Professional and friendly customer service person was knowledgeable and helped my wife and I shop for a specific type of product. We were able to touch tester products and that was valuable in making our decision. Prices were very reasonable and because of our customer experience, we decided on TWO instead of one!

This store was great! The woman working was very nice, attentive and helpful. I came in Valentine’s Day weekend. There was good selection, and the employee helped me find exactly what I was looking for/answered all my questions.

The older gentlemen who works there needs to learn to keep his hands to himself. EVERY TIME I go into this store he thinks its ok to approach me and then brush his hand against my gentiles or grab my a$$. Not only is this kind of behavior not ok it is illegal sir and beyond disrespectful!!!

Usually love this store and the man that’s always working, the woman today was incredibly rude and didn’t seem to know anything about the productsI also have gone in and had horrible experiences with the manager swindling me into purchasing products I didn’t want over the ones I went in for. Bad saleswomen.

All sales are final!!!! Dont think you can walk outside and change your mind! No exchanges and they dont care if you picked the wrong size 10 minutes ago! Chargers are opened before you buy them and that is why you cannot return them. Said store employee!

Last 2 times Ive went in here I have had nothing but rudeness and problems. Its one thing to not have merchandise, but its another to be rude, especially to your customers.. Well actually you can consider me a non-customer now. I have done nothing but spend money with this place and what is returned to me is disrespect. I will Never return here, and encourage others not to. There is facinations up the street about a 3 minute drive, where they are respectful and kind. A total 180 of romantics.

This romantix store had the stuff youd expect and so much more. Games, edible underwear and body art, a pole dancing pole, lingerie, gag gifts (such as penis shaped ice trays and cupcake trays, penis straws and water bottles) and even adult coloring books! The employee manning the store when I visited was also very helpful and educated about their products. I had a great time and Id definitely go again, spent almost $150 and this was the first time; I couldnt resist that gag gift shelf. Thanks for the experience!

Clean, bright, and comfortable. Very knowledgeable staff. Lowest prices in the state - Ive checked lol. Overall fantastic experience and service especially for an adult store! Theyre competing with high end retailers at this point! Keep it up Lakewood!The other locations have shopping as well as arcades which are crazy fun! BUT in case that isnt your cup of tea, this location is a Boutique style store just for shopping. :)

I walk in this place looking for a vibrator. I ask the guy behind the counter where I can find them. A second dude stops what hes doing to come interrupt the conversation to forcefully and rudely tell me Everything vibrates, so thats a misnomer. Oh, Im sorry. I had no idea EVERYTHING in the shop vibrates. After that, I felt incredibly judged and looked down upon the rest of my time in the store.The guy who I actually asked was very kind and patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Their selection is great, and prices not bad. But to have my experience interrupted by someones PC crusade is very off-putting.

Great over-all experiences... Products, staff and environment but there is seemingly a lack of male employees. Women are terrific, but a gay dude might be easier to talk to about my preferences.

Went into the Wadsworth location, which Ive been to countless times with no issue, after getting off work to grab a few items and the girl behind the counter rudely tells me I have to leave my purse with her to look around. Excuse me? Ive been tattooing my butt off and have a pile of cash in my bag, Im not leaving it with the tweaker working the counter. If you have such a problem with shoplifters, put your merchandise behind glass like everyone else. Treating people, who have come to spend money, like they have committed a crime is a good way to drive away your paying customers. I will shop with a different retailer from now on.

Skinny blonde girl was rude from the moment I even asked for her opinion. Afterwards I didnt ask for help I just felt things on the sale rack myself. Then she told us everything we opened on the sale rack to try and see how it worked that we had to buy. We questioned that and she told us we needed to be more considerate customers. We asked where that rule was and she said on the walls? Lol that rule wasn’t on the wall. We left and when we walked out she copied down our license plate. We will Never come back here. We’re now on our way to another store right down the rode.
