I went in originally to buy one car and had bought another car. Kelley and Mike were extremely helpful and found a car that I can be comfortable with all around. After signing, they called to let me know there was another approval with a lower interest rate and payments. I like how personable the team is and when I initially wrote, Kelley responded very quickly and kept in touch with me the whole time. They were honest about any charges and fees and I felt that I was cared for as a person and not just another commission. We didnt think we would get approved but were. We actually just stopped in to look at all the very nice, high end cars they have, thinking they would not have a car for our daughter. David was our salesman. He is so nice and not pushy at all. We had a great experience at Grand Valley Auto. There was a gorgeous Ford F250 Superduty we were interested in but we were going on vacation. We let them know we wanted a mechanic to check it out. It didnt sell over the weekend and Kris took it down the street to the mechanic we chose. The mechanic said that Grand Valley had obviously done a lot of work and everything that was usually wrong was not - it was totally clean! Not one problem. The price was reasonable and we didnt feel like we were getting taken advantage of. They let us put a deposit down to hold the truck until we got back and it went towards the down payment. When we got there to buy the truck I was not happy with my banks rate - Dave who was working with Kris, suggested we try their lender. We got a waay better rate. Dave had also put together 2 year/24000 mile warranty (it was optional) but covered all of the work and even the lift on the truck. We opted in. My boyfriend was so happy with our purchase he was like a kid on Christmas and couldnt go to sleep until after 2:00 am; he was so excited about our new truck! I had just bought a 2012 Land Rover LR4 back in July, but they had a great deal on a 2017 Jaguar F-Pace that I couldnt pass up, and they made it happen effortlessly. I will always come here first when shopping or referring someone whos looking, and I recommend you do the same.

Have a certified mechanic look over the vehicle. 4 different times, tire sensor went off. Was on test driving and came on. Want to put fix a flat in the tire, which would have completely destroyed the sensor. Detailing of the cars can be done better by my 14 year old. Have been waiting 3 weeks for a speaker that was blown when I bought it. They avoid you at all cost after you buy the vehicle.

I recently purchased two trucks to add to our fleet. David was great to work with and made what is sometimes a difficult process in buying multiple vehicles quite simple. Both trucks were as described and we are pleased with our purchase. I felt good enough about the entire experience that I have asked David to assist us in looking for additional vehicles.

Got in touch with Kris over the phone about a truck I was looking at, seemed really nice was even willing to text me the service report they had on the truck which I thought was awesome and probably not common at other dealerships so plus there. they made me feel comfortable enough to make the trip up from Colorado springs to see them. I bought a 2014 Maserati Gran Turismo sport from these guys. Show room vehicle. Within a couple hundred miles I get a check engine light and bring it right back. They manage to reset the light and get me to pass emissions, and do a little bodywork for me. Whoever did the bodywork left specs of white paint on my Italian leather. Within another hundred miles I get the check engine light again. Fed up, I take it to the Maserati dealership where they actually have the correct reader to detect the fault. Turns out these guys sold me a car with over $9000 worth of neglected maintenance including needing a new battery. Every time I tried to call and give them the opportunity to do the right thing I get nothing but crickets. They even tried to blame the problems on me even though I haven’t even driven it 500 miles. The last time I brought it into these guys I told them to be completely honest with me and they said the car has no issues and I wouldn’t need to bring it back for maintenance for a year. Turns out it needed a battery, front and rear brakes, spark plugs, system flushes, etc. love my car but the moral of the story is I would not do business with these guys again and if you are going to buy a car from GVA Lakewood, only trust the assessment of a real dealership, not these guys. By the way a direct quote from these guys when I started to question them was “don’t take it to the Maserati dealership, they are going to try to rip you off and tell you there is $15,000 worth of maintenance needed“ that should have red flagged me right away. Lesson learned- buyer beware!

Just a sign that they care and want to have satisfied customers. Dont think a lot of shops would have done that. Can highly recommend this outfit.

So as we all know having to buy a car is never an easy process, for myself this time around even more so as I wasnt expecting to have to replace my somewhat new vehicle after a head on collision with a deer a few weeks ago which was difficult enough. When I found the car I was really interested in at GVA I honestly wasnt sure what to expect or if I was gonna be able to get financed, etc. I gotta say, this was probably one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have ever had and I have bought a ton of cars over the years. My salesman Jake Scent was really amazing, super personable and really made the process as lax as possible and was equally super informative about the car I was seeking, etc. Really felt like he kept me in the loop, great communication, etc. The finance team, and others I had the pleasure of dealing with through my car buying process were really outstanding as well, I felt they really busted tail to do their job and make sure I left with a car which I am still in shock about lol. Definitely had to throw out much thanks and a few hugs for helping me out and getting me in a great vehicle. If you are in search of a ride really give these guys a chance I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

My husband and I recently bought a car from here after our car had been stolen and totaled. The timing could not have been worse considering the growing virus epidemic. During this crisis my husband still has to go to work and we needed to get the vehicle replaced as soon as possible. We are the parents of a 22 month old and a 9 week old premature newborn so we were looking for something that was safe and dependable. We spent a couple weeks looking all over the place for something that was close by and within our budget. We went online and found a nice older used Dodge Durango that was on their lot. Even though it was a little farther from the town we live in than we were originally wanting to go, we are sure glad that we did. We scheduled an appointment with them and when we arrived they were on top of everything from the very beginning to the end. We worked with Julian P. and David Y.. They had sanitizing supplies handy and available and made sure that everything that we touched was cleaned before hand and after. That was one of the things we were very concerned about with having our young daughters out during this time. They were both very friendly and made us feel very comfortable during the entire time we were there. We told them what our situation was and what our budget was. They listened to us, were very understanding, worked well with us, and went out of their way to make sure we could get a good dependable vehicle. We had cash/check and we were able to go in for a test drive, work out the details, pay, and drive off with our new vehicle all within the same day. Julian had a great personality and energy while David was kind and understanding. Between the two of them, it was a fantastic car buying experience. If we ever have to get another vehicle, we will for sure be coming back.
