About two weeks ago I needed a battery for my quad. I contacted SBD and got Denise G. Immediately after picking up my battery I was leaving town for a seven hour deer hunting. I was worried about the battery acid being placed inside my brand new truck. She got a used box, filled it with packing paper, and safely placed the battery inside. No chance of spilling!! I am extremely grateful to Denise’s extra mile service!

Manny took excellent care of my purchasing needs. I was a first time buyer when I came in and Manny eased any worries in buying a motorcycle. He has a fantastic personality and was very knowledgeable on all the bikes they had to offer. It was like a friend was helping me make the purchase, giving me honest advice. Took my VFR 800 in for an oil change. The service department was very friendly and knowledgeable! Terry was able to get me an appointment the Friday before. Got my back bike back clean! Terry and his techs are great!

Let’s talk about their service department for a moment. I bought a bike and needed break in service within a week. Nobody in western Washington could see me before August, but Terry knew how important the ride is. He got me in less than a week after I called, and I called going into the long weekend. That’s not to say these guys aren’t busy; they’re packed on any given day. It’s more of a testament to their dedication and skill. They’re a superior shop and probably a great dealer too

South Bound Motorsports has the best and most easy going sales team out of any dealership Ive experienced. Chris, whom guided me through the sales process went the extra mile, and even helping tune some QC stuff on the bike himself. I recently traded in my Harley for a new Triumph Tiger Rally Pro for more dirt focused riding adventures. The sales process was seamless and I couldnt be more happy with the bike. The balance and ride is nothing like Ive experienced before coming from multiple Harleys and a ducati hypermoto. Triumph loaded this bike with new tech and quality engineering (more than i know what to do with haha) that i would recommend to anyone. Go check them out yourself, their selection of bikes and team will only get better everyday.

They are a great group of people there. Great selection, easy to get to. Ive had service done there, bought parts, asked questions and just hung out and talked.Was looking at hold over goldwings. They worked hard to get a trade from a couple of other dealers. But the one I wanted would not play nice nice and even call them back.They told me to just call the other dealer in Portland before it sold and make the deal, so I wouldnt lose out on it. Thats pretty cool since they wouldnt make anything on the bike and they had a couple hours into it.

I went in today to get an exhaust installed on my bike without calling in. Originally I was told that they were very busy but when I explained that I was getting an exhaust, Terry made an exception for me and took my bike in immediately after asking if I was trying to ride this weekend and I said yes. If I remember the mechanics name correctly I believe it was Corey. Both of these guys were super cool as they talked to me and treated me like a human. The customer service was as good as you can ask for and I will always come to southbound Honda for when I need service done. Thank you to everyone that makes southbound Honda a very friendly place. Came in here over the weekend with a specific bike in mind. Talked with someone on the phone beforehand and they were helpful in getting me more info.Was encouraged to sit on the bike, poke around, and whatever which was cool. Really knowledgeable people who answered all the questions I had and made me feel like I’d cruise over on a weekend just to hang out.In the process of selling my bike but when that happens I’ll be sure to go back to make the final purchase.

My wife had just had surgery and Joey opened the door for us to come in and sign our papers. The new owner came and greeted us and actually sat down with and chatted which was awesome. They even delivered my wifes bike to the house. They will definitely get my business again.

The parts department is really great there! Their selection was good and they made finding some new gear a fun experience. I picked up a 2021 Honda Goldwing DCT yesterday from the terrific folks at South Bound Motorsports. I bought the Triple Black Triumph Rocket 3 GT yesterday and the experience was terrific! If youre looking for a Triumph in the Tacoma area, go see Jeff Whittall. He is friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgable which made my purchase a pleasure. And then theres the parts department...Denise, Denise, Denise...GrindeShes a self-proclaimed a**hole which, in truth, means that shes a straight shooter and will treat you like family. Her kind of customer service is hard to find these days (unfortunately) and is the icing on the cake which is South Bound Honda. Her partner in crime, Dakota Simmons was extremely helpful in setting up a couple of helmets with the Cardo Packtalk system. I will definitely be visiting them for my future adventure needs.

We had the best experience here today. My wife and I called and spoke to Jeff. Jeff asked a few questions and then sat back and truely listened to our requests. From there he showed what options would fit our needs and let us make a decision without any persuasion or pressure. This made us both very comfortable. A genuine salesman with great product knowledge and patience. Must come from great management because we had the same experience with our finance manager Jake, parts manager Denise who recommended great helmets along with a few safety tips as well as Joey the sales manager. It was obvious that he has a good deal of experience managing the store. A refreshing atmosphere.

I bought a VTX1300 from them and couldnt have been happier with the whole experience. I originally wanted a VTX that I saw on their website, but it was sold the day before my appointment. However, it turned out they had just got another one in that I liked even better (bonus!). I asked if they would sell me the bike, and I was told no, I had to wait until it was inspected. I was hoping that was going to be the answer. It shows they care about selling quality motorcycles. About a week later, I came back and bought it. I admit, I probably paid a little too much, but not enough that I felt like haggling. I guess you could call that a lazy tax. All-in-all, I will definitely be back for my next ride.

Purchased a used Harley Davidson last week. Easy deal, bike was priced great, staff was awesome to deal with. Financing was easy, they were able to beat my credit union’s rates which doesn’t happen very often for me. I brought in a bike to trade in, they gave me better money than I expected from it. I might have been able to squeeze a few hundred more out of it if I had sold it on my own. But it wouldn’t have been worth the hassle. I had looked at a few of these at various dealers, they by far had the best price. They are dealing with the COVID restrictions and doing the best they can. Happy I was able to give them some business to help carry through this time and I ended up with a pretty sweet motorcycle to boot!

A year later, my friend accidentally dropped my bike while handling it. I brought it into service for repairs and Randy the service manager was such an awesome guy. Clean, organized and conforming to the covid crisis. Needed someone to balance my wheel and they had the tools to do it. Job done and priced right. A bigger selection of motorcycles might have gotten them another star, but riding season is almost half over. You dont go for seconds when the kitchen is closing.

I bought a beautiful 2007 Harley Davidson heritage classic a week ago. They gave me a great deal on the bike and even installed some genuine Harley parts on to it for me. When I got here a week later to have the seat and backrest installed the back rest was not the right part that I had ordered. The sales manager was awesome he took very good care of me and actually pulled an actual Harley Davidson backrest off of another bike and installed it on mine. These guys are awesome down here and be assured they will take great care of you. Highly recommend this Dealership.

Called them for a quote on some repairs. Got their voicemail telling me to leave a message for service and they would get back to me. That was six months ago. I have since left two other messages and have never hear back from them. Thats just poor customer service.

Had an appointment to get an Oil Change and it took FOUR HOURS. My Bike had been ready for an HOUR AND A HALF and No one in the ENTIRE store decided to come get me and let me know. Whats the point of waiting. If I hadnt decided to take a walk, and saw my bike sitting out side, i might have waited another 4 hours. I ordered some tires for my Bike and TWO WEEKS later I call and find out my order was NEVER PLACE. This use to be a good place. Ive purchased TWO bikes from here. Totally disappointed with your service. I will never come back or recommend this place again.UPDATEGot a call from Kevin Holt the Owner of South Bound Honda. I was very very impressed with him and his Staff. Its very Rare and unheard of that an Owner of a Business will reach out to a customer. I really appreciate that. We just bought 2 motorcycles from South Bound Honda and got a great deal along with great service. The sales guy, Nick, was awesome. He answered all our questions, and helped us get the best deal possible, which was better than other prices from dealerships north and further south. (My husband called them all to see what they could do for us.). When the sale was done, Nick helped us load the bikes in our truck and tie them down good and sure. By contrast, we originally went to a dealership closer to our house, and spent 45 minutes there, but never got so much as a “hello” or “be with you in a minute”. There was a sales guy on the floor helping someone else and a receptionist and other guy in the phone, but no one acknowledged us. We finally just left. After that, we decided to give our business to South Bound Honda, where they greeted us within minutes and had the two bikes we were looking for. Thanks folks at SB Honda! Looking forward to riding our new bikes!

Bought a 2014 HD Street Glide 2 weeks ago. I admit i should have gone over the bike with a fine tooth comb but their customer service was so good it felt right . Well both the front and rear tires were unsafe...700 bucks and the rear brakes were at about 15 percent.... You get the picture . All i will say is buyer beware with these guys . i own my part by not checking the bike but their pre sale safety inspection had everything in the green . i am canceling my extended warranty and will NEVER go back . you would think paying 16k for a bike should get you somewhat of a piece of mind . Think twice before you buy from these guys. 4 16 2018. I WANT TO ADMID THAT IF I WOULD HAVE BEEN PROACTIVE AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED. HE CALLED ME NOT ONCE BUT TWICE TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND I HAVE NOTHING BUT RESPECT. I LEARNED THAT I AS A CUSTOMER NEED TO PROACTIVLY COMMUNICATE AND REMEMBER IF A DEALERSHIP DOESNT KNOW THEY CANT FIX IT. SO IN SUMMARY, GIVE THEM THE OPPORTUNITY AND MEET THE OWNER....

I contacted the folks at South Bound Honda about securing a deposit for a new Honda Monkey and the helpful sales staff, Joe and Kevin, got right on it. Joe kept me informed about the import progress and let me know when my bike landed in the states. The bike was prepped the day before I arrived, I paid for the bike and it was loaded into my truck within 30 minutes. The purchase process was simple and the sales staff was awesome. I will be back for my next purchase and continued maintenance service intervals. 🐒🐒👍👍

Reading the owners responses on these reviews is really sad to read.Seems to me they arent taking responsibility for their actions.The bad reviews make sense to me because I walked in there today to look at dirt bike pants, but we accidentally walked into the show room area (There was no sign outside that said Not allowed in showroom) and a lady told me We are not allowed to have people in here... in a showroom? That doesnt make any sense. The lady sent us out the building, to stand outside in the hot sun with my 3 month old baby in my arms and they wouldnt even allow us to walk around the inside of the building to look at there inventory on the pants I was wanting. A guy had to walk back and forth from the store to outside, which is where we were standing, and had an attitude about the pants I was asking for in a certain color and size.I would not recommend this place, horrible customer service.

If you are buying a new or used Motorcyle, scooter, dirt bike, quad, side by side, ect.This is the place to do it. The showroom and parts department itself is Awsome. It is set up like they ultimate man cave. Youll find yourself wanting to go there for this reason alone. I had put down a deposit 2 months ago. My saleperson Joey, kept me updated about the delivery date, which I really appreciated. With the virus going on, I was very worried that I would not get bike in time to enjoy during the summer. I now have the bike, and I love it. The finance department was very accommodating with a few issues I had. This was the best major purchase buying experience, I have ever had, and I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

Apparently you can’t be on the show room floor... in a motorcycle shop.... to look at their inventory. Also didn’t know you had to make an appointment to even enter the store. Which they wouldnt allow us to browse. Terrible customer service. -1/10 wouldn’t recommend.
