These people said I needed a $3500 engine so I had it hauled home. Someone changed out the battery and it started right up. They said all I needed was a new oil pump! Wouldnt recommend their service to anyone!!!

Told them needed brake pads in front they ensured all were bad and had to replace front and back now just 12 months later the backs are completely gone and ruined rotors they never replaced them the front pads are still half life that they did replace

Very reliable mechanics, good work at a fair price

I went to this Tuffy for a brake inspection just to see how the brake pads on my Volvo were wearing; I was NOT having any problems braking. The inspection was completed within the amount of time they said it would take (about 30 minutes). When it was done they told me that the brakes were fine and didnt need any work or repairs. The team at Tuffy was honest, courteous and they didnt try to sell me services or repairs that I didnt need. I highly recommend this Tuffy and will be returning in the future when I do need work done.

Paid for them to fix nothing, the problem they said was fixed was still there when I picked car up. Lost $150 but not again

Normally I would give this shop a higher rating, but they are a chain store and have certain expectations from the corporate headquarters. They have very good service technicians, but they sometimes recommend certain repairs that are needed, but not urgent. If you live like most, if it can wait two or three weeks, might keep you from bouncing a check.

Amazing experience ! I got a flat tire in the mcdonalds parking lot and made my way to the gas station. I called this place and they were kind enough to come over and fill my tire up just enough to get to the shop then fixed the tire immediately!! Outstanding service

The father and son team took care of me today and the old Nissan Titan. They put a performance dual exhaust on and it and it sounds amazing. Couldnt be happier. Their customer service is tops. Gave me a ride home so that me and my 3 year old son wouldnt have to sit there and came and picked us up when it was done. Never have I even heard of a place doing that. Usually if you dont have a ride, your stuck there. Ill be a returning customer for sure! Thanks guys

I ABSOLUTELY love this place, there super honest and work with you. My first experience was great costumer service, and they had my car done in a few hours and did an amazing job as well!!! I also took my sisters Jeep on to fix what we thought was the problem, and they called us back to tell us that there was other problems and issues. & they ALSO DIDNT take it amongst themselves, and just fix it and say ohhhh by the way it’s ( such & such ) now. If ANYBODY needs there car worked on OR fixed, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND, SENDING ANYBODY TO THIS PLACE.Thank you guys dearly, you guys are appreciated, hard workers ANNNNNND acknowledged.

These guys saved me!! Engine light came on in my car so I had it hooked up & the code showed a transmission issue. NOT GOOD!!!... Took it in to Tuffys & they got right to it! They checked it out, drove it, checked the pressures. Then they tell me theres nothing wrong with it. Light sensor fluke, lol. They wished me well, no charge & Im back on the road without fear of breaking down! Thanks guys!! You ROCK!!

This is the worse place to take your vehicle to have work done it was recamend to me I had to have my car towed in I was promised 2 hours it would be ready they had for 4 days and it runs worse now than before now I have to have it taken some where else to get it fix right after giving them 937.00 this is crazy I would not recommend this place to any one
