Best firearms shop within 50 miles. As previous reviews have noted, limited hours are not ideal (we can all thank a democrat for paying people not to go back to work,) but that being said, the service, staff, and reasonable prices are second to none.

Brought in my 24 inch AR for a full cerakote custom paint job. These guys went above and beyond. Fixed a few issues I had for free, did some extra airbrushing (we the People) and then threw in a hogue grip for free as well. These guys are very busy doing cerakote on just about anything. It took a bit to get my rifle done but it was well worth it. This thing is a true work of art. I know that some of the reviews report different hours. If you are looking for Cabellas this place is not for you. Dillon is the real deal. When I would get inpatient he always treated me with respect. After all, Picasso probably just did what he did, ignoring the publics perceived timelines and just kept delivering beautiful works of art. This place is not about speed its about perfection. They have a solid following and they can count me in as a loyal customer. This rifle blows everyones mind that sees it. I wish I could post it for all of you too see. Just drop your rifle off and wait for Dillon to call you. Chill out brothers you will not regret it.

I think this place might permanently closed. Cant get an answer on the phone, cant leave a message, didnt get a response to my online contact. I was referred by a friend and heard great things, but would never trust them with my gun.....

Horrible customer service. I purchased a product online that went smoothly. I got a confirmation email quickly and was expecting my product not too soon after that. After 2 weeks nothing. I tried calling several times. The phone just rang and rang and rang and then I get the message that voicemail has not been set up yet. So I resorted to emailing the sales address that my confirmation came from and the website defaults you to on their contact page. After two emails I have still not heard back. They may be great to deal with in person; however, I unfortunately do not live near them so going into the store is not an option. Perhaps my particular order may have slipped through their system; however, that doesnt excuse them not answering the phone or being able to reply to my emails. I had to resort to filing a dispute with American Express to get my money back! It is not professional to treat customers this way.

Been here three Saturdays and they are always late. Open 26 hours a week I would expect them to open on time. Already had two other customers leave while I was waiting and they all complained about this and no return phone calls.Time to find a new place to purchase these products. Waited 30 minutes and left.

Do not buy from them online. They will not ship what you have purchased. They will not respond to emails, pick up the phone during the limited hours theyre open, and you will have to go through hell to get your money back. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company and send in various documents. Unless you want to waste time and money look elsewhere. BUYER BEWARE!!!

AVOID!!!Maybe in person is better, but from the reviews - I doubt it. I ordered an item that had 14 left in stock. The website says ships within 3-5 business days (card was charged within 3 business days). After 2 weeks of not even getting a confirmation let alone a shipping email from them I checked my order status and it said processing. I tried calling them but they would not pick up. I sent an e-mails and never got a response. Then when I checked my order it said the item was back-ordered!!! After 2 weeks I dont doubt this. It has now almost been 4 weeks since I ordered and I have called numerous times during their business hours and left multiple e-mails. Never have I been able to talk to someone and I have yet to get an e-mail back. Although they charged my account it appears that it never went through (they must be waiting for the back-ordered item to come in). However after a month after ordering an in-stock item I no longer need the item as I have bought it elsewhere and they will not allow communication to cancel the order.AVOID!!!

Unable to reach anyone for several weeks. Store hours have been reduced online according to Google. Tried calling multiple times during hours listed. Always get voicemail stating they are busy and to use website to contact them. Tried doing that and found site is down because they are experiencing a high volume of orders. Decided to try email and Facebook. No luck there. I live almost two hours away, driving to Lakeville doesnt seem like a good idea at this time. Going out of business?

I purchased a pistol case on Christmas online. I received an email sales receipt indicating the sale went through. Unfortunately I never received my order. I finally had to call and see what was going on with it. After making several attempts, i finally reached someone and was told that my order had been cancelled as the item had been discontinued. It sure would have been nice to have received a phone call or email indicating this rather than having to make the call myself. When i asked why I wasn’t notified of the order cancellation, i was told rather rudely “I don’t know. I’m not the computer guy!”. What poor customer service. We will never order from AccuTak Arms again.

They say they ship in 3-5 business days, then once you get notification it is out the door within 48 hours. Well after 5 business days they did print a shipping label. But a week later it still is not in the hands of the shipper. Avoid like the plaugue.

Can tell by the other reviews that my issue was not an isolated incident. Bought an item from them that needed to be FFL transferred to my state, received the confirmation email and everything seemed smooth. Tried calling the store Monday morning to set up the transfer but the voicemail said they’re only up Wednesday - Saturday, odd but ok.. called back Wednesday, again no answer. Then I went to the order confirmation to get their email but after sending it I received a notification that it wasn’t delivered because the email is out of service.. Finally I look them up on Facebook and decided to contact them through there where I finally receive a response. Over the next month I would contact them on their weekly trying to get them to respond to my FFL’s email to transfer my item. They would consistently read my Facebook message and not respond. 30 days pass by and they finally send me a message saying the order went over 30 days so it expired in their order list so it got cancelled. I had my FFL email 3 different email addresses, which 2 were not in service and they told me it was my FFLs fault for not contacting them? Yet they let the order sit for 30 days with no one contacting me or calling me to settle it? They took their website down and also took their number down, sketchy business. I would recommend you shop somewhere else, with this place they don’t value their customers time and would rather waste over a month of their time playing games over Facebook messenger. Unprofessional and embarrassing.

Purchased a limited summer 17 edition g17 that I had been looking for a few months back, they ended up having it on hand. So I ended up not only finding the firearm Id been looking for but a great shop that does ceracoting, sells silencers and a nice selection of parts on hand too. Great service.

Purchased just a silencerco asr muzzle brake on July 26th. Its now August 18th and still dont have it. Their website says its shipped but when I try and track the order it says label created USPS awaiting item. What a joke something so simple and its now 22 days later and still nothing. I guess this place is like many others. If you spend alot of money you probably get customer service and if you dont they could care less about you!!! I already had to order the same thing from somewhere else and guess what I already have it. If it does ever show up I am tempted to just send it back,but then it would probably take 6 months to get a refund from them. If I receive nothing I will be turning someone in for theft or fraud

I drove an hour and a half to purchase a suppressor and I get here and the gate is over the door and no one answering the phone. Sat hours 12-5, it’s 3..... Very poor business practice here.

This business does not answer the phone, return phone calls, emails etc. Over a year after paying and applying for my stamp and unable to contact AccuTac a trip down to Lakeville was only way to learn that business location was vacant and sleuthing on FB was only way to get a response regarding their inability to complete my transfer due to unapproved business address registered with ATF. When I inquired with ATF I was informed my devices had been approved prior to AccuTac’s move but was never contacted. Dozens of phone calls and several trips to Lakeville before I was able to track Dillon down at his new location, even the day I came to pick up AccuTac did not answer the phone while I sat across the street and called and watched as they ignored their phones... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, my advice...go somewhere else, lots of other reputable organizations that over the same service and know how to communicate.
