Your employees should be sure to know what they are talking about before accusing someone of stealing. I bought a bagel and went and grabbed a drink after getting my bagel and went and paid. Took my things over to enjoy them at 7:15 am and the employee from behind the food center comes running over to me accusing me of stealing it and telling me I need to pay for it before eating which I already stated I had. This was loudly in front of a long line of customers and others sitting close by drinking coffee. How embarrassing! Do better get go! Ive worked with the public all my life and I know you better be really certain before you accuse a customer of stealing. Especially in front of other customers. Wouldnt it have been easier for him to just ask the cashier? Come on over $1.59 bagel?

Don’t go in super often, but when I do the cashiers are super sweet and friendly. Clean inside, questionable outside but that’s more of a review of Lakewood resident’s treatment of gas stations.

Outside the facility at GetGo there is a lot of rubbish around the building and around the grass and Im back in the building you would think every 60 minutes 280 minutes they would send out an employee to clean up all the rubbish I never seen so much garbage but on the E. side thank you very much and have a great day

Im not interested in getting covid with my morning bagel.UPDATE: Started returning to GetGo in the morning for Bagels, a tradition Ive been doing with my son for several years. Even with the signs on the doors saying you cant be served without a mask, they still do. I saw them serve one gentleman with his mask down on his chin, mouth and nose exposed and right behind him another with no mask. If my personal safety and that of your other customers isnt worth having a few uncomfortable conversations, then Im just not going to come anymore.

Went there on May 19 and ordered 2 different breakfast burritos, but they were mostly egg, barely visible meat, and none of the veggies; when I sent copy of receipt and complaint to manager, no response. Sad because up till now I liked product

Lady told me I could only use Apple Pay if I left my ID or any personal belongings with her. I’m sorry What? I have to leave personal belongings with someone because I paid for gas from my phone? I’ll stick to speedway lmao

The cashiers are great. The food is pretty good. Coffee is excellent, Cappuccinos are even better. Big variety of snacks, as well as last minute items. Fresh bakery selection and in store hot food, which can be ordered and cooked to your liking. A large number of gas pumps as well as free air for your tires. 👍👍

Food is okay, but almost always a hot mess. It depends whos in the kitchen. This place was five stars, but all of the good kitchen crew left. A lot of the times, there is a massive wait for your good, even when its not busy and youre the only one ordering food.Gas prices are good.

This place is always clean and well stocked. They cashiers are amazing. The big guy in the kitchen is always super nice and pleasantly says hi and asks about my morning or day depending on when I stop in everytime he sees me.

Usually super awesome service. My boyfriend and I go there often for food. Great portions usually very fast but today we went for food and when we got home he went to eat his turkey wrap and there was no turkey on it! Luckily were not confrontational people and we had turkey at home so he didnt want I go back up there. No biggy really but make sure you check your food before leaving just in case!

A very fresh gas stop. Great food, cooked on the spot. Pleasant people, Excellent service. I go out of my way at times to get gas, fresh hot coffee, and breakfast sammies. Highly recommended.

I was high and thought pizzas would taste good so I bought two but I ate one piece and tossed the rest out. Can’t be too mad it’s gas station pizza lol.

Good for a gas station. Good for quick food but if you are looking for something a little better in a place that is a little cleaner, you might as well go to Winking Lizard across the street or stop inside the Giant Eagle to pick up food.

Good clean place to gas up and get quick food items and selections. Employees are low key and while pleasant, not the most helpful or welcoming.

Theres a big man that work in the hot food area that always got a attitude when u ask a question about your food.He moves extra slow I can order a hot dog plain and it takes 10 to 15 min and my lunch break only 30min.Everyone else does a great job

More like GETSTOP. You will always spend 10 minutes in line here. Never assume youre going to be in and out. ALWAYS assume youll be 10 minutes late after stopping here. Seemingly understaffed AF.

I come here a lot because I literally live like 2 blocks away plus open late and free wifi.I love Paige shes really nice and always in a good mood. Bethanne needs to take a happy pill or something. Ya I get it u dont want to br at work, neither does anyone else ever. Just standing in her line makes me anxious bc shes always either mad or just doesnt seem to care.

I waited a half hour for a burger and fries that was complete trash. Only could eat two bites of it before throwing it away and contemplating what the world is

It was really sad to see how very, very dirty this store/food store was today, this was early afternoon, and the seating area for eating was really disgusting, all the tables were very dirty, the garbage can was literally overflowing, the microwave was out of order, the floor was very dirty, the coffee area was very dirty, most of the coffee dispensers were either empty or near empty. When we took our food wrappers outside to dispose of, the outdoor garbage dispensers were also overflowing. I will never eat here again.

The air machines suck...both have been down for nearly two weeks! They are blaming it on the weather...If that was the case the other stations would be out of service as well!
