Very unprofessional people!!! They checked in our vehicle gave us our paperwork with an illustration on what work was going to be performed then called us a day and a half later to pick up our van saying that our van was finished and ready just to find out they only fixed one thing. They claimed after the fact that our insurance did not approve the rest of the work to be performed. They never called us nor did Caliber Collision even voluntarily tell us in person why our van was half complete. The receptionist at the front desk was highly rude after being asked why our van was not complete and why we didn’t receive a phone call about our van not being fully approved by the insurance company. She was very rude, she spoke to my mother and I very loudly, and disrespectful. And also upon leaving she slammed the door in my mother’s face to lock up and close. This place is highly unprofessional!!! And I do not refer anyone to go here if you want to be treated with respect and professionalism. This part of my review was written and edited later on this evening. I am writing more to this review to let customers know to beware of this business they are crooks. Caliber collision went in the trunk of my van without asking me and used a defective used part and put it on my van. While still charging my insurance full price for parts and labor. SMH!!! They’re the worst 1) A auto body shop or any other business is not supposed to go in your private vehicle and remove or touch anything 2) It’s dishonest to charge an insurance company or customer for new parts then fix used parts and use it on your customers vehicle 3) And never tell your customer or the insurance company that’s what you’re going to do. The worst very dishonest, very unprofessional buyers beware!!!

Caliber along with Staff are very Professional and Courteous when it comes to perform a service. From the front desk, TONYA, she’s amazing trying to work around your schedule and getting you in on a timely manner. When you go there, try to get Service with Keith, he is very Professional, Prompt, Respectful. I could continue going on in the Great Service they perform. They told my car repair was going to take 4 days it took them 10 days they didnt bother to call and let me know I had to call them ... not happy with their service will never used them again

Farmers sent me here and now I know why. Unfortunately my honda civic was totaled but thanks to the staff this process was very easy. I was also able to see the back where all the work takes place and it was very clean and tidy overall impressive.

The staff at Caliber were wonderful- taking care of me after my crash, dealing with the insurance when my car was totaled, then repairing my new car when she was hit in a parking lot only 6 days after I bought her! Steve was kind, explained what to expect, showed his expertise in sending her for an allignment when he saw marks on the tire, and even had my car finished ahead of time. I absolutely recommend Caliber for their stellar customer service and quality workmanship!

So far so good. Took my car in to get fixed. The personnel were great in assessing and fixing the damage to my car, and regularly updated me on their progress. They were also very friendly and seemed concerned for me and my misfortune. They fixed my car quickly. Now we wait to see if the repairs stand up to the rigors of time. I picked up my car from Caliber today. I was impressed with every employee I dealt with- Juan, Gia, Steve, Luis, and Mario. My car was delivered as promised and within the estimate given. It was washed and polished and looked brand new again. I received communication by phone and text about the status of the repairs. I had the distinct impression that the employees believe in the quality of their service and they exhibit a service attitude. They take pride in their work and really seem to care about customer satisfaction. Employees seemed to be happy working for Caliber and that spilled into my interactions with each person I talked to. Great people there but I’m giving it a 1 star because they didn’t want to attend us anymore. Recently I brought my car in for an estimate I told them if they can take apart to see the actual estimate. And I called won’t mention who, if I want the car to be repaired if it’s possible to the broken parts back so I can be sure they installed new parts on my car... the person said yes with no problem and such. Got the estimate, picked up the car and of course I had to pay $150 for tearing the car apart and getting it back, no problem it was in the contract...the problem is that they tax you for labor in the $150, be careful of that because that is illegal. So a week later I bring It back so I can get it repaired and I would pay for the the deductibles. I tell the same person who attended me the first since, if get legit repaired if I can get the broken parts back once it’s done. The same person tells me that I will be charged on core panel or something like that if the dealer or manufactuarer charges the doesn’t charge them. I said “all of a sudden you tell me this, why didn’t you tell me when I first brought my car?” I tell the same person attending me, “ok that’s fine if you can give me a call tomorrow to see if they charge you or not.” Then the manager comes and tells me that he doesn’t want to see us anymore and they won’t repair the car. I was so confused to why they don’t want to repair my car, for this I give them a 1 Star and for the tax on labor charge.Manager or whoever,If you’re reading this don’t make the same mistake again with another customer, because sooner or later you will call us back to get it repaired.

I didnt get service here but the staff was extremely friendly and referred me to another business because the damage to my car wasnt serious enough for them to work on that was pure professional business. In the future if I do have any damage I need fixed I will definitely choose this place to work on my car.

I give Caliber collision five stars because they deserved. I took my car to them to fix the front and rear bump and they did a grate job on it. Adrian, Steve and Camilo were very kind and respectfully with us. I will do bussines with them againg, if I need it, otherwise I will go to visit them just to remember no to forget to be more carfull on the road.
