Really good place, love their shop, but never pay in card EVER, please do cash to be safe here, they try and put a scam on your card thatll charge you a lot every month for no reason, and you wont have any way to stop it other than literally having your bank account block it. The employees are literally pushy and try and force it on customers, one signed me up even know I kept saying no, now I only pay in cash if its at this store. Managers force employees to be more persistent about it. Its awful....

The staff was super nice and welcoming. I would give it 3 1/2 stars. The products were normal and a wide variety of records CDs movies etc. Some of the prices for the used product was the same as retail which sucks. Along with that the store wasn’t super clean. But having the mall atmosphere was nice but overall meh.

While purchasing some funk pops the cashier offered me a store membership and a 3 free magazine offer. Declining his offer saying I dont want my debit card or my info attached to any offer or subscription. I couldnt tell you the year I last touched a magazine..Feeling vulnerable because my card was used on the purchase. I asked him to confirm that he understood i dont want any trial or membership whatsoever. He reassured me that I have no obligation or commitment an was not entered in offers. Continuing small talk as he completes my transaction. He asked me what magazines would have i choosen if I did take the offer.He then asked me to sign the digital pad in order to complete my purchase.There is nothing to inform you of what your signing. But I signed. Trusting that this was legitimate step in making a purchase at FYE.A few days later while pulling my funko pops out the bag. I seen 2 receipts. Looking over them I noticed one of the receipts was confirmation that I am now in a subscription. This is when I realized the cashier used his position to illegally bind me into a contract illegally an without my knowledge. Even after i told him i have no interest whatsoever.I then started the process to cancel any actions done by the FYE casheir fraudulently/illegally. Only getting busy signals when dialing the numbers given to opt out. I had to call FYE customer service. The customer service representative was consistently trying to get me to take the subscription anyway. Although refusing to take no for a answer. He assured me Ive been canceled from all memberships or subscriptions without out penalty or cost to my debit card. Finally giving me a cancel confirmation code.Do to the ill intended actions an misinformation by the cashier. Then the customer service representative who even after being told that the contract was illegally entered by a FYE cashier(a cashier who maliciously and fraudulently used his position to illegally enter the customer into a binding contract for a set amount of time without the customers knowledge and consent) was still adimenent that I should continue my contract an to rethink my decision to cancel.I fear that this is not the end of my headaches with FYE.I will update as soon as I can confirm what actions were taken

This place has all the goods. Comic book merch, Anime, movies, music, and of course snacks too. Its a pretty cool place. Definitely going back.

I haven’t been to an FYE in years. My sales person, Mark according to the receipt, was amazing. So sweet and so cute. Everybody go there and give them your money. There is some thing for everyone.

The store employees are always very welcoming and they have a great selection of the Funko Pops that my boyfriend loves to collect! Theres also a nice variety of orientatial snacks, tech toys and gaming apparel.

The store is so much fun, there is so much to look at here. Gave it only 4 stars because most items could be found at much cheaper prices almost anywhere else.

Bought a record here but got conned into joining a rewards program and wasnt aware there was a fee. I was already halfway through the transaction when I realized, and I just went with it when the employees said it was easy to cancel. Currently 45 minutes in on the phone with customer support so I dont get charged!

Nice anime selection. Was surprised to see how much stuff they had. I was expecting mainly movies and CDs. Glad to find another store to buy anime stuff

The guys working in there were super nice and personable, so much so that it brightened my day. Found one of my favorite albums in the discount bin.

This store has a bit of everything. Tons of movies, electronics, pop culture items, and much more. Definitely worth visiting just for the strangely huge variety they offer.

The items and other customers are more engaging and interesting than the staff.I dont necessarily enjoy going there but, my teenager does.

They do have a lot of cool tv show apparel but can use more variety of shows. Still fun place to shop

Best pop culture shop I have seen in a long time. From my kids (7) to me (46), my while family found great stuff. Clean and well kit (odd for one these types of stores) and nice staff.

We came looking for gaming/pop culture related apparel. They had some cool stuff, but the selection wasnt anything special. The customer service was a bit lacking, but we got a $200 drone for 50% off and that was awesome

FYE is a gamer collectors paradise, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the store. They have lots of different kinds of collector shirts, accessories, bobble heads, speakers, movies and games! All seem to be classics though. It felt like a classic thrift store though, it wasnt very lively, the look of the store on the inside made me feel like I was in a hidden area of a warehouse that had cool stuff. We did happen to find a Sky Rider Raven drone for 50% off! It was the highlight of our mall visit. Id definitely enjoy revisiting this location for rare gifts that I dont want to order from an online source.

Cool stuff, but watch out with the FYE Backstage pass! I wasnt told that its a paid program, it charges you $11.99 a month. I walked out of there thinking it was like a King Soopers card, not a paid monthly membership. They totally scammed me. Otherwise I will return for cool Pop figures, shirts, movies and other nerdy stuff. Just say no to the Backstage Pass!

It is much like a brighter hot topic, nearly the same stuff though more nick backs and less clothing.

Nice place. Great for recapturing nostalgia of the 90s and 00swhen stores like Sam Goody were still around. Also a great alternative place to shop for Funko Pop products than Target or Gamestop.

Helpful friendly staff. Store was organized and easy to navigate with a kinda large stroller.

For your entertainment, somes it about up. Speakers, movies, CDs, licensed apparel, the odd little pop characters everyone likes. All for a pretty reasonable price. They even offer a membership.

It feels like its grasping for any kind of pop culture thing to sell, making a poor quality version, and slapping it up on shelves. Many of the toys are badly made, theres things like Blue Eyes White Dragon cereal that makes you ask who was this made for?, and the music/video section swings from Anime Your Mom Thought Looked Neat and Far Too Many Copies Of Deadpool. It feels like the useless pop culture tat boom is dying in an ocean of Funko Pop figures, and this store isnt helping. The big pokeball plushie is soft though.

Little pricey

Very helpful. They held on to a dvd for me for a few hours that I was looking for for a while andbthey had the combo movie ofnall three movies in which I thought there was only two for a great price!

I enjoy the variety of selections for fan buffs of various sorts. Can find shirts, movies, cds, collectibles, candies, music gear, and trinkets for gift bags. Some things do seem a bit over priced, but then again, its a luxury story. It caters towards an audience whos looking for rare finds, or those looking for imports.

A great selection of games for all ages. Would recommend for the gamer of all sorts.
