Horrible service!! The girl at the counter black hair she said her name was Jessica was huffing and puffing when I asked her if I could use $5 cash and the rest on my card for cigarettes. At first she told me she couldnt do that, but I told her yes you can i have done it before. Guess what she was able to do it, I did make a comment because of her rude behavior, I said I didnt know this was going to be an inconvenience asking to do 2 forms of payment. She ended up tossing my cigarettes across the counter. I asked her a manager and she told me there wasnt one there and I told her thats ok what is your name. She said it was Jessica, I told her i will be calling later to report her behavior to management! What is wrong with the people you have been hiring? I have met more than 2 employees there that are consistently rude to the customers! Clean up your store!!!

Pump was barely functional. Got 0.3 gal in 3 minutes so I gave up and left. Also despise the blaring ads that dont turn off even if you press the side buttons.

The lady that was at checkout was rude and grouchy older lady with white and gray hair with glasses. She does not have good customer service skills I know its just a gas station but she made my mood go from 10 to a 2. I would not recommend this circle k.

The store looks clean and stocked better then it has in months.

This Circle K had a complete management change a couple months ago and in general has improved this location in several ways; cleaner, coffee is ready, cashiers actually available. Despite this improvement I cant get over how rude the new store manager is about checking IDs. Im almost a daily customer and this manager makes a point of scrutinizing my ID everytime I buy cigarettes. Also use cash $50/100 to buy full tanks of gas. these bills also get the third degree everytime. I can understand using caution and discretion but at some point Ive started to feel like a criminal when I do business here. Long story short, there arent many 17yr olds buying full tanks of gas and cigarettes at 5:30am. Show some awareness and respect for your daily customers, of which I will no longer be.

If there was an option that I could give this Circle K location a zero or negative rating, I would. My mother and I were passing through the Denver Metro Area mid-afternoon on our drive cross-country with a truck of my grandmothers old posessions she no longer has room for and has given away to us. So after we ate lunch nearby, we stopped here at this Circle K/Shell to fill up on gas. I was first in line behind this woman who was preparing to pull away from the gas pump and the manager, Mike, comes out and from the start acts physically threatening and verbally abusive towards my mother. He yelled at us repeatedly to pull around to the other side of the pumps, not once asking us politely, because his reason is that we were blocking other vehicles from coming in. The reasoning is absolute bull because 1) There were plenty of other pumps that people could pull up to and wait in line for, and 2) Its not my fault nor responsibility other drivers are impatient and breaking the law of blocking the intersection to begin with. And when I pulled up to the pump with my mother, the pick-up driver at the pump in front of us refused to move despite the fact he had been finished fueling. Why couldnt Mike ask him to move so my mother and I could pull all the way in? So after I began finally filling up the truck with gas, Mike shuts it off in the middle of the fill up, so I go into the store, and he yells at me that he shut off the pump and that my mother and I need to leave, as he is refusing to continue service for us. I tried being civil with him but he continued to verbally abuse me and threatened to call the police on me and my mother if we did not leave. I tried filing a complaint to Circle Ks corporate office, but one answered, so Im gonna have to e-mail them and try calling again on Monday. Will not be doing business with that Circle K location next time Im in Denver, let alone in general if corporate does not help solve the issue, despite Circle Ks pledges for great customer service.

Was at this store this moring and got told the credit card machine broke tried to just call and they hung up on me phones still off the hook

This is a busy store since it is right diff the highway. No matter how many people go in/out, your wait wont be long, at all. The cashiers are efficient and friendly.
