Piccolino is amazing. First off, the location is so pristine, picturesque, clean. Its mom and pop, which means they care about the customers on an individual basis. Very sweet, knowledgeable team. Also, it smells nice and they were playing cool music. I just had to take out my camera and grab pictures. Im so happy we found Piccolino.

**Edited to add that although they promptly gave me a shipping label and the item was returned, I still have not been refunded three months later. It seemed like they were even screening my calls, because after trying several times, someone only picked up when I used a different number. Ive gotten various responses from It was refunded a while ago and then later it will be done in 3-5 days. I will end up just doing a charge back and can no longer recommend.Customer service was very prompt and helpful anytime I needed. They were able to solve my return issue very easily.

The product box was damaged due to poor handling by delivery vendor. Called Piccolino- Saul in customer service was amazing- he had a new item sent out immediately - so I would have it in time for a baby shower. Wonderful professional customer service

I ordered a stroller/wagon that I needed by a certain date for a family road trip. It was delayed and I was frantic! Piccolino worked with me, calling the supplier and keeping me up to date on how things stood. They were able to get it shipped to one of our stops for the road trip, so that we had it when we needed it. Even with all those difficulties Piccolino was awesome and I would highly recommend them!
I ordered a wagon from them and unfortunately it kept getting delayed. Customer service contacted me and went above and beyond. They truly are great! My wagon should be here any day now and its all thanks to the wonderful customer service we had!
We ordered a wagon back in May. Customer service gave us the same excuse for nearly 5 months, and then just recently they have stopped communicating altogether. The only way to contact them became commenting on a year old Instagram post, which they then turned the comments off because they were getting so many comments from people trying to contact them. people were even using Instagram comments to cancel their orders. They say that the product has been “released from port“ or but they’ve told us this twice in the last three months. I don’t know exactly what’s going on with this business, but they haven’t been forthright and it makes me feel like I’ve been scammed
When your searching for your dream stroller wagon and you hear of horrific customer service, no returns yet they ship what you didnt order despite numerous emails and phone calls to be ignored. Dont think twice about your purchase its enough negative things being talked about in Facebook groups. And if you do decide to go forward I hope you get what you truly ordered in a timely customer service manner. $900 plus tax to say take it or leave dont leave a customer happy. Make it right she need what she ordered within a week for her trip, paid return shipping, and a credit. If you want her to gift the stroller wagon and you still send her out what she ordered she will pay it forward. Her experience was enough for me to pass on ordering from this company.
I would probably give them a 4.5 only because it did take them a little long to respond to my first email however, they were great with their responses. I ordered 5/4 with an estimated ship date of 6/1 (I ordered a W1) I finally got a shipping confirmation today. I will say that I found out that their shipments come from the Wonderfold company, if wonderfold has delays that means they will too. I wasn’t in a hurry and therefore I could be patient. Everything else has been good so far.

My husband and I ordered a dresser almost three weeks ago. We received an odd email saying the dresser was shipped and on its way to Boston about two weeks ago. The listed tracking number was “in transit”. Nothing arrived and last Friday I called five times to inquire. No one picked up so I left a voicemail (which wasn’t returned). My husband got through on Sunday and they said they didn’t notice the carrier didn’t pick it up and they’d look into it. We haven’t heard back. I called on Tuesday, left a message, and my husband called today (Thursday) and left a message. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ll never order from them again.

I just wanted to leave a quick review here as when I originally ordered I was very worried & skeptical based on other reviews I had read regarding Piccolino. I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY. I ordered Stroller & had been on the hunt for a particular color that was discontinued. As soon as I ordered I admittedly called to confirm this was a legit store & retailer... again other reviews had me really worried. Steven picked up the first ring & confirmed my order & checked stock. I had an email from Steven that evening confirming & received my stroller 1 week later! I had a GREAT experience & Thank You Steven for your customer support & easing my mind. Great customer service, quick shipping, excellent communication, product was shipped well/protected, and my stroller is beautiful! THANK YOU!
I’ve attempted to purchase 2 items from this store that claim “in stock” and they don’t ship it out right away and so they become unavailable. I’ve left multiple voicemails and emails with no response. I can’t tell if they are out of business or just don’t know how to run a business.
Ordered online and never received any information on my order. Ive tried calling twice during there working hours. They havent picked up the phone or called me back. Do not Order from this company. Don’t dare order from them!! I ordered a Wonderfold Wagon from them 5/5/21 with and expected ship date of 6/1/21. Come 6/3/21, I still had not received a shipment confirmation. I called numerous times and never could get someone on the phone. Eventually sent an email asking for order status and was told it would ship at the end of the month. It is now 6/28/21. On 6/25/21 I sent another email asking for status of order and have yet to receive an email back. It now shows online the expected shipping date is sometime in August. I can totally understand if it’s the manufacturer that is delaying the shipment due to production, but why isn’t Piccolino contacting their customers and staying on top of communication?! This is the WORST costumer service. Maybe send your customers an email or something to let them know the status of their orders..???? ESPECIALLY if the order is going to be delayed, customer has spent over $400 and have already been waiting a month (now 2 months!) This is absolutely ridiculous and I am SO sorry that I ever ordered from them to begin with.
Although it took almost two months for my stroller to arrive (they were out of stock) it has finally come and the quality is beyond what I could have hoped for! I ordered the wonderfold quad stroller it is so sturdy and SO worth the money!
Do not purchase from Piccolino Baby online! I am extremely disappointed at my recent experience. When I purchased my stroller last week, it was in-stock and expected to ship within 5-7 days. Today, without warning, I received a notification that my stroller would not be shipped and that I would receive a refund. This is frustrating when I already purchased matching accessories to go with this stroller and now need to scramble to find another option. Please manage your inventory system so that this same mix-up does not happen to another parent. I would not recommend shopping from this retailer.
I ordered a quad wonderfold wagon for my daughters baby shower in May! It’s now a few days to August and still haven’t received anything! I was told it was the supplier and it would ship out July 1. Still didn’t ship. I called and FINALLY got ahold of someone and was told if I change the color it would be 2 weeks instead of another month! I changed it but still no wagon! Emails go unanswered and they never answer the phone for online orders. I’m spending 600.00 on a wagon from your store! The least you can do is keep your customers updated!!!!! Zero stars in my opinion. Never ordering from them again!
We ordered a Wonderfold Wagon a month ago and it has yet to ship. Weve called and left messages multiple times after receiving an email saying it would ship in 7-10 days. Weve been unable to reach them to cancel the order, which if you read their Facebook seems to be a common trend.
Customer service here is terrible, they usually have no answers or just don’t respond at all. More specifically… Steven in the internet department so rude… you are definitely in the wrong field as customer service does not suit you.

I understand that they are a small business but their customer service is lacking. Steven promised me a 5% military discount as a refund after I completed my purchase via phone. I hung up and completed my transaction and have been emailing since trying to get him to honor his word. Not even a response. The website states they price match- however they are the only wonderfold retailer that doesn’t offer any discounts or match the wonderfold discounts. I learned not to trust their word and to find another retailer. I ordered from them because they were shipping the fastest but I could’ve and would have waited a few weeks to order from another retailer that offers and honors discounts.
I didn’t know the store and was afraid because the deal was too good to be true! The store is real, and it’s really amazing! I asked if it was possible to change my purchase color after I have already chosen it, and the store changed without charging me for the difference. I received my stroller and car seat last 10 days after Black Friday. They were friendly and efficient—nothing to complain about it. I strongly recommend it!
We ordered an item shipped to Nebraska that was damaged in transit. The customer service we received from Piccolino Baby was AMAZING! No issues. Dealt with the problem. Problem solved. We have four new grandkids coming in 2021...they will be our gift go-to!

I ordered a 2019 vista, I called them asking for an estimated shipping time and they said they didn’t have it in stock but will send a 2020 for the same price when it comes in. Hours later, i got a shipping notification that it was on its way and not even 2 full business days later, the stroller arrived.They went above and beyond to make me and my family happy and satisfied, especially upgrading our system at absolutely no additional cost because of the stock issue.Thank you, Piccolino for all your efforts and hard work! They say they price match retailers on the same item, but they lie. Even after exchanging several emails, they still overcharged me. Instead of doing right by customers who are expecting babies and could be potential return customers, this company prioritized getting an extra 40-50 bucks from one transaction.Make sure you check your credit card bills when shopping with Piccolino or you might get overcharged

I was at the store on Sunday. And I tried to make a decision on a glider/recliner. Brought the new mother/my daughter back to sit and chose the beat one for her needs. The staff were very very helpful. But this is where the great stuff happened. We wanted some day delivery it was 4:30 pm, unbeknownst to us was that 2:30 was the cutoff for purchase and same day delivery, Mr. Cohen understood the need for a new mom of 5 days, need and want for this particular purchase and said, he will do his utmost!!! And we had a beautiful glider delivered at 5:30 pm on Sunday!!! Wow!! Wow!! We were speechless!! The purchase was truly enjoyed and the service was even more!! Thank you!!!!! Best customer service I have experienced anywhere for a long time!!!!

My mother in-law bought us an entire set for our son. It took about a month for it to get here but I wasn’t too upset about that because it did say on their website that it could take a while due to COVID-19. I was however upset about the fact that they refused to help my husband carry it up to the 2nd floor of our apartment. I wasn’t able to help him because I just had our baby and am not allowed to lift anything over 20lbs due to complications during my pregnancy that could cause me to hemorrhage easier than others that didn’t experience complications so he had to carry the entire bedroom set upstairs by himself. Apparently it’s, “Not their job” to carry stuff upstairs. So they left it outside on the first floor for my husband to carry by himself. These items come already put together which is convenient if you have help to carry it. He had to carry two HUGE boxes up the stairs and my husband isn’t weak by any means. He was a combat engineer in the Marines and I am a Marine as well. The boxes were probably around 130lbs and very bulky so it was difficult for him to maneuver them up the stairs. On top of that it was raining when they arrived so everything got wet. He also had to take everything apart and bring it in in pieces because he had to slide the boxes due to their size and it would scratch up our floors. Not good service at all. To top it off the dresser drawers barely fit and it’s difficult to slide them in and out of place.

Great service and exquisite quality! Was in for no more then 15 minutes, the salesman went through a few options and helped us pick the perfect set for our baby. Delivered the next day, I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product. Highest quality for a very reasonable price. Overall very pleasurable experience.

I just had a great experience online. I ordered the Nuna Rava car seat on May 17th and received it May 26. Steven was extremely helpful and price matched the car seat for me which was a super simple process. I was a little skeptical of the company bc of some of the reviews but I did not experience any of those things. I received a confirmation email and then another saying it had shipped but there was no tracking number. When I called the store to inquire about the tracking number they answered right away and told me that for some reason my order link had not updated but the car seat had actually already been sent several days prior. They emailed me the tracking number while on the phone and the tracking number showed it was shipped out the day after I ordered it and I received it less than 10 days after ordering. With no sales tax and free shipping this company is the place to order from!

Piccolino baby store it’s first to none in customer service. I ordered a dresser that it’s currently out of stock and they happened to have one in stock, unfortunately it was damaged from the manufacturer. I had to refused the shipment and they were very professional and offered options to solve the problem. Ultimately I asked them for the refund and they were no hassle at all, they refunded the dresser and shipping cost. They sent me a wrong color for a stroller I ordered for my sisters baby shower, then when contacted they promised to send the right one so we could have it in a week and that also didnt happened. In short, we couldnt bring the stroller to my sisters baby shower to surprise her.We followed up to find out that they simply never sent the replacement and they didnt even know when I could get it.Although we understood everything as things can always happen, one of the guys we were in communication with abruptly hung up on me several times basically saying he was too busy to fix the problem so he had no time to talk to me.Ive decided to place an order with this company instead of an official Bugaboo website based on the good Google reviews here, so I felt the need to write my experience as well to make sure anyone like me in the future is aware of what to expect.Very unprofessional customer service. Order from somewhere else if you dont want to deal with such rudeness.

Highly recommended. It was our first purchase and Piccolino exceeded my expectation. We bought the Mesa Car seat and the Uppababy Cruz stroller. The car seat arrived in less than 3 days and they always communicate with us promptly and with a good customer service.
Ordered the Uppababy vista. The day after I placed my order they called and informed me of a stock issue. They gave me two options to satisfy the problem. As soon as the new item came in stocked it was shipped and we received after only 3 days. Email and text updates through every step. We saved a lot of money. Would definitely order from them again.

I spoke with Amazon 47and they said you could approve the return at your discretion.If your smart, you will not plan ahead with this company but use someone that is family friendly and wont leave you stuck with a $600 stroller.Very disappointed in your policy of not helping families as well as your false customer feedback responses that are not true. Spent $500 for the stroller I wanted to get as a gift and my order was canceled without even courtesy phone call or email. Had to check the status of the order to see why it hadnt shipped and status was canceled.
Website states they will pricematch under thier return policy .When I asked about an item I found at a better price from buy buy baby I was told they would not match the price.Look at evolur Cheyenne bookcase proced at 475.00 with a 199.00 shipping charge on piccolinoBuy buy baby has the same item for 359.00 and a 59.00 shipping charge.Very misleading......

Piccolino Baby has poor customer service and they misrepresent the products they have in stock.I ordered a build your own Bugaboo Fox and all the parts said they were in stock, however, when I received the order it was missing the seat cover. I called Piccolino and they told me the seat covers were backordered. They did not notify me at any point before or after I received the order that there would be a missing piece.This is a poorly run company and I would not recommend ordering from them.
My package came in a reasonable time frame and in ok shape. Im disappointed that I wasnt able to speak to anyone over an reasonable time frame. I was calling to inquire about the status of my order however I was only able to make contact after they opened up again after allowing them time to contact me (i.e. I had to take initiative). Mind you that they never attempted to respond to my voice messages, nor my emails. There is a Jewish holiday in May that I was unaware of and the store was closed. Im all for the time off and advocate that entirely, however for those who are not aware it would be prudent to let the public know in some way. I had to call the bank across the street to get this information. I hope that you would take this into serious consideration in the future. Ive yet to receive a formal apology/response more than 6 weeks out. Unprofessional.

More than 3 weeks and 2 phone calls later (that I had to call them) for them to tell me they just contacted the manufacture and the item is discontinued.
