They have a big selection of office furniture and goods at a reasonable price, they also do photocopy and fax, this service can be busy sometimes, staff members are always willing to help.

I am ABSOLUTELY not shopping here ever again. This place was definitely my go to for office supplies but I will just stick to the Tacoma location from now on. Why do you ask? Well they clearly like to hire creeps now! I walked in and a man named Shawn kept following me around breathing heavily and I kept saying I did not need any help. And he eventually stopped but kept starring at me weird NONSTOP! Eventually I couldn’t take it and had to leave without getting anything. I will certainly miss the short drive here.

I visited this store a few days ago just to grab a couple color copies for my daughters teacher. I was shocked at how busy the copy center area was walking up. I thought man I am going to be here awhile. Until Robert was literally multi-tasking two registers back and forth while another employee was busy working on what looked like a banner.Robert would make eye contact with people waiting, and say I will be right with you. An older lady was checking out and told him (Robert) I love you lol she must visit frequently, and obviously he is great all the time with customers. Wanted to take my time to write a review on his wonderful customer service. I was in and out within 10minutes with my copies I needed, with probably about 10 people infront of me is pretty impressive.If only we had more Roberts to give top notch customer service, and put a smile on peoples faces :)Thanks again!! I will always go to this Office Depot now, eventhough it is further from my local one, good customer service is hard to find.

I went looking for a laptop that said they had in the store online. Went to the store to buy it. Not only did they not have the laptop in the store, the most expensive laptop they have is 700.00. The laptop I was looking for was just under 2000.00. I have a medical reason not to wear a mask at the moment due to neck surgery and wearing a hard collar, I cannot move my head left, right, or down. I cannot breathe with a mask on. My doctor has told me I fall under the medical condition to not wear a mask period. Needless to say I was told by their associate that I had to wear a mask, keeping in mind I have gone to the local hospital several times to pick up prescriptions and not once have I been asked or worn a mask in this hospital. I explained right on their sign it states wear a mask unless medical condition. I was less than impressed with this treatment and even less impressed that they do not carry a laptop over 700.00. Huge false information and advertisement.

Hats off to Lakewood Office Depot for quick turnaround and easy curbside pick up. I used this option for the second time and it was extremely positive both times. My ready to pick up message on this weeks order arrived 4 minutes after placing the order online. Picking up at store was fast and painless. Thank you for your outstanding customer service.

I had to send a fax to Employment Security and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I am truly grateful that you guys are there to provide an important service. The gentleman helping me send the fax even knew the correct number to use as he has had to send so many faxes to ESD in our area.

Went in to get my wedding pictures printed that I ordered online. Big Mistake! When I picked up my order it was on regular postcard paper and the quality looked terrible. I asked why they were printed on regular paper and not photo paper and the associate replied by saying that they ran out. I understand that it could happen sometimes but he could have told me and I would have understood. Instead, I would have walked out not knowing. I then asked when they would get photo paper and was told it can take four weeks! I then was told to go to another Office Depot where I would have to re-send my order because they wouldn’t be able to pull up my original order. After two hours of going through 600 pictures I was asked to do this again. I then proceed to go to another store where they had no clue what I was talking about but luckily the manager (Leilani) was very helpful and resolved my issue although it took me three a days to print these pictures. Not to mention on my way out of the Lakewood store the associate said that he doesn’t blame me because he wouldn’t like the pictures either.

Today they were offering 100% back in rewards on 6 products and several other rewards on a dozen more. I also picked up gift cards for 20% back in rewards which is good until 8/18/2018. Dozens of great sales on school supplies. Printing. Coping, Marketing assistance, and shipping also available. Manager willing to negotiate on price most of the time. Be sure to join the reward program.

I know some reviews are bad and some reviews are good. Reality of the situation is this a people business. Some people love what they do and provide superior service and a few people just want to collect a check. I have been shopping in this location for over 20 years (they used to be in a different building before they down sized in the towne center) and that’s what you get. Why I am writing a review is because their new store manager Michael. About 7/8 years ago he used to be the assistant manager. I was surprised to see him back about 6 months ago when I was just receiving the worst service I have had in this location. Michael stepped right in, made things right and made me feel valued. Michael is the change this store needed. Your right, compared to amazon and a lot of other big box stores Office Depot is higher in price for some items but what you get in this store is customer service. That is worth extra bucks in my book. All I have to say is if you have a bad experience, take down that associates name and call Michael. I assure you he will make it right and hold that associate accountable. Give this location a chance. They have earned my business back.

I went in to get a single copy, but didnt want my debit card suspended for 5.00 thats how it works on their Self-Service Copier. So, I just had one of the employees to make the copy for me behind the counter & paid 17¢+ 2¢ tax. The kind Lady Employee explained that she would be right with me, because she was helping another customer.

Alright, I normally dont write reviews. However, my experience today was nothing short of excellent. Ive been struggling to find a place that would print my photos. I discovered that my canon camera shoots in a 2x3 ratio which makes printing an 8x10 photo impossible unless I want borders up above and below of my photo. So I needed to print 8x12. Curtis, totally cool dude helped me out. This guy helped me work through the problem and showed me my options. At the end of it he said he could get the photos on 11x17 paper and make it fit the way I want. Curtis, you rock man. Yall have my business. I will be back to print more photos.

Unsatisfactory....I had just acquired my first computer. When my screen displayed upside-down during a snow event, this was the only place I could access for help. The technician fixed it all right, for $45.00, but failed to tell me the cause, which was a word processor incompatible with my operating system. This is something a technician should have known; I told him what apps were on my computer and that I was new to all this. I feel VERY taken advantage of, as this isnt the only incident.He missed out on a chance to sell me a word processor dated 2010 or better that would have worked.

Absolutely the worse customer service in the world.. Was there at 8:50 needed emergency items for work.. Was basically rushed out of the store because the close at 9 oclock.. Which i understand people want to get home to their families or pets or drugs or whatever.. But what happened to the good old days where the customer comes first.. In todays world where it seems like money rules the world and controls almost everyone and everything, but yet wealth seems harder and harder to obtain.. So the fact the someone is in your store willing to spend a few hundred bucks.. You should really look at your stores numbers and see how many $300-400 sales you made on a Tuesday.. People come into my store with or without money.. The last thing we do is rush you out or push your business away.. Damn shame not too mention the rudeness was followed by not one but four rude and unfriendly employees.. I could just get crazy and catch a case.... But ff ff it.. Ill just leave a review.. This place is Trash trash trash....

Everyday prices are really expensive compared to 99% of other places but since it was black friday I got a decent deal. Theyre werent busy either, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Staff are so friendly it was almost creepy but overall very pleasant dealing with them. If prices were a little better Id stop here more often.

Copies, laminating (from business card size up to posters), all kinds of printer paper (even 3 hole punched), fill-in certificates (covers & gold seals for them), 3-hole binders in all sizes & colors (get those projects & genealogy organized), plastic storage bins in assorted colors, school supplies, office furniture, pens, pencils, and markers. I feel more organized just visiting the store. Lots of different printer ink cartridges also. Located behind Safeway, between Pier One store and Pet Smart, across from the Bed and Bath Store (get even more organized!).

I absolutely love the printing convince of this store. So many print jobs and no need to worry if you have the right paper or if you ran out of ink or if your ink has dried out. Always exceptional quality and service. Thanks Office Depot.

Office Depot is a joke at this location. Waiting over 30 minutes to ship a mail and over an hours to print something and another 30 minutes at the waiting line to check out. For the store this large, you need more than just 3 people working.

I went in last night around 8 pm to pick up a booklet I had printed off. I walked in and the 2 boys working didn’t greet me or even look at me. After being ignored I asked where I get my booklet and one of the boys pointed toward the coping area and said over there... So I have went over there and the other guy followed asked for my name handed me my booklet and walked away with out saying a word. Very rude and unprofessional. Customer service must not be a priority for Office Depot.

I went to the Lakewood Depot today 8-5-2019. I was horribly treated by not only customer service but by the store manager who felt that the only one to blame was me. I went to the print department to ask to have a label made for a business letter I was mailing. there was only one other customer and the associate was helping her. The print department employee never once asked me what I needed. I was completely ignored. When other customers came for help the employee called for another employee to help them. when the helper asked me what I wanted, I told him. He said he couldnt do it and that I would have to wait for the employee I had already been waiting on. The employee began telling people he could not provide the service I had asked for and then even handed me the receipt of another customer that he had just helped. This embarrassed me to say the least. I must have waited at least twenty minutes. I was the first in line but never received any help. Then when the employee finished with the employee she had been helping, she deliberately went to help some one who had just come in and ignored me even though she knew I was waiting. At that point I left the the store because the store employees had humiliated so much. I came back to speak to the store manager about what they had done and he felt that they hadnt done anything wrong which would imply that I deserved to be treated that way. hope that you will watch the servailence video. I figure that with in the last five years I have spent between six to seven hundred dollars at that lakewood Office Depot but, I will never come to that store againNO THANK YOUSylvia Kelly

Came in looking for a Windows 10 USB boot drive, they didnt carry them. I asked if I could use a computer to do it myself, Network is too slow.I was talking with Alvin, one of the stores associates. When I told him about my problem, he pulled one of his own Windows 10 bootable USB drives from his pocket and gave it to me. I asked if he wanted a clean USB of the same model, he declined.Alvin saved me so much much heartache and frustration, he genuinely lifted my mood for the rest of the day.Now Im typing this review on my newly built PC, thanks to Alvin.Thank you Alvin!

Awful selection of printers but very nice employees

I am never one to write a review but I feel like my experience todat was by far one of the best I have ever experienced and needed to be shared. Joe, the assistant manager, went way above and beyond today to help my fiance and I print an obscene amount of stuff for our upcoming wedding. Not only was he patient with us, he went well above and beyond to make sure our invitations and rsvps were nothing short of perfect and he formatted everything for us. There was no headache involved and he was so professional and gave some of the most stellar customer service I have ever experienced. We cant thank you enough!!!

I had a less than satisfactory experience. I asked a clerk if they had small wall calendars that started in Jan instead of July through June. He said no, Im afraid we dont. Thats all-didnt try to help me find something else suitable or if they had one online. At checkout, I had a ruler that had no bar code on it and the girl went wanted me to go get one that did, when there were two or three clerks standing around doing nothing. So I said no, one of them can go. Lastly, she was impatient when I couldnt get my email typed in correctly for the receipt and said lets just go back and choose Printed, and she went ahead and did that before I could even respond. Being a senior, I dont appreciate very young workers with no sense of customer service.

I have been going to the store for a very long time and I posted this review for the person that needs to do consistent business, not for a single visit. The print center is hit and miss depending on what time of day you go, generally the morning shift is very competent and knows how to correctly print an image or flyer and keep it proportional. Most of the time the afternoon shift is completely worthless, not always but about 80%. Even with a large discount that I receive at the store they are still very expensive compared to some of the local shops. Just an example is standard sized letter envelopes, they were $22 per 200, A local competitor was literally half. Costco was $10 per 500.The big issue that I have is their policy on sending in print orders. You have to physically be in the store even though they allow you to email and image or document. What good is emailing if you have to wait there for an hour to have it done.

DO NOT USE THIS STORE FOR FedEX!!!!!!! The print shop workers are supposed to help customers FedEx items also but they have no clue what they are doing. I overnighted extremely important documents yesterday afternoon early enough for overnight service. I was assured it would arrive by 10:30am today. The documents did not arrive. I called and found out they forgot to send it. I cant even begin to express my anger and disappointment. Reimbursing me my overnight fee isnt going to complete the closing on my house in another state in time. Thanks a lot Office Depot for making our military move even more stressful.

Dont bother phoning this store. They dont care. Called to check on an item. The person said yes i can help with that and put me on hold (without letting me know they were going to do that) and i sat on the phone for 15mins and no one came back.
