They do excellent work in a timely manner with repairs. Taken my car there now twice and completely happy both times. Also took a car that had collision damage and they did a great job as well. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.

They have amazing staff&customer service.They are informative and keep you in the loop every step with progress on your vehicle. They made a typically stressful process absolutely worry free for me when I had to get my car fixed after my car accident. They fixed my car in a timely manner, were dilligent in making sure all the damage was found and taken care of,they kept in contact with the rental agency i was using and called them for me when I needed an extension of the car as well as calling them to let them know when&where they would need to pick up the car, they kept in contact with insurance company as well. So I never had to make any calls or do a thing except show up for drop off of my car&show up for pick up!?They literally handled everything! Which was awesome:) They went above&beyond,i didnt have to lift a finger so i am very grateful! Oh and gave me a free tshirt when I left,who doesnt love a free tshirt?Definitely recommend 👌🏼

If you use this place, clear your car completely out otherwise you won’t get all of your belongings back. Can’t speak on how well they fix things because insurance totaled my car out after roughly 3 rounds of parts needed ordered on what I thought was going to be a quick fix. Only went to this place because insurance company told me to. Strongly regret it and should have went with my local mechanic that’s honest and doesn’t steal things out of cars; whether they’re deemed totaled or not.

They do good work, they try to work with the customer, their staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They work well with insurance companies. I recently received a quote for an out of pocket repair on an older vehicle I just acquired. I wanted to get some window seals replaced and a fiberglass repair and paint done. The quote was very high based on the estimated time to repair and using OEM parts. Their labor rate is decent otherwise.

I just got my truck back from Kumler today, they did body work on the bed and bumper. And fixed other issues, I’m absolutely amazed by their work, even matching the paint. I’m beyond satisfied, the guy I’ve been talking to Jeff Wagner has been awesome, he’s been keeping me updated on the progress. The truck was done exactly when he said it would be. I didn’t expect that I thought it would take longer, Even deb in the office she has been very nice and professional, if you want your vehicle looking like it was when it was new go to KUMLER!!!

Kumler always does awesome work and keeps my f-150 in top shape. They always advise if they find something that needs attention now orthe next time the vehicle is in for service. Long story short, if you are not going to Kumler Automotive youre making a big mistake andspending too much money.

They do good work however they may have some customer service issues. Debbie at the front desk specifically was extremely rude and unprofessional and really seemed to hate her job. You should not treat customers like they know everything or as if they are stupid. Other than that issue, they are a good company.

Awesome shop, they always do small things to help out for no charge when I go and theyre super helpful. Highly recommended for the Fairfield area.

DishonestThe worst thing a car repair place can be is dishonest. And unfortunately that’s exactly what Kumler is. I was recently in a very low speed (5mph) accident in my nearly brand new car which I bought brand new from the dealership a year ago. After taking it to Kumler and waiting weeks for them to assess the damage, they told my insurance company there was a ton of structural damage which then would translate to my car being totaled. Mind you, I was able to drive this brand new car off the site of this low speed accident. So I spoke to my insurance agent and asked how that could be possible. He informed me that Kumler is notorious for giving higher estimates as well as including things such as towing fees and holding fees in the estimate even though that’s incorrect. They will give a high estimate, charge for holding and tearing down, then total the car and get their 1,000 bucks. I will not be coming back here.

$20 daily storage fee when you are having your car worked on there? Ridiculous. Go to River Valley Collision.

The only place we take our car and truck. Always on time. Wouldnt go any place else for oil changes and repairs. When they fix your auto you know its fixed and you dont have to return .

This is the 2nd time Ive used them in the past couple of years (neither accident was my fault). They do excellent work and are extremely easy to work with. Both times my insurance company dropped the ball on having my rental vehicle lined up, but Kumler took care of everything with one of their own and had me on my way within 20 minutes. I will continue to give them my business in the future, I just hope I wont have to.

Excellent service. First time going here and I had a great experience. The guy called and informed me what was wrong and how much it would be and let me know before he did anything, asked what my budget was and it was way over and he was very nice and understanding of my situation. Definitely will be my designated repair shop if anything were to happen to my car in the future.

We are not happy the van has been in there hand 3 time and it is still not fixed. We feel like they are giving us the run around. We new the starter was what needed fixed. But they fixed a relay then went 2 months later and it was a bad wire tried to charge us $97 umm no way. So guess what back again NOW they want to charge us 500 to fix the starter

I have been using Kumler since 1984. Thankfully, it is the automotive shop and not the collision shop that sees me on a regular basis. I have not returned any car to the dealer. Howie and Josh have done all service and I have never had to return for a correction or mistake. They inform me of the cost before the work is done and my comparisons with other places puts them at or below costs. I love the reliability and the safety check they perform regularly.

I had my vehicle taking to Kumler, which Ive done several times. Usually a wonderful experience. This time though I was instructed that work would begin on Nov. 5th and should expect work to be completed by the 12th. Here it is the 26th of this month and still no car. Ive contacted them several times and have been given various reasons why still not done. Was told someone would keep me updated, but havent received any correspondence from there side. Obviously this is a very reputable shop but unfortunately will be the last time I choose to use their services. Seem to lack customer service skills

I don’t suskkkt leave reviews but I felt I needed too.Recently bought a new truck and I’ve had some down luck with it. Had someone rear end me, as well as a deer bounce down the side of it. Two different incidents.Long story short, I’ve gone to Kumler both times, I can’t say they don’t do quality work, they’ve fixed my truck both times an I’ve been very pleased !But with that said, I have to say, they quoted, so many days will be needed to fix the truck. Ect, I understand good work takes time an I’m one who wants the job done correctly ! That being said I was told it take 3 days for my truck to be fixed, I heard nothing back after 5 days so I took it upon myself to call in and to check on the progress of my truck.They informed me it would be ready later that day. Due to my work schedule I wasn’t able to pick the truck up til the next day.At this time it was now a week later.I had used one of their rentals while they had my truck, they had charged me for the entire time I had the rental even though I was under the impression they would only have my truck three days.When I asked the worker at the desk, she become snobby an rather rude ! I was clearly asking to understand or better understand what I was paying for. I Wasn’t rude or disrespectful, I have to say, it was rather rude and unprofessional of her, considering I bring my business to them.I simply paid the balance an left, I just feel it was unneeded an unprofessional. Cost zero cents to treat people good!Lastly, they’ve claimed they’ve cleaned, washed or detailed the truck both times and both times the truck wasn’t touched. if it was, it was poorly done. I’m not one looking for free things, i never asked for it to be washed or cleaned, I believe its part of the complimentary thing, I’m not sure. Just not sure what they meant by they “washed it” it cleaned it when the truck was clearly still dirty.I pray my luck with my truck turns around, so I don’t need anymore body work, but if said events happen I will be taking my business else where unfortunately.Overall I have to still give them common decency for their work. Truck looks great an Drives An runs like it did before i dropped it off !

Horrible place. My wife and I took our car their to have it fixed and painted. Now our car is two different colors and they refuse to fix their mistake. What kind of says they did the best they could but it’s still two different colors. We’ll never go back. My advice go somewhere else.

Howie and his crew have taken care of multiple vehicles for us and our grandchildren over several years. The attitude on phone conversations, atmosphere at the shop and the service we have had done has always been above an A grade. We trust them and rely on their suggestions. Howie is not only our old neighbor but our trusted advisor when it comes to vehicle maintenance. I only wish Kumler could do warranty work as well.

Discrimination is still alive at KUMLERS. My husband hit a deer with my car, and it was taken to Kumlers for repairs. They called three times and ask to speak to my husband, Carl. Each time my husband told them the car belongs to my wife. When the car was finally ready, I went in to pick it up, and again I told them I was the owner of the car. I ask them if they had test driven it, and they assured me they had. I drove it about eight blocks and the car pulled terribly to the right. I turned around and went back to Kumlers. I told the employee that I had previously spoken to that the car was out of line. He said to me how do I know that it wasnt out of line before we repaired it? Where upon I replied it wasnt, and wouldnt you think you should have checked it since my husband hit the deer so hard it flew on to an embankment? He told me to call my insurance company. I called my agent Pat Reid of the Insurance Circle in Canal Winchester. He readily agreed for the insurance company to have the car realigned. In the meantime, we received in the mail, a thank you note for our business addressed to MR. CARL HEISTER. I made a copy of the envelope and note and returned it to Mr. Dean DeRolph, the owner, and wrote on it, YOUR CUSTOMER WAS NOT CARL HEISTER, BUT PHYLLIS HEISTER. I am still steamed!!!!!!!!!!! Dont they know that women own cars and buys cars?

I use their service dept. How is and his team do a great job, and their prices are competitive - usually beating the others. This is my goto place when I cant do the work myself.

We had out car at kumler for a window accident which wasnt our fault. This was months ago, and still to this day i am finding glass in our car in simple and harder to get to places. I have pictures from my cleaning my car out today(which i wish i could post) where piles of glass were found, under my floor mats, under the seats, in my trunk/gas release latches, in the side pockets of the car. I have had glass stuck in my hands, elbows(from working on and cleaning my car), and in my dogs paws. They also tried to say our automatic window wasnt working before but there was glass stuck in the seals. When you open our doors you can hear the glass rattling in it still. They claimed they spent over 3 hours cleaning it, and there is absolutely no way because i spend typically 30 to 45 mins vacuuming when i clean my car about once a month and find handfuls of glass each time. I will never recommend them ever and be sure to check your car before you accept it back!!
