Very professional, took great care in piercing my 9 month old ears.

FYI, its by appointment only. The girls are so nice and explain everything to you. I was so nervous but they are so friendly and helpful. My baby started to get fussy and they even had a bell to help distract her. It was fast and easy. I expected it to be way worst.

Omg!!! Awesome costumer service since the minute i made a phone call to Schedule an appointment on 7/8/20, @1pm....I was so nervous that I wasn’t understanding the lady giving me instructions on how to hold my 4month baby the other lady who works there came to me and asked me “do you want me to hold the baby” and I said YES!!! Please....I was sweating and nervous, she said it’s ok we got her....man my baby was already crying because she was hungry and sleepy...they did the first piercing and waited for my baby to calm down to continue with the other piercing....Omg They made me feel So comfortable especially my Husband, since my daughter is his Princess 👑 (LOL). I would recommend them to everyone....freaking awesome place at Lakewood Mall!!! 5+stars to them!!!!

I had my baby’s ears pierced here (she’s 4 months) and I had a great experience. All the girls are so sweet but the one that pierced my baby’s ears was so kind and patient with my baby’s and the girls worked together to make her piercings come out leveled. The piercing is free if you purchase earringS from a section and they range from $50-$100 they offer a cleaning solution and a warranty on the piercing if they close with in a time frame (which I don’t remember how much time I believe it’s 1 year) They will repierce it, it cost around $8 per piercing. Over all great experience definitely recommend it!

I took my 11 Month old baby here. I had a wonderful experience the lady working was super patient with my baby, made sure I like the dots where piercing will be and made sure we were happy every step of the way. I would highly recommend coming here for piercings.

It was easy didnt hurt I had my ears pierced for a third time.you get free ear piercing if you buy a pair of earrings.

Worst place ever. Horrible customer service. I had my ears pierced a month ago and one was infected the day it was pierced then earring fell out. They offer NO solution and now I need to let other piercing close. Waste of money and time. Stay away from this place.

Got my daughter ears pierced here. After a year her earrings broke. Eventually went back to do their finance deal, everything broke after the deal was paid off. Cheap quality. Will never go back.
