I love this place and sorry if someone is on there phone and they are running multiple stores from one place with no other employees cause nobody wants to get up and get a job anymore so hes constantly having to be on the phone for all the stores people need to get over themselves

The woman working the register was not wearing a mask while she was behind the counter and stocking shelves despite there not only being a sign on the door requiring masks but there were also about 5 other customers in the store. I find this worrisome considering the increasing number of covid cases in the state not to mention the total hypocrisy of expecting everyone else to wear masks and not doing so herself. I feel like I need to disinfect myself and all my current belongings now because chances are she is not showing symptoms and just spreading this virus to everyone else

Have the unfortunate situation where this is the most convenient station to my home. The cashiers are CONSTANTLY on their phone to the point of outright rudeness to customers who interrupt for business. Mixed with random (but consistent) card read issues at the pumps means its not even practical to swing in for automated purchases. I go across or down the street despite the extra turns.

First time in my life I seen a gas station closed with a sign be back in 10 mins. Well it’s been 20 and there was 10 people waiting for the clerk to come back.

You might want to have the night clerk take some standard customer service / courtesy lessons appropriate for that line of work, or else hire someone else more suited to the job. I walk in tonight, there are two people behind the counter - one lady and one man. I dont think the lady even worked there, but at least she was nice enough to say hello. The guy looked at me like Id interrupted their conversation just by walking in. I get what I want to buy, take it to the counter, the guy rings it up, says credit or debit when I give him my card, and carries right on talking to his friend like he didnt have a customer there. My card gets approved. The guy doesnt offer me a bag, doesnt ask if I want a receipt, doesnt say thank you, doesnt interact with me AT ALL except for the aforementioned deadpanned credit or debit. Like I said, I felt like Id interrupted his conversation, rather than entered as a customer with business to transact. And the lady - again, not even the one responsible for the register - said goodbye to me as I left. That is some pretty lousy customer service. And it makes me want to go across and street to Loaf & Jug from now on. Seriously, a dude that cant muster simple friendliness to a paying customer needs to find another job, because hes not doing your business any favors with his crappy attitude. This would have been a one-star rating if it werent for the lady there who at least tried to make me feel welcome.

At least 10% worse gas mileage its cheap but you get what you pay for

If i could give this place a 0 star, i would. The customer service is soooo bad its not even funny. All of the employees have nasty attitudes, especially with customers. Which isnt ok. This places management needs to go through a course with their employees on customer service and show them how to look prepared and with hospitality once customers come in; not slouched over on their phones.

Its really a no star didnt fully pay the workers my pay was short this gm sent me pictures say hours are right and crossed out last weeks date and worte in the pay week days on the top wish i could post the photo. GM doesnt know how to order no ac half of the store isnt in the system so most of the time you gotta but the number in Im not saying your getting ripped off if you look for work keep it going no need to work for people like that who short there workers if you are just buying something for the love of God go somewhere better wow I got in touch with the owner he will not pay me they keep saying his in India but his not work out his house well to the state that where your business office Im just gonna come to Broomfield

Wow was I ever wrong about this place. If you buy a can of anything out of the cooler chances are good its been kicked around the floor a while before getting put up on the shelves. Gas is contaminated because he guts out pump filters and puts them back in the pumps pumping soot, sand, dirt and whatever else happens into the storage tanks! This place is bad for you; bad for your car! DONT buy the bacon either. I saw some 5 weeks past date! Many differnt departments need to go in and give him a good looking over. Every Everyday is owned by him as is Super America (Parent Corp)

Arrived at the store at 9:15pm on a Thursday night and the doors were locked but all the lights were on. Tried calling and there was no answer.

The air pump doesnt work, but itll still charge you.

This pace is disgusting! People wandering the pumps asking for money. Then the pumps take your card, you pump gas and then it says you have to go in and they demand cash! Scammers!! Plus when inside getting the shake down everyone seemed like a transient. A person came out of the bathroom disheveled with his hair soaking wet, like he just bathed in there. So scary and disgusting. Awful. Avoid at all costs.

Dude had the store locked for any hour and never opened it picks up the phone and leaves it off the hook I watched him do this bad business pleass do stop here
