I love Goodwill stores in general. This particular store is set up a bit differently however. First of all it is more like a high end department store rather than a Goodwill. The staff is highly helpful and kind. I would not think twice about driving across town to frequent this store. The prices are kept reasonable and there doesnt seem to be too many shady people making shopping there scary. I am impressed with this location.

Ive never actually purchased anything at this location because items are consistently overpriced. Some items are more expensive here than they are brand new. Broadway location has a much better selection for a fraction of the price.

Boy if I couldnt more disappointed in a store in my life my husband accidentally put my grandma keepsake in a box to donation . Once I realized no more than a few hrs later I called I spoke with the shift supervisor and she assured a phone call back . Well a week later I never received the phone call and upon calling the store the shift supervisor never mentioned my situation to anyone .. pretty sad when stressed how truely important it was to find that and how its the only thing I had left from my grandma that was part of a heirloom to be completely ingnored from one ignorant employee that didnt even do her job . So the I look at it is she brushes me off and I loose everything I held on 2 so beware of lazy ppl who care less finding your life important valuables .. Boone even asked my phone number to call back ... So they money off my misery thanks goodwill for not even helping

Not sure if there is a mask policy here but if there is, it is NOT enforced. Multiple employees either with masks mostly off their face, and most customers have mask below their nose.Selection is average, prices very high.Unless you enjoy overpriced shopping with maskless people during a pandemic, then I would avoid this GW at all costs.

The staff that was there the other day when I went in was absolutely amazing they were getting close to closing and I was still there looking at a TV and the manager was nice enough to take the time to work with me on the price of the TV all around awesome experience and great selection of different items at amazing prices.

2 star for a great selection but thats only because the prices are double what you would pay at any other Goodwill.I highly do not recommend this location due to retarded prices on items

Came in today to find some pretty christmas decorations. Left with some really great stuff!

Drove pretty far to this center as it showed as opened.Got there at 5:30 PM and were told they are closed for donations. Ok then, Goodwill, your loss!!! People who donate usually do work till 5PM!!!!

Store closes at 7 but dressing rooms close before then? Employees were nice enough as about it, I guess. No signs posted, neither on the front door or the dressing room door. Just an employee speaking to you through the door, while youre half naked, telling you dressing rooms are closed. Dont think Ill be back to this location.

I’ve been going here for 15 years. Apparently they don’t take good furniture anyone. I went down street ARC, no problem. I’m trying to do good by dropping this stuff off instead of selling on Craig’s list. For one, I can’t understand what guys saying, and two, shouldn’t have to be hassle. My suggestIon to all is drive couple blocks down street and give it to ARC. Giving shouldn’t have to be so hard

Just a visitor from California who decided to thrift in Colorado and found some good stuff in this location for great prices.

Very well organized Goodwill. All the products look pretty clean. Good selection of clothes and glassware. Friendly staff. Im very happy with my first experience here.

First time I came early and they wouldn’t accept my clothes either because they were “too full”. Totally rude about it. Second time, I called ahead with a small furniture donation and was given the green light and rushed over. Showed up and was told they were too full and wouldn’t accept my donation. When I said I had just called, they suddenly started criticizing the furniture which was in good condition. You guys are Goodwill, get over yourselves.

This is a good store - good stuff for good prices. HOWEVER, the layout of the store is maddening beyond belief. All the racks are circular, making it nearly impossible to navigate with a cart - youre constantly running into other people, blocking the aisle for other people (or having the aisle blocked for you), and having to backtrack to make sure you didnt miss something. To make things worse, the shoes are on top of the circular racks with no rhyme or reason (with regards to size/type).Goodwill, if youre reading this, please for the love of whatever just implement straight racks for the clothing and shoes.

Its Goodwill, lots of stuff to select through. Better grab it if you want something and the price is right because if you dont it will most likely be gone when you go back. Clothing racks can be a little tight to get through. Parking kinda sucks and be prepared to be blocked in for a bit if you park on the donation side due to cars dropping off stuff.

I like the way the organized some of the housewares by color. Not a fan of the way the shoes are organized. Didnt want to deal with it. Overall very pleasant & kind-hearted staff there.

Save yourself the effort and go to The ARC down the street.For a store that was just remodeled you would think they would have some sort of organization. Racks are now round with no rhyme or reason as to what they have where or on which racks. They are topped with big black circle shaped slanted displays that now house the shoes. Not by color. Not by size. If you are short dont bother because they are too high to see anyway. Also, Im not sure about you but I do not want dirty shoes above any clothes I would think about buying. Its dingy. Its unorganized. It looks as though they boxed everything up after it was contaminated by the asbestos floor tile and then just restocked the old stuff. Sorry I didnt stay long enough to get a photo for you...

I used to shop here a few times a week before the fire. Ive been back a few times since the store reopened and the prices are outrageous! I think instead of shopping here I will just buy new stuff to save some money haha. A shame this used to be a great store. I wont be going back ever again. Not when I can go to Macys and get everything for the same price.

I went in to shop the other day, I also had a trash bag full of things to donate. When I walked in I couldnt find the donations spot so I asked an employee where I could leave my bag. She said I would have to drive around back and drop it off. Im sorry but once Im already in the store to shop, Im not going to haul the bag around with me, or get back in my car to drive around back, then return to shopping. You know what I did instead? I got in my car and drove to ARC around the corner where they happily took my bag while I shopped. How irritating and what poor customer service from goodwill.

This location has the most convenient donation drop off with friendly folks who help you get things out of your car. Its so easy theres no excuse not to rid your house of unwanted items and help out this charity.

I will never shop here again. I have donated SO much to Goodwill over the years thinking that the donations were going to help the disabled as promised, howver, i witnessed the exact opposite today. I witnessed one of their disabled employees being searched after clocking out for the day and being completely humiliated. I am appaled... We donate our goods for free and this is how they treat their employees? When i dropped off my donations, they had one person unloading my heavy furniture, so i got out out and helped the best I could.. I will be donating to the ARC moving forward, period.

Compared to other locations (in GA, AL & TX) this store is very organized with a great selection. Relieved that this is my new Goodwill!

Decently old building but inside is pretty nice. It is about medium sized compared to most. The prices are really good and just about everything is on sale for the half off sales.

This location gets a lot of donations but I would be surprised if half make it on the floor... I presume goods are shuttled to other stores. .. Pricing is high if not inconsistent but the employees are pleasant

Very difficult to manoevre through the new store layout - clothing is on circular racks, instead of long contiguous rows of clothing. This layout makes it difficult to steer shopping carts in and out of the area, in addition to making it difficult to keep track of which rack youve gone through and which not. Only 3 change rooms! A bottleneck on a busy Saturday, for sure. Thanks goodness for Saturdays half off sale - some items were a little pricey.

Called earlier in the week to drop off an old desk. Was informed by the store the would take it. Upon arriving at the store the dock manager refused to accept the desk.

Usually have decent stuff, cleaner. Dont sell clothes will stains or tears. Fairly clean store. Lots to choose from

What happened to goodwill? They used to be priced right. Now they overcharge for literally trash that people toss out. Some of their products are higher than the original price tags that they left on. They also part out products and charge separately - like theyll charge the ac adapter that works with the product as another product. Totally sleazy. I know they have operating costs but this is outrageous.

Everybody is really nice and if someone says otherwise ots probably bc they are rude and shouldnt be in society bc they dont know how to act

Incredibly rude staff. We tried to donate a full truck load of furniture and clothing and the guy told us we were too late when they didn’t close for another 30 minutes. We offered to unload it all oourselves. He refused to take any donations and said he was tired of getting so much stuff.

I called in to ask a man answered I asked if they had a specific product he said yes but we don’t have any I was perfectly fine with that. Once I said thank you just hung up the phone. He didn’t say have a good day or anything. I thought it was just rude that he hung up on me right away. Could work on customer service.

My sister was so excited to find an extremely rare shot glass today. She paid for it with the other items she managed to find. The cashier neglected to wrap the glass in anything and then put it on the bottom of the bag. It SHATTERED. Shattered. No apology and still made my sister pay for it.

I volunteer as well as shop at this location and enjoy the atmosphere and friendly employees.

Pretty Standard Thrift store, varies in quality depending on donations. Pretty Clean though.

Standard practice for the drop off center employees to just watch you and look you up and down as you unload your car. Makes you super uncomfortable and they never say a word. You will have to unload anything heavy or awkward all by yourself as they watch you bend over and they just stare at your butt. So much so I had to ask them to stop and ask them to help.I ended up dropping the heavy item and leaving it because I felt so awkward and uncomfortable. I will never come here again.

I have been shopping here for years. It is sad to say that as a customer I have seen so many managers and employees come and go. Recently there has been a lot of change here at the Wadsworth location and with all of this change came along new ridiculously over priced items. I understand that GW is a business, but I do know that when I come to shop at GW that I am in search of a GOOD deal. Not a deal that I could get going to the original retail store, and that is what I am finding. Used clothes at too high of a price lately. It would be nice to have prices set at one consistent price and not all over the board. I actually laughed out loud last week when I saw some of these priced items. Its sad.Also, the fact that corporate took away the Blue card member point system is not understood. The frequent shoppers that support and keep GW going SHOULD be rewarded, and Im not talking about a here and there Tuesday sale thing that no one can get to last minute. No thanks.Overall, I have been becoming more and more disappointed with GW in the last few months. Prices are way too high on used items, and the blue card members should be given more incentives to want to come back..

This Goodwill isnt even worth going to. They have broken furniture, furniture with stickers all over it, etc. and everything is marked at ridiculous prices. They set one price for all like items of clothing so you end up paying more than you would to buy some items new. For example: all womens short sleeved shirts are $4.99, even for ones you can buy elsewhere for less, brand new! Its also extremely unorganized and the selection is lacking anyways.

Not my favorite goodwill in the area at all. The selections are smaller and the prices higher. The worst thing about it is how the employees try to rush you out when closing. They close half of the fitting rooms at least a half hour before closing, and announcements made every ten minutes to Make Your Final Selections are bad enough, but this store actually turns off the lights everywhere except the registers ten minutes before they actually close. Meaning you cant browse anymore, and you have to stand in line and wait to check out for ten minutes.I wish employees know that they dont go home at close- thats when you stop letting people in. Your shift doesnt end when the store closes. Deal with it, and dont rush people out of your store.

Today, I stopped by three goodwill shops: lakewood, 161 W courtlane littleton, englewood. After comparison, I would top lakewood one of all the three. It seems to be filled far more stuff than the other two, so I have many choices and moments that I have to hesitate what to do, buy or not buy. The other two shops have far less stuff to choose. Next, the concern of quality. I really pick some brand new stuff at lakewood place at very low price, for example, a cuisinart ice cream maker. Maybe it is not general case and I was just lucky enough. who knows. I recommend strongly this place. these days I get used to going shopping at lakewood goodwill. have spent a lot of time over there. Induldged.

Dropped off some furniture that was in excellent condition, the men unloading the items destroyed some of the pieces. Will never donate to goodwill again!

At checkout, no clearly defined lines to the 2 of 4 registers that were open, then one of them went down and the lady just stood staring at it waiting for it to reboot. Meanwhile, more people are joining the line and getting upset with people going to the other line that opened up. Then that one goes down.
