My 2 friends and I went in to get small, matching tattoos. We were walk-ins and were paired with the available artist. Most uncomfortable experience. The artist took us back to his work station, which resembled a cramped cubicle. We offered to wait outside while he was doing to tattoo and then switch out, but he insisted that we all be in there so there was little room for him to move around. My friend went first, and he felt the need to be constantly behind her, touching her hips as a means of moving her around. There was no communication, just touching and that made her very uncomfortable. The three of us has mentioned that we were only 18, but that did nothing to deter him. As he was preparing to tattoo her, we were all talking to help with the nerves. He starts the tattoo, stops abruptly and tells us that if we keep talking, he will permanently mess up her tattoo, and then keeps going. Very abrupt, very aggressive. That is something you communicate beforehand, not when the needle is on her skin. When she was done, he launched into an argument with the owner in front of us and then disappeared for a good 30 minutes. Didnt tell us where he went, what he was doing, or why he just got up and walked away. He comes back and its my turn next. Cue the inappropriate touching. I got my tattoo on the back of my next and in order to place the stencil, he comes behind me, wrapped his forearm around my chest/neck, pulled me into him, and squeezed harder than should have been necessary. There was no warning beforehand of what he was going to do. Felt very uncomfortable and excessive. When he was doing my tattoo, he felt the need to drape himself completely over me. The draping and the places he touched when doing so felt entirely unnecessary. While he was prepping my second friend, he was constantly calling her baby doll. Again, touching her on the hips and thighs to move her around. The tattoos themselves came out fine, but the touching and pet names made all of us extremely uncomfortable. Coupled with the utter lack of communication, we could not wait to get out of there. Not to mention that the whole process took just under 2 hours, for 3 tattoos that were only about inch in size. There was also very little follow up with aftercare instructions and what to expect. Thank god I had gotten another tattoo somewhere else and so I knew what to do.

I’m 14 and went here twice (for a nostril piercing and getting my ears pierced) plan to go back for a septum. piercings were done nicely and never got infected. both girls who did them were very professional but had time to joke around too. only problem being they won’t pickup their phone to answer some questions i have. all around great place to get your piercings done and a very well environment to take kids who need their ears done.

We took my eight year old daughter here to get her ears pierced and it was a great experience! Our piercer was friendly and professional and even funny enough to get a giggle out of my kid. Great price, great rapport and great job!

Family oriented shop. Great for simply getting your ears pierced by a professional that definitely knows what they are doing. Very clean and hygienic... didnt even hurt. Highly recommend them! Ask for Jasmine...she does a great job.

Brought my 2 kids in to have piercings done my 4 year old ear piercing went great. No issues at all. My oldest daughter got a navel piercing and it didnt go to well. The piercer didnt use a clamp and free handed her piercing. He claims my daughter moved and he lost the needle half way threw. Took him a few minutes to back track the needle out and then finally get the jewelry in. The bar bell seems to be a bit short and difficult for her to move to properly clean the piercing. Her navel is bruised also. To be honest I dont believe I would recommend this place for piercings. I do know however the tattoo artist/piercer was a bit over whelmed he was the only one working and had a ton of customers. His flinging of tables and pushing things around indicated he was a bit overwhelmed.

I went in for my first tattoo about 3 years ago and the artist made me feel so comfortable. They let me take my time in deciding on what I want and how I wanted it. They kept me comfortable and gave me great instructions on how to care for my tattoo during the healing process and what to do to keep the colors. They kept it very clean and very professional.

Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. I had come to Celebrity Tattoo for a few other piercings like my nostril and tongue and left very happy. This past time I went to get snake bite lip piercings and the experience was not that great. The peircer was late to the appointment, my lips were peirced with 14G studs and the bars were too short and they started to embed in my lips. I went to another shop to get them removed and replaced with 16G studs with longer bars. The piercer also dropped the needle after piercing my lip and was over all scattered. Not to mention i was told to clean my lips with alcohol, when I know thats incorrect and would damage the open skin. Thankfully Ive gotten a lip piercing before or i wouldve been screwed. I was expecting more but unfortunately i got low quality service. Really not worth the $150.00 for two lip piercings that I had to pay to get fixed at another shop.

Got my tattoo there about 2 years ago I went to tell the lady that it wasnt correct and she told me to let her do her job. Will not go back. Was the worst first tattoo experience. Not to mention the thing wasnt even even. I paid $300 for a wrist tattoo Plus I had to save my spot with a deposit. Its ridiculous dont waste your money

I have had my nose and cupids bow pierced by Rachael, and those healed perfectly. The piercings were a standard price and they had lots of jewelry to choose from. The piercing room is intimate, clean, and comfortable.Ive also been tattooed here with a friend, and we were tattooed by Fish and Monica. We love our tattoos and Im scheduled to get more tattoos from Fish next month.I also went in today and was tattooed on my hands by Julie, and those turned out amazing as well.All of my lines are super clean, and the blackwork on my tattoos are very solid.Their prices are reasonable and the staff is super kind. Im really excited to get more done.

I got a simple tattoo...its blown out, the lines are uneven, and the font was not consistant. The artist didnt put any ointment on it and told me no instructions on care...good thing this wasnt my first tattoo. Dont waste your $$. Paid for a tattoo and now Ill have to pay to have it fixed. Shouldve listened to everyone when they told me not to go here.

I loved my piercing experience. There was a good selection of jewelry and the piercer was quick and clean. She also had great placement. My piercing healed nicely and has not had any problems, which I would attribute to their good quality and after care instructions.

Nothing against the artists, but this place hasnt changed since probably the 90s? It feels more like a tattoo factory than a shop and the owner is a terrible person that makes the place feel like a museum instead of showcasing the artists that work for him.

I got my most recent tattoo done with Bishop here last week. He did a beautiful job, the lines were very clean, and he even touched up the linework on some older tattoos I have unprompted. The staff is all very friendly. Also, they have a big fishtank in the center of the shop - it was great for distracting me from the needle! :) Would definitely recommend this shop. I will be back!

Just got my second lobes and helix done here by Soda on a walk in, he was able to get me in and out and it barely even hurt (as far as piercings go of course) I will more than likely be back.

They were awful. the lady at the front desk was clearly high. Also the piercer was not even there and we waited 1 hour. Dont reccomed for piercings.

They have taken extra processions during the pandemic which I think is amazing. They are all really positive and friendly my tattoo artist Bishop really hooks it up every time I go into the shop!

I got a piercing that completely became embedded into my lip, i couldnt come in due to their piercing artist ( that originally did it ) isnt in and hasnt been for awhile now. Another tattoo artist tried to get it out but no one there had ever handled a situation like this since they are not piercing artist. They did try their best to do what they could i just feel that if their piercing artist can no longer work they should have someone there who can solve problems like these since the piercing was originally done there in the first place.

I never write bad reviews but feel the need to warn people.... Dont get your tattoo done here. My hands were completely slashed up up and healed horribly, despite taking care of them. Because I already have several tattoos, the artist did not give me nay aftercare tips even though (as I now know) hands heal very differently. After they healed the tattoo is so awful, not even a solid color. I dont feel the need to say which artist it was, Im notinterested in publicly shaming them, but I would feel guilty not warning other people--- dont go here.

Julie did my tattoo today, the staff was friendly and, curtious. I had a pleasent experience and my final result was exactly what I wanted. I will recommend them to everyone who wants work done.

My piercer couldn’t get my septum ring through my nose, even though the needles were going through just fine. After going through more pain she pierced me once again, and the ring finally went through. My piercer was very shaky, as if she was nervous to be piercing. My bf got his ears pierced and they were not even. No offer on a discount. I was nice enough to leave a tip tho for her kindness. But I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a piercing unless it’s by someone else other than the lady.

I got my bellybutton pierced about a month ago and the piercer ended up having to use about 4-5 different needles which caused me to faint as well as seize. After i fainted she continued to shove more needles in my bellybutton when i could barely even talk/move.. I followed the instructions on how to take care of it and now have to go to the doctor because it is severely infected and the piercing hole is stretched out.

Some of the new artist are just not together. Scattered and disorganized with the schedule and pre drawing of tattoos. I would understand if it was last minute, or final touches but we spent a lot of useless time there. A group of 4.. so what was the Reason to schedule an apt??? I just didnt understand at this point.Bad talking about other customers in front of others customers listening is frowned upon. And the price I was baffled at. I have many, many tattoos..and I understand the break down and cost of your materials and time. But for a less than two inch by one inch sized tatoo (less then the size of a business card) black and white EASY tattoo, you expected me to pay 250 plus tip. Yes beautiful piece. But not $300.I appreciate the owner, been coming here many years. But this round of staff..not digging.

Scheduled an apt in advance to get my 7 year olds ears pierced, and was told no one available when we showed up. No one called to cancel. They may be great but I dont know because our apt never happened. REALLY frustrated I stopped working, got my daughter and showed up to be told they are sorry but cant do anything about it. A simple call to cancel the apt, and I wouldnt have been upset.

I have received all my tattoos here over the last 15+ years and the shop is great! Very clean, bright and comfortable. The most recent visit was a walk in and Cat and Tonka were the BEST. My girlfriend and I each got a new tattoo after some productive discussion on details. We are both thrilled and already thinking of the next price. Call or florid in and you will be very happy you did!!!

Made an appointment for 6:30 pm, walked in at 6:15 and the lady at the front said they were running behind and it would be 45 minutes. Came back in 35 minutes to find two more people waiting who had made an appointment at 7:15. Walked out at 8pm an hour and a half later and no one had been helped. Very poor management of scheduling and no attempt to reconcile their problem. Will never go back.

Yesterday I had an appointment scheduled for 2 o’clock. When I arrived I was told that Victoria had called in sick that morning. I received no call or message stating such. Bad customer service. I took my business to Mantra where I received an appointment right away, was treated with respect and received impeccable service.

Jasmine was totally focused on my daughter, making sure she understood the process, answering all questions, and verifying her consent several times. There was excellent attention to cleanliness and hygiene, and thorough explanation of aftercare to both my child and to me. Just a really great experience all around for both my daughter and me. It was an easy and fun environment. Its consistently a clean, organized shop! The employees are always friendly and I am very, pleased with my tattoos. He did a great job on the lettering within my tattoos. Great handwriting/tattoo talent! I would absolutely refer any of my friends to this shop!

Came in on Sunday for a very simple tattoo. Just lettering. I have had my four past tattoos done there. Came in and found out the guy who usually tattoos me was no longer there. So they had asked Anthony if he could do the work. He was more hen happy to do it. Very nice and professional guy. He drew up I wanted and go me back there and started the tattoo. Very light hand. Both me and my friends tattoos got immediately infected. (I have over a dozen tattoos as do they and have NEVER had an infected tattoo) The issue never got resolved even after I spoke to the owner. The artist didnt even give us what we wanted :/

Celebrity is suck a great place to get a good quality tattoo by friendly people in a nice shop. I got my first tattoo here and it was done very, very well by someone who has previously done work with the same style and symbol before. I will be going back in the future and recommend it to others.

For my other tattoos they were great but I went in to get a small one and ended up waiting two hours for nothing. Then I tried to make an appointment and they acted like I was such a burden. They were being extremely mean to the front desk person which caused him to get super stressed and I dont blame him. He was very nice and was trying his best. But the tattoo artists are rude as hell for mediocre work. Dont waste money or time on them!!

I mean if you decided at 9:30 on a Saturday night that you suddenly wanted a piercing and your friend wants a tattoo, all for a reasonable price and being open until midnight on Saturday, for the love of God go here. I knew about this place by friends/family and you never truly understand just how good it is until you experience it. The incredible Victoria pierced my ear and she knew I was a little nervous so she made sure I was extremely comfortable. It was also a great price, honestly cheaper than I expected. Then of course, classic Kevin was there. He did my friends tattoo and he did an excellent job. Hes such a cool and nice guy. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
