Do not buy appliances from Home Depot. It has been over a month and I still dont have my washer. They have no-showed 3 times already. They LIE. Now they say they will deliver next Monday but that may be a lie too, who knows! I have had to be home each time for a 4 hour period for nothing. What a waste of my time.

I gave it four stars because I was able to get everything I wanted, and and the assistant who helped us find everything we needed was helpful and pleasant and even researched where we could go to get the same thing at other home depots. ... So I should have given five stars, except we have had moments at home Depot where there was no helpful salesperson, there was no help at all. Actually some sales help averted their eyes so as not to give assistance. But we still shop at home Depot its much better than Lowes. And you just have to look for that one salesperson that is there to work and enjoys helping others.

Bought 5 gallons of paint and had excellent service from the sales person in paints. She was friendly and helpful. Sorry I do not know her name.

I visited the home depot off shorrock where I met Jessica. She went above and beyond by giving exceptional customer service . As she was doing my return she extended herself asking how my day was going while moving at a quick pace. I will definitely be back. She made my day. Thank you home depot!!

We were super happy with store manager Glenn and the associates that went over and beyond to make 2020 halloween the one to remeber! Even after being told by another associate at customer service that this wasnt going to happen for us the store manager made sure to go over and beyond in making this customer satisfied! My Kids are absolutely amazed and super excited, not too scary for the younger children and deff stands out !Our family thanks you sincerely 🙏 Happy fall

They got everything that you want for great prices not too crowded most of the time

Terrible service! They had issues in store & the delivery people were suppose to set up an appointment to deliver my order & they never called. I had to call Home Depot & at first they didnt know the order & then the order was on the truck that had left 5 hours earlier. Within 15 mins after I called I received a text it would be dropped off between 6 & 8 (this was at 3pm) & immediately after receiving the text my door bell rang with my order. They seriously need to get their story straight & have better customer service.

They have so many tools that you can rent. The store staff are very knowledgeable and give great feedback directions and referrals.

Bought a washer and dryer and though the product was great, we paid for installation and delivery guy who was suppose to install wasnt able to install. Never buying anything from here again. Store didnt reimburse installation fee. Store doesnt care, as long as they make the sale. What happens after is of no concern to them. Think twice before you purchase from here.

I just bought this tile cutter from this store and it is all used and rusty and it’s missing pieces I wouldn’t recommend this place of service to anyone

Love HD. Its my Bloomingdales. Always find something new there to try out. If I have a question I can always rely on Moe for an honest answer or anyone else if she is not working. Love, live, that store. Do not care for there new return restocking policy though. Another way to hit the consumer!

No staff anywhere! Isles are under stocked. Things arent in the isles the website says they are in.

Needed a refrigerator and went to Lowes. Couldnt have it delivered for almost a month. Went to Home Depot and within 4 days they could have it delivered

Hard place to make purchases, Self Checkout hand scanners failed, low battery and even with assistance of store employee who changed battery several times. The time expended for essential purchase could of allowed many customers standing in line to be checked out. Should be noted that the other self check out registers were manned by employees in an attempt to expedite purchasers!!! Still resulted in long delays.

I spoke to 2 different reps and they both gave me 2 different answers, I was very confused.

I just dont know what it is with Home Depot no matter what you cant find anybody to help you. They need to head out Maps when you walk into the store so you can find whatever youre looking for. They do have signs but sometimes its not clear where to find what youre looking for and theres no one there to answer your questions.

Rick and Paul both were very helpful in finding me the cordless ryobi tool I was looking for and they even discounted my purchase due the box being banged up I was able to get it 30 percent off an already good price will be going back!!

I spent 10 minutes looking for someone to tell me if an item was in stock and another 5 minutes waiting after the woman called for him on the phone. They need more help.

In the past it has typically been later at night or in the middle of the night when store is not open.Went to Lakewoo store today and in the 3 areas I needed items they were doing inventory, a rear ranging items in one area there were three people within a 10 ft area working on fasteners. Could not find anything. Went to Lowes3.

This home Depot is a wonderful alternative to two of the local Lowes hardware stores which often are out of stock it seems for the items that I need. I seem to be able to start projects with materials at Lowes but often usually finish them with the final components that I get at home Depot.and the location is in a perfect spot right off the garden State parkway, on the way into suburban toms River

Very deceptive . I rented a carpet shampooer for which I was charged 30.00 + 50.00 deposit. When I returned the item my card was only credited back 22.50 .

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store that is seriously making me question if Ill ever come back. My husband had ordered a bathroom faucet knob online as ours had broken which made it impossible to shower. We opted to do curbside pickup. When we arrived, we parked in the designated spot, called the number and were told we had to enter the store because it was in a locker. I guess my understanding of curbside is different. Thinking we could go into the entrance that had a big sign over it that said curbside we encountered sliding doors that were closed. An associate nearby directed us to the entrance (even when we explained our situation) which defeated the entire purpose as we had to walk the entire front length of the store, past customers who werent social distancing only to find another closed sliding door which held the coveted lockers.There werent any signs of explanation and employees were helping other people, so my husband pried open the doors to get inside. Yelling in the distance from her cashier station, Linda (Im not sure of her name but for some reason Linda feels right?) stated that wasnt an exit. Was there supposed to be someone manning that area? Im still confused by the process. Anyway, we attempted to use the QR code to no avail. Turns out we were at the wrong store (our fault). We came back inside, found an employee who redirected us to the same cashier. She pointed out the mistake, and I asked if we could go into the entrance where the lockers were at the other location. She raised her voice to a shrill, explained that we were in a pandemic and they need to do a head count. Whats the point of curbside if we have to come inside??I understand during these pandemic times that people are more frustrated and prone to angry outbursts. I get it. But you work in customer service and Im a customer. I’m also an essential worker, working through the pandemic and I would never speak to a customer in that tone. P.S. After going to the right store (Toms River) the lockers were outside and the process was painless.

Beware of the misleading Truck Rental Associate! I talked to him twice then came with my son to rent a truck, only to find out he NEVER gave me information on a $150.00 deposit, and when asked if we would get it back right away, I believed him! Unfortunately, my son used his card and again, he stated it would be put back on card right away, the associate stated its just a hold! Now its been 2 days and no money returned. With the pandemic hardships we have to face today, why the misleading information? So here I write to warn other women like me who really believed that the HOME DEPOT associate would have adhered to the policy and this would have been discussed in the first phone call I made! Last, I did speak to the assistant manager, SUSAN, and said she could not do much to help, but I can WARN other women about this misleading information. But now we wait for the $125.37 to be returned!!! Ill keep you updated!

Everything was good except your plywood supply . The quality is horrendous, I never in my life seen plywood this bad . Shouldnt be on the shelves especially at the prices their charging . Very disappointed

This store is a well-stocked store. They have all the items I need for my projects. Nice wide and spacious layout. They also have a large selection for all costs and designs. As a general rule the staff is pretty helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.I enjoy shopping here!

They claim to be Veteran Friendly by offering a 10% discount, however it is only on certain item. My father just spent over 2000. In that store I would have went to another store

I have notice a raise in prices across the board. Building materials have also been more scarce and quality is not as good, prior to COVID-19. I purchased pre hung doors and the hinges were not set into the jams and the material they were made of made the installation difficult. I was told that all materials are hard to order. It is tough that we have little buying choices.

Went to store to get a exterior door. After chasing down several associates and waiting, I was told the person in that department was out to lunch and had left the building. I would have to wait till his lunch hour was over he just left. Seriously No one else in the store can take my information and answer a few questions? To top things off the store was dirty. Needless to say I went does the street to Lowe’s. The store was clean and I was taken care of in minutes. Walking through the store the associates greeted me and asked if they could help me instead of ignoring me.

Store is immaculate and the self checkouts are large easy to use monitors. On the hardware perspective this store is cutting edge. I had trouble locating a specific window cleaning product so the staff accommodated me in the middle of their own tasks and broke down exactly where it was. The aisles are numeric and have their own “bays” which make finding the section of the aisle that the product is in super easy to locate.

Sigh...my home away from home. Hey, LVE is 50 years old and looks it! Not my moms house though!!!

I know were in strange times but when you have 40 people waiting in line and only 1 register open thats a problem especially on a Sunday. Than to top it off when asked if the were going to open another register they said they were short handed today. Mind you there were a bunch of employees standing around the back doing absolutely nothing. Also one of the employees in the back had an attitude on him when he over heard my question about the registers to the other employee. Youre lucky I chose not to entertain you.

You gotta love it here! And yea they do have the thing that connects to the thing that looks like ur grandmas fence BUT U GOTTA KNOW WHAT ITS CALLED FOR ANYONE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THING UR REFERRING TOO! But the employees somehow understand u guys. So we all gotta thank them T.H.D employees, u guys are the best!!
