He got the plates and tag off for me and had an awesome smile the entire time. 😊 Lucia was the person I spoke with on the phone and she was friendly and gave me all the information I needed to have a great transaction. I just needed to provide the key and my ID and she needed to take a pic of me holding the paperwork, since there was no title.Once the car was on the truck I received the cash for my friend.It could not have been an easier process, and now I have my full driveway back!Wish I had done it earlier!
