Owner was very rude, told me I was trying on to many shoes and to make a decision, then when the shoes didnt fit they wouldnt let me return the shoes!

I come here today looking for a shoes for my sister. I had to take a picture and send it to her to see which one she likes. When I start to take a picture the owner approaches me and told me you cant take a picture. Very rude guy and terrible customer service!!

After buying shoes for our wedding, my fiance asked if she could buy a few pairs of shoes to try on different shoes with her dress. The lady told us that shes could and would be able to return the other ones no problem. When we brought back the shoes the owners told us they could not do returns and only exchange the shoes for others. We are both very unhappy about this, we are tight on money as it is with a wedding, and now they wont evenet us return a shoe after saying it would be no problem to make a return. We will never shop here again. I highly suggest you stay away too.

Worst shoe store. Don’t go there the owners are disgusting rude to employees and customers. My girlfriend wanted to get shoes to wear with a dress. She found a pair after searching the store for an hour as all the shoes sold here are knock off look alikes. We paid for the shoes she found... thinking we could return them if she didn’t like them with the dress. Came back a week later and tried returning them they said we can only exchange the shoes. I explained to the man at the counter the one sign in the store that nobody sees is unreal. He then showed me the receipt which is after the fact we already paid! I advise everyone to stay away from this store as they could care less about there customers and just want your money!

I always find the perfect shoes for every occasion. And I was waiting for them to open the mall to visit them again.

Bought boots and when I went home to put them on one shoe was the right size and the other one was 3 size to big, went back to get my other boot and they replaced it with an other boot that looked the same but was different material and told me I couldnt get a refund. Wouldnt recommend this store at all

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I HATED working here, Mr. Kim is by far the most bitter person most immature always wants to pick fights with employees. His customer service is horrible. I was there for only 2 weeks and maybe 10 customers complained about him. I would never recommend for anyone to work here or come and by thing from them. HORRIBLE!!!
