Came to Addicted on Sweetest Day to get ice cream and coffee. Great atmosphere with cleanliness.Great for first dates or with children. Cashier was very attentive to what I was looking for and help us patiently decide what was best for us. Even put a spin on my toppings. Menu flexible with different things to chose from. Super friendly customer service. Will Recommend.

Great little ice cream spot just down from Angelos Pizza that serves insansely oversized milkshakes and great ice cream. Great breakfast drinks and coffees with a limited menu as well. Nice benches outside or a few tables inside. Locally owned!

Doesnt really serve coffee - mostly serves sugary milky beverages and ice cream. If you do drink something from their lactose/sucrose bar with espresso in it, be warned: they have no bathrooms. Want real coffee? Any other coffee place in Lakewood will do: Good Kind, Roots, Rising Star...

No pun intended, i am addicted to their coffee. On my way to work I go out of my way to grab an iced coffee from Addicted. They’ve nailed it! You can tell customer satisfaction is at the forefront of the company. As you walk through the doorway you’re greeted with the friendliest staff. An amazing experience overall!

I went to Addicted for the first time this morning and ordered an iced coffee. Not only was it a delicious and refreshing morning treat but Vince (the owner) was very friendly and welcoming. In fact, another customer, Vince and I enjoyed a nice morning chat before work. I learned about these AMAZING milkshakes that they make. They are huge and full of goodies! I will definitely be back!

Our son treated us here before he went to work. They liked their beverages I was a little surprised to have coffee in my smoothie. I guess I didnt look at the menu carefully. My husbands caramel macchiato iced coffee was delicious, I did have a few sips of that.

Awesome little business! We took our daughter here to try one of their crazy shakes and we were not disappointed! She had the Unicorns and Rainbows crazy shake and it was huge! Really it’s meant to be shared but somehow my daughter finished hers. I had a Nitro Float and absolutely loved it. The Nitro is a cold brew coffee infused with nitrogen which makes a really smooth flavor. The Nitro cold brew is delicious and adding a scoop of ice cream makes it a wonderful treat for a hot day. My husband had an cold green tea in one of their reusable glass bottles. The shop was clean and the employees very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to explain many items to us as we were ordering and just chatted about how well the business is doing. Street parking is available so make sure your have some quarters on hand. Overall a really eclectic and neat experience for those who love coffee and/or ice cream! Highly recommended!

I only went for the ice cream/dessert. It was average at best. They didnt have a whole lot of variety. And the things they did have seemed very generic. The picture looks way better than it tasted. It was 90% whipped cream.

We saw a video of this place online so for our 4 year anniversary went here... It REALLY is as GREAT as the photos make it out to be...The crazy shakes are pricey but you need to try it at least once. Everything looked great and tasted even better, very nice experience all around!

Neat place that has two of my favorite things, coffee and ice cream. This trip was for coffee. Good flavor, but a little bit cooler than I expect. But I will be back :)

Loved it! The line was out the door and they were fabulous about it. We went for the milkshakes. They were not only cute but tasted amazing.

The concept is good. However I walked in and asked for the sundaes we seen on the internet. The worker pointed to a board. We ordered but not till after we had it we realized it was a milkshake. He was in a hurry to leave and really didnt hear us. The internet says closes at 8, but was actually 7. Was handed a dripping $16 desert with no where to sit due to closing. Very disappointed and drove from Amherst.

They have really good ice cream and I love that place and theyre really really really good.

Went to Cleveland for a couple day trip and stopped before driving all the way back to Wisconsin. The owner was so nice and the menu was well rounded in that it had many options for dairy-free. He even gave us a few cookies for the road when we told him how long the drive was. 10/10 tasted delicious

My wife and son liked their cookie dough shakes.. I got the baby cookie monster and the only thing that had any flavor was the store bought items.. the ice cream tasted very very diluted almost like they added half milk half ice cream to the 1/4 milk 1/4 ice cream to the mixer.. very disappointed.. maybe it will be better next time.

Youll get exactly whats pictured, or you imagined with the $15 shakes. Alittle pricey in my opinion, especially for a water shake (flavor and consistency). But none the less, its worth a 1 time experience to treat your significant other to. Makes for some cool photos.

I stopped in with a friend this evening and the first thing we noticed was the mess. The customer area and the prep space behind the counters was so dirty. Milk left sitting out, a customers lost handbag placed on what appeared to be a food prep counter, stuff piled everywhere, dust all over the bags of coffee and tumblers out for sale, food splatters on the walls, chairs, floors, trash receptacles etc. The employees working werent friendly or very professional. Very sloppily dressed -- one girl was wearing open toe shoes behind the counter. The young guy working this evening dropped a couple F-bombs. It didnt appear that any of them washed their hands before handling food, including the girl wearing sandals who had been outside painting a bench.The ice cream itself was pretty disappointing, which was the least of our concerns.

Nitro. Brew. That’s all I have to say. (Better than) the quality of Starbucks at a fraction of the price. Fantastic, we loved it. Stephanie was very personable and well educated on the science of coffee. We highly recommend!!

Bad service, real bad with masks at the height of the pandemic, drinks too sweet. I requested a breakfast burrito with no cheese, confirmed multiple times I still wanted bacon, and they still didnt give me bacon.

Wanted to try this place out after hearing the reviews. I intended to get one of those crazy shakes. I ask the young girl for prices seeing it was my first time, I wanted to know about the size. The shake was for my daughter. The young girl just starred wasn’t informative to me kinda of what are you doing here attitude. So I politely left out the door the customer that came in a lil but before I left was greeted the whole 9. I don’t spend my money nowhere I’m not welcomed!!

Came here to try one of the crazy milkshakes. To quickly sum it up: underwhelming and overpriced.When you first walk in, it looks hastily put together. Theres not much order to the layout and quite a bit of just stuff about. A lot of handcrafted decorations (which could like great with a bit more care) and an odd penny wall by your table.The staff greeted us when we approached the counter but didnt offer to help with anything unless directly asked. Once done serving, they just sat at the register on their phones. Considering every table needed whipped down, they should have been working more (there was only 1 other table there with us).The ice cream options seemed exciting (even vegan options available) but flavor was not great. I split the peanut butter outrageous monster shake with a friend. The toppings sit on a heaping amount of bland whipped cream and are the cheap grocery store brownies and swiss rolls you get in a box; nothing freshly made. The milkshake itself barely had any peanut butter taste. I was very disappointed in the flavor and wished I had went to DQ instead.I can say I tried it out, but do not have any desire to go back again.

Nice little ice cream shop. Definitely a cute Instagram-able moment with their elaborate milkshakes. But if I am being completely honest, they did not taste that great. I think the employee used way too much milk because our sugary, loaded treats actually lacked flavor. Weird. But whatever. For the price I definitely think it was worth the inedible milkshake for a cute photo! Lol. Ironically, ill be back whenever friends and family come to visit Cleveland, Lol.

Go here all the time. My partner hates the cold brew taste. I love the large lates. Only one server working at a time so theres usually a wait. Needs more staff.

I really enjoyed what we ordered but this place was filthy. We went this past Saturday on our anniversary and as we were waiting I couldnt help but notice just how dirty it was here. There were 3 people on staff yet none of them were cleaning anything. The sink in the back was piled high, there were coffee grounds scattered everywhere across the bar where I was seated, and just next to me on the left were boxes with garbage and maybe light fixtures in it. I am all for hole in the wall places and dive bars which can be more on the dirty and grimy side but this place really was too much for me.I also didnt appreciate that the people working allowed the customers before us to bring a dog inside and Im not talking little tea cup poodle. This guy was a good 60-70lb dog. It is very unhygienic to allow dogs inside establishments that serve food anyway let alone people that have allergies.Im sorry but I wont be back.

Person there didnt acknowledge our existence for 15 min so we left.

This place is amazing the drinks and ice cream coffee and all of the above were just amazing 10/10 you should all go there. Also, the customer service was great they were so kind and wonderful the only thing I didn’t like was parking but parking is always a hassle so overall the place itself was amazing and everything there is delicious and they treat customers well!!! You should all go there best dessert place ever I will go there for now on.

I have lived in Lakewood for almost 2 years and I’ve never been here. This place is on the other side of Lakewood for me so hasn’t been the most convenient place to try but I will be going out of my way to go to this place. The coffee was amazing. It was my first time ever trying nitro brew and I was not disappointed. They have so many other delicious looking items on their menu that I can’t to try. Oh, and they also have ice cream! What could be better?! Besides the delicious coffee I think the best part of this place was the staff. I can’t tell you the last time I walked in somewhere and felt so welcomed. They were so helpful with trying to figure out what I should order since I can be a little indecisive. They truly wanted me to enjoy whatever I had from there. Absolutely recommend giving this place a try!

Amazing! We went to the new location inside Meijer’s in Stow for a special treat for my daughter. Service with a smile, making memories for sure!

We got iced coffee and a milkshake, delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful answering our questions and was able to make my iced coffee dairy free. Will be back!

Spoke to one of the managers days before my trip to plan to come there. Known highly for their nitro infused ice cream drink I drove 1.5 hours from where I live specifically to come to this place. I get there and they have been out for hours of the nitro cold brew. Even worse the cashier didn’t seem to care less and was more concerned about talking to a friend she had there hanging out. I left without buying anything and won’t be back.

The customer service was fun and friendly. The variety of options was creative. You can go in wanting a pastrami sandwich, a fancy espresso or an icecream sundae. I ordered a Vegan Macchiato. Twas delicious! Others ordered keylime icecream, salted caramel icecream, and cotton candy. Everyone was satisfied! The do offer sampling! Weird music playing...kinda 70s drug crowd music 😂....with green dots circulating the walls....but was fun! Highly recommend...

Hooray for 🌱vegan🌱 options, or was it option (singular?) Either way the scoop was good, I think it was coffee flavor and was creamy in the way most vegan ice creams cant deliver. Enjoyable. Atmosphere was maybe that of a mortuary, on any other day that would be a good thing, but I had the feeling I was in here while they were closed for business. Eerie, but delicious.

The ice cream is good. The milkshake fir the big a-word peanut butter ice cream ($15) isnt sweet at all. They should add a table spoon of Chico syrup when mixing. Parking is a bit difficult. But they are good and nice. Id go again if I were around

Great coffee. Smooth flavor profile compared to some of the juicy coffees of most independent places and not as burnt as Starbucks. Would probably go great with some of ice cream. Dont let the dark interior dissuade you from giving them a shot.

My daughter heard of this place so we decided to check it out(we like to try different ice cream places)! First impression was it was cute and had alot of choices! We got 2 of the big shakes. Cookie monster craze tasted funny but they were worth the price and wait especially if you love sweets! Want to go back to try the coffee! Would of gave 5 stars but I think the employees should at least smile🙂

We went here to try their shakes that look a lot better in photos vs real life. We ordered two, took quite a while but when we got them, they were drenched in whipped cream. Highly disappointing & honestly, they didnt taste very good.The kicker to our visit was when our 7 year old needed to use the bathroom. We were told they dont have one even though we watched them let a different kid into the basement where there employee bathroom is. What food establishment doesnt have a bathroom?!When we were on our way out, I dont know if it was owner or manager or whoever but he was incredibly rude to us about them not having a bathroom & literally YELLED at us. Youre welcome for the business!WILL NEVER RETURN.

Been going there for a while,but lately they have gotten busy.Basic ice cream flavors nothing special.Took them 15 minutes to make a milk shake and that was after I waited in line. And was not good. Not even mixed up thoroughly.Poor service .Hey owner hire more workers or train them to be efficient.

Bad experience- the tables were dirty and there were 5 employees working so no excuse. They seemed completely uninterested in helping us and more interested in stuffing their faces with Subway sandwiches. We looked at a menu on the counter for a few minutes before one of them finally said those are “coffee” flavors. The owner needs to change that especially for new customers. The spoons were so cheap plastic I literally couldn’t eat the ice cream until it melted. The girls said they used to have wooden spoons but they ran out and the owner never replaced them..great owner. The ice cream tubs were not labeled so the girl had to explain each flavor...again owner needs to address this problem. Counter to order was a mess and they had some store bought brownies for sale leftover from some “event” on counter...seriously?. My wife and I saw pictures online but I advise don’t go by the pictures. Better off going to Dairy Queen. Never return.

This is the best coffee I have ever had. Seriously. Its a bit out of the way for me on my morning commute but so very much worth it. Im going to have to try to get up 10 minutes earlier every day just so I can make Addicted part of my morning routine!

Myself and my family (Plus a few of my sons friends) went to check out this spot yesterday 6/03/19, when you first arrived we noticed how small the space was, not much room for a lot of people, we ordered our items which came to a total of almost $70. we were quite upset that a few items that we wanted to order we were told they were out or they did not have it, we ordered 3 of the specialty shakes which were very tasty but took so long to make, I felt so bad for the 2 girls that were working, there were at least 3 different familys that walked in and then walked back out because they waited to long. the shakes were good but I would not go back.
