I purchased 2 pairs of vans online, one of the pairs delivered were wrong. I called customer service they said to bring the shoes in store for a refund. I went to this location and when I walked in there were 2 girls at the register talking, neither of them greeted us. I told them I needed to do a return, Lena Sandoval - the manager, asked what was wrong with them. I told her you guys sent the wrong shoes, she seemed to take that personally. She said us, this store in an attitude. I told her not this location just journeys in general. She looks at the shoes and then looks at my order email and says these black high tops are not on here. So once again I explained the wrong shoes were sent. She then says well if they aren’t on the receipt there’s nothing I can do. I explained to her that I spoke to customer service earlier and they said the store can return them. She offered no additional help, simply just said there was nothing she can do. When we got frustrated over her response she started getting an attitude again. I asked for her manager which she told me there was no one above her so I asked for her information, she gave me her first name then stated she could call her district manager. Interesting since I thought no one was above her. She ended up calling customer service, not her district manager. She kept asking me if I was sure I didn’t order these black shoes, maybe it was under a different name. I had to tell her 3x no. I did not order these shoes, they were the wrong shoe, style, and size. Still in the delivery box, wrapped, with the tags, no I did not order them I did not want them. We ended up leaving and thankfully customer service ended up handling it. The other girl with her, colored hair, I wish I would’ve got her name because she was in the corner rolling her eyes and being rude. They should be better trained on customer service, the situation wouldn’t have escalated if they would have at least attempted to help. And they should probably be greeting everyone, 4 different customers walked in while we were waiting and each one was greeted. Also, Lena should not be telling people there’s no one above her when there obviously is.
If you want to be racially profiled and treated like dirt by all means go into this store. Lena Sandoval will treat you with the upmost disrespect. Will never shop here or a any journeys thanks to Lena.
Clover was super rude. She stood behind my sister and quietly asked my sister what size she could get for her, my sister didn’t hear her ( maybe you should be more personable and talk to people face to face). I turned around and said I don’t think she heard you, she scoffed at me and walked away. Then proceeded to give dirty looks. The gentleman who helped us at the register was super sweet and helpful.
Got harrassed by an employee here, worst experience. Employees made it seem like a burden just to try on a pair of shoes.

I bought a pair of defective shoes, and they refuse to replace them for me. One of the employees was the rudest I have ever seen.
