One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any dealership as of yet. I understand my credit is not the best and it’s perfectly fine if banks will not finance me however it took me about a week and me contacting them constantly for any follow up to get answers after they ran my credit. Finance manager/general manager always out of the office and never available to work the deal. They ran my credit at least eight times, further ruining my credit history. Was told I’ve been approved three different times and had multiple answers as to what was required in the end to be told they no longer have any inventory that matches what I was approved for since they sold every vehicle that I would’ve been approved for during the time I was waiting for them to contact me back after days.

Salesman had us stand in the sun for over 30 minutes without answering just to come out and tell us the vehicle isn’t for sale. I’m leaving a review because I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this place. Take your money elsewhere

We bought a vehicle a few years ago. Within days, it was having issues with the brakes and they declined to fix them. Within weeks, the serpentine belt broke and they also declined to fix it. After paying off the vehicle and receiving the title, they sent us to collections to pay it off. Normally when you pay off a mortgage, they send you the deed of the house. We paid off the car, we got the title, and they sent us to collections. It was baffling. They lack ethics and the organization be considered a legitimate business. I regret buying from them, it was a total scam. They have used intimidation tactics to scare people away who come in wish genuine issues about their recently purchased vehicles. People like Irving and others that work here are honestly a cancer to car businesses and I would never recommend you buying from them.

What a way to throw away your money. Worst customer service, no level of ethics, and scammers. Would really avoid them and never recommend them. They throw the ball around like a damn game and at the end keep your money and your car.

I found working with Craig and team at Imperial to be a great car buying experience. When buying a used car there are always risks. I bought a higher mileage vehicle knowing that most of the cars at lots like this are bought from auction. With this, there is a risk taken not only by they buyer, but the dealer as well. They did not try to represent the vehicle as anything but what it was. We reduced this risk by working a warranty into the deal at a great price. In the end, the price was still well below retail for the vehicle, and below what I was finding for many vehicles with similar mileage on Craigslist.They lived up to all of the items promised after the sell. I have owned my vehicle now for a month and have had no issues with it. I would say give them a look.

My sister & I went in to see if we could finance a car & were shown 2 cars. The first car was extremely dirty & Rpm was at an 8 while only doing 25 mph, the 2nd car had a really bad smell & wouldnt even turn on. We left after that. & the person who was helping us seemed like he was rushing us which ok maybe I understand because he seemed to be the only one there he was helping multiple people at once which didnt help me because I had a lot of questions but after test driving the first car then the second car not even started I was glad I didnt get a car from here. The only good thing about this place was the cute German Shepherd they have inside.

Good selection of cars, but when I went there, there were no people anywhere to help me, except one guy on the phone back in an office I noticed, so I just left.

If I could i wouldn’t give them even one star.They over price the cars, don’t give you all the car fax and lied about all taxes being paid since I paid all Cash for my car, but once I went to the DMV I still owned $98 for unpaid taxes. I tried calling the car dealership and they were super unhelpful. They car I bought 3 months ago has a whole bunch of issues, I’m glad to be getting rid of it and I’ll never shop at this dealership again and I strongly advice no one to shop at this car dealership as well.

Stay Far Away! Just a total waste of time. I told them I was coming from Durango and they said the car was ready. When I got there it was raining no one came out to help I was wondering around the lot only to be told the vehicle was sold a few days prior but they had another option for me witch was $5k more expensive and had more miles. Glad I went to Federal the other dealer really helped me out! Just a general warning to all potential customers the bait and switch is illegal. I will being bringing this case to the Dealer Board

I was totally ripped off by Imperial, they keep the truck several days after puchase to strip all of the music, tires, and the alarm from the 2003 Envoy, over charge, they also lie to the finance company, they also keep changing the deposit amount to pocket a few extra hundreds for themselves, not to mention I have a cracked windshield and car tire on a truck !!!when I called to complain they hang up, terrible people, they also treat the customer like the criminals they are, I want a lot of references and banking info, very intrusive!You have been warned, never purchase from them, period! You will be glad that you didnt.

I bought a 2000 Ford F-150 from Imperial. Long story short, it wouldnt pass emissions so I brought it back to complain and they took it back and got it fixed for me free of charge. It then broke down again to the point it was unusable. We have a lemon law in Colorado and they do not stand by it. We got taken for more than $6,000.00 of our hard earned money. Long story short, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER. HES A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This dealer and the people there are complete frauds! The manager Greg only wants your money but when you encounter a problem with the vehicle, he will refuse to work with you. I purchased an Infiniti G35 sedan from them about 2 years ago. My dad recommended these guys but never will I do the same mistake ever again. I payed $3500 down for a car worth over 12k but the problems didnt start there. After I bought the car, not even 3 months and the car broke down on me. I drove the car to the dealer (it made it to the shop at 35mph from Aurora) and Greg told me his mechanic was going to check what was wrong with the car. I got a call from him a couple of the days later and Greg told me my Infinitis engine was out. Not even 3 months and my car needed a new engine! I had to come out of pocket over $1,500 because he said he could only cover labor but I had to buy the engine. It took his mechanic another 2 months to fix my car!!! I would call every other day and Greg would give an excuse every time, if it wasnt the mechanic who was off, it was the engine on its way, over 2 months waiting for my car to get fixed!!! These guys do advertisement on Facebook with the Hispanic community, little do they know the dealers reputation is beyond horrible. They sell broken cars to people who have no clue and take advantage of people who are either first time buyers, or got money in their pockets. Forget about getting the same service if you buy a car and it brakes down right away, they will take your money, and thats it! WORST DEALER IN COLORADO!

We went down this place today. They told me they could get me financed and into the truck that I wanted. I had 5000$ to put down. They got me supposedly financed, I got ten minutes down the road off the lot and the truck died out. They told me I was out of getting my money back and had to stick with whatever car or truck they found me. The manager and the owner refused to speak with me.

The fact that they put customer information in public view says everything you need to know about this dealership. They need to be reported for this.

In my opinion this is one of the absolute worst denver car dealerships! I discovered the car I bought from them had a bad tranny about 20 minutes after driving off lot! They didnt do anything to help at all and I ended up taking it hard on this car! Now I pay $150 a month to the bank yet dont even have the car anymore!!! Selling me a lemon made me upside down bad and they sold me a financed warranty that didnt do anything to help! If you are looking for a denver auto dealer run away from Imperial! All the colfax dealers are a joke but especially this one! Notice they dont even respond to the bad reviews since they have aweful ownership and management!!! Run run run

Went there several times just looking around for a truck told them what I was looking for when they got new inventory in I received a phone call went in they showed me what they had I felt no pressure to buy Vehicles were clean building and parking lot are clean as well. Thank you guys
