhaust put on my new car. They took me in immediately, put my car on the lift, and gave a quote for the work. The price was very reasonable. The install ended up being more difficult than they predicted, but they got it done and even spent extra time making sure alignment and final polish was perfect. I was impressed by how meticulous the work was, and the final product was something to be proud of. Thank you very much!

My family just moved to the area which means we didnt have any idea who to go to for our car inspection. We found Monroe and not only did our inspection take way less time than we thought but they came out and told us that everything looked fantastic with the car. I was in a bind needing exhaust system repairs in less than 2 days. I called Monroe and Dan told me to bring my car in when I could and they’d see what they could do. I went right over and they put my car up on the rack right away. Dan said they could fix it that afternoon but I had to get back to work. Dan provided a ride back to work and then after work to pick up the car which was finished. 12:30 car in. 3:30 car out. What customer service!! Thanks Dan and crew for your great service!!
