The work was completed quickly, and Don took the time to not only explain how the system works, but also to show me what I can do on a routine basis to ensure system efficacy. Ive used Brubaker a few times for repairs including heating and plumbing. They are professional and very quick to provide service when needed. A one stop shop for HVAC, plumbing and electrical.

We had our water filtration and softener system installed and new toilets installed (that we had purchased). Service was timely, efficient and professional. Later, when having appliances installed, we encountered a new issue related to the water line to the fridge. We had Lucas out within an hour or two, and the issue was quickly resolved. The service staff and friendly and professional - would use again.

I just had an estimate done i’ve been trying to have a dishwasher installed for about two months now the insulation people which I will not mention told me I needed to move a drain so I did and then they came back and told me I needed to move a shut off valve I called the same company back to move the valve well they came to my house but they never came back I’ll move the valve so I called Brubaker Inc. and the young man that came to my house told me that the valve was not an issue that my dishwasher can be installed so I will go back and call these people who supposed to install my dishwasher and tell him this this young man was very professional well mannered and I think in

We bought an LG refrigerator at Brubakers almost 6 years ago. When I started having issues with it I figured they were the best place to call for service since I bought it from them and they have a service department. First service call they scheduled me in 10 days later and that day I received a call saying the technician was on his way. 10 minutes later the technician called and after I described the issue he told me to vacuum the condenser coils and he could save me the $80+ minimum service call fee. This sounded great and I was pleased he saved me some money, but this did not fix the problem. I called back and scheduled another service visit. This time it was about a 5 day wait. Technician showed up and after doing some diagnosis informed me that the sealed system was bad and that he could not fix it because that would void the warranty. I told him it was already out of warranty so go ahead and fix it. He was hesitant and eventually said that LG does not want them messing with the sealed system so I would have to call them directly. So I basically paid the $80+ service call to be told I had to call LG. I wouldnt even put all the blame on the tech. The people scheduling the service calls should tell you right up front that they can not fix certain problems with LG, and if they cant you will have to go through LG. If I had known this I would skipped them and called LG directly and saved 2 weeks of time and the $80+ service fee.

We recently had to have our old galvanized drain pipe for the kitchen sink replaced. It was old and clogged. The service technician was very efficient and knowledgeable. Replumed the sink and a sump pump. Was done in a few hours and cleaned up very well. Couldnt be more pleased. Recommended.

I called needing an electrician to replace a thermostat for electric radiant heat. I specified that information. They sent me a HVAC guy. He was not an electrician and didnt have a clue. I spoke to his manager and the dispatch person and neither would help me fix the problem. I also found out that the dont have an electrician only kids right out of school who are being trained. They could have told me that when I called to make the appointment. I could have called another company. I ended up calling Lapp Electric and used their emergency service. I cost more but I got a qualified electrician. My suggestion dont call Brubaker. Years ago I used them for both plumbing and electric but stopped using them. I could remember exactly why but now I know. They are not competent.

We recently bought a house and did an entire renovation. Of all the contractors we worked with, Brubaker was the BEST. Katey was very easy to work with and even when I went rogue on our plan, she adjusted and got us taken care of. The install team was professional and treated our house with respect. Brubaker Inc has been amazing from start to finish repairing our double oven. Their communication was excellent and we were updated frequently as we were waiting for parts to come in that had been back order due to Covid. They went above and beyond to get the parts and made every effort to make the repairs as quickly as possible. They even came to our house on December 23 so that we could have a working oven for Christmas. They are extremely honest and fair and we will trust them with any future need. When new range was delivered found out that my gas valve was very old and out of code. Very quick turn around to get a plumber in to replace the valve. And very quick rescheduling for range delivery. Great experience from start to finish. Tech diagnosed our old HVAC system, was polite and didnt try to pressure us or make us take a next step. Called over the weekend to schedule an estimate for a full system, Katey was here on Monday to do the estimate and was very helpful and up front, again no pressure at all. Emailed Katey later that day to accept the proposal and the team was here on Wednesday with all the parts and completed install before 2pm. Andrew even patched an unrelated duct issue after I asked for advice. Highly recommend!

I had to make an emergency call when my well pump died. The person who was working dispatch was pleasant, and I received a call back quickly from Anthony. Never actually got a chance to work with them. I had them come out and give me a quote for work done in my kitchen. They were busy and I understood that. Waited a week for them to come out but I saw the good reviews so I thought it would be worth it. Someone came out we went over what I wanted done and he said he would get back to me in a week cus again they were busy. Again I understood and accepted. Week went by no call or quote. So I called and left a voicemail no response. Called again the next week left a voicemail and no response. Just called back almost a month after this all started and they had no record of anyone coming out.

Jared couldnt have been any friendlier and arrived about 15 minutes earlier than what I was expecting.. I am totally happy with the service! I will definitely let friends and family know how good the experience was and will definitely recommend them to reach out to your company.

We called Brubaker Inc for help when gallons of water came in our chimney on 8/7/20 and flowed down in to our oil furnace. Brubaker rep Tanner was out to our home to inspect and diagnose issues, initially on 8/10 with my wife, and again on 8/12/20 for a much longer repair and cleaning session. He arrived on time, was unfailingly polite and really made efforts to explain what he was doing and why throughout the five hours he spent at my home. When Tanner ran into some difficulty with removing an old and corroded overflow tank, he called Brubaker HQ and a second rep arrived quickly to help. I was very impressed that Brubaker Inc. supports its workers in this way! I can imagine a less-committed employer telling their worker to just handle it on their own. It should be noted that both Brubaker reps carefully observed COVID-19 mask etiquette at all times. I am also very pleased that the price quoted to us on 8/10/20 was exactly what I ended up paying - no extra fees, gotchas, or surprises. I will use Brubaker Inc again, and I wish Tanner the best!

For a full disclosure I opted to not go with Brubaker. However, I was taken aback by the fact that they charged $79 simply to come out and give an estimate. There was no indication of this charge until the person who came to my house asked for the money. Between that, and pushing their overpriced service contract for a simple faucet replacement, I opted to not go with them.People looking for a plumbing company should be aware that this one charges a steep price for estimates.

Brett did a fantastic job with our kitchen renovation. The job was done in almost half the scheduled time and the quality was excellent. The work site was cleaned up at the end of each day which was really appreciated since we were still using the kitchen during the renovation. When water pipes were unexpectedly discovered in the wall we were tearing down, he said No problem. and relocated them without any issues.
