ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE & THE FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. I HAVE COME IN WITH A BROKEN TRACTOR ATTACHMENT & HAD THEM HELP JERRY-RIG A FIX FOR ME, WHEN MY OLD SNOW BLOWER BIT THE DUST, I HEADED STRAIGHT TO ACE & BOUGHT THE BEST TORO THEY HAD. IT WAS ASSEMBLED, FILLED WITH OIL (4 CYCLE) ALL WARRANTY WORK DONE FOR ME, & LOADED IN MY TRUCK. EFFICIENT, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER TREATMENT! THEY GET ALL MY BUSINESS NOW, FROM WATER SOFTENER SALT TO PAINT & HARDWARE.......SIMPLY THE BEST.

Bought a Weber performer here recently. They special ordered the color for me, assembled it, and delivered it within a week. I noticed there was porcelain chipped off the lid and the store manager - Josh, contacted Weber for me and I had a new lid the next week. Excellent customer service at this store.

The customer service I got was the best always like going to Ace Hardware in Lakeview, they help you pick out what you need.

Blake is untrustworthy. He will tell you one thing and then completely change his mind when you go into the store.

We went to buy a new snowblower ahead of the storm that is coming. The manager was super knowledgeable and gave us some really good advice. Then the snowblower wouldn’t fit in our truck and he offered to deliver for free this afternoon. That is why shopping local matters.

My favorite Saturday store its fun browsing the aisle. You just never know what you will find. Its even better when you need something special. Their service is top notch! I can walk in they find the widget I needed and be out in minutes.

Great store for many reasons. You are greeted and asked for help when you walk in the door, they know what they are talking about and help you out to find what you need or a solution. Free popcorn! You can bring your dog in the store! I will always go there first before a big box store.

I love this location. Not just convenient to get in and out, but the service and friendliness is one of the best in town!Was disappointed at another hardware store and came here an hour later. What a difference. Bought what I needed and some things that just caught my eye.

New house, new mower luv these guys. Definitely helpful!$30 deposit was for finding out what was wrong with my old mower.Told me it wasnt worth fixing and let me use it towards my new one.Guess I just listen better then sum people (JD)

I didnt realize they had a mechanic there now, but Im so glad they do! Had a cable snap on my slow blower and he was able to fix it and afterwards he advised me on what gas I should use in it to keep it running well. The employees there also helped me find everything I needed to start my indoor garden. Im happy to have them in the area and will definitely be using them to fix and tune up my snow blowers and lawn mowers.

Just bought a Toro Snow Thrower from Josh, great customer service. I bought a Toro Timesaver Mower earlier this year and they were great to deal with, so I returned and bought blower. A+ in customer service, entire staff friendly and nice to do business with! THANK YOU!

Walked in non of employees were wearing masks. Did a 180 and walked out and went to home Depot. I want to support the local shops but difficult when they dont take steps to protect their customers or themselves.

As an update to the review below, Not only did it take two weeks to get the mower back, but they didnt fix what I took it in for.... and it runs worst than it did before I took it in.... its too bad I always liked Ace now Ill have to start going elsewhere.Have not had problems with Ace in the past, but when had to take lawnmower in for repair was told 7-10 days (which seem long for a belt replacement), now working on two weeks and still nothing. Was told were backed up, when I asked why wasnt I told that when I dropped it off, they said, we werent backed up then... so why dont I have my lawnmower then???

Great service! They are always willing to go the extra mile to help you figure out the best way to get your home repair done yourself. Ive stopped in a few times in the last few months to purchase items for my home repairs and will continue to use them as my go to hardware store. Big box stores my be a little cheaper but with the customer service you get at this Ace Hardware I will never shop big box again. Zac and Alita treat you like family and are the main reason Ill keep going back! Thanks guys!

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Employee Zac (not sure if he the owner or just the manager) was about as completely rude and arrogant as anyone I have ever met. After this store ruined the screen I brought in for repair, he actually had the nerve to argue with me that it was my misunderstanding that repair was done the way it was and not their problem.Customer Service Grade = F (as in complete failure). Zac needs to learn how to work with customers without being such a jerk.AVOID THIS LOCATION and find another store.

The lady knew exactly where to find the several items I asked for. Took me about 5 minutes to pick up 5 items where it would take me 39 minutes at the large box stores.
