Wont return phone calls even when they promise they will. Lose your name invoice etc. Then tell you after you finally get through that they are busy with customers....not sure how that is when they wont let you even be a customer. Pretty unprofessional. They will however refer you to someone else who Im guessing needs customers more than good housekeeping does.

Service was exceptional. Adam, the service tech took the time to check my wall oven for any issues before installing the new heating element just in case the element was not the problem. He was knowledgeable and respectful as were the sales staff. Im so grateful there is still a store that backs up theyre products.

Went looking for a part for dishwasher and the lady working was very friendly and helpful.

I havent dealt with anyone except for the older gentleman that works in there.....but let me tell you it is like pulling teeth trying to get any kind of part for an appliance from here. that said, the service guys that came and fixed my washer motherboard were very friendly and helpful and deserve all the praise I can give them. I know its a family run business ...but do yourselves a favor and have grandpa retire... he drives away business

I originally ordered my fridge from Best Buy...let me tell you...HUGE MISTAKE. They treated us like garbage and when the fridge “didn’t fit” they left my door off my hinges and my old fridge outside meaning I had no fridge at all and no way of getting it inside (I’m pregnant and my husband has back surgery in December). I was referred to Good Housekeeping by my boss and I was immediately graced with a different experience. They got the EXACT SAME FRIDGE in my house two days later with no issues and gave me a WONDERFUL customer service. I also love that my money is going to a local shop. I will definitely be purchasing all my appliances here from here on out! Thanks for being awesome!
