They did an excellent job on my son’s birthday cake. Great service, completed on time and delicious.

Terrible service. Had 7 people working and waiting for ice cream 10 minutes before being acknowledge. Nobody in the ice cream line but us and 2 others in the donut line. No issues with the ice cream but service. Come on at least say Hi be with you in a minute.

Have a look at my review history on here and youll find that I leave very few 1 star reviews so if you get one from me, youve earned it.Went to the drive through to order some milkshakes and asked, Wheres your listing of flavors? I was told We only keep like 24 of em in stock at any given time and we change em up so we dont list them..... What???So I went in... Worst. Decision. ever. Took me probably 30 minutes to get 3 milkshakes. Primarily because after the guy made em he set them down behind the counter and then the girl at the drive thru window scooped em up and handed em to someone in the drive thru!!! When I brought it to her attention I was responded to with attitude and misplaced confidence that this did not happen, until the guy who got my shakes came back in with them stating that that he got the wrong order.I could go on with the absolute insanity that transpired during my visit but this review is already too long. Complete and utter failure in service. Entirely incompetent. I felt like I was being punked the whole time.I get it, you dont want to work there but try having some damn pride in your work.

Hours wrong on the store, arrived and the sign outside showed they should still be open, but was told they were closed when we were able to get inside. 3 kids all excited to get ice cream and they wouldnt serve us, NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Super unprofessional, I ordered a mangonada here waited 10 minutes through the drive thru for them to tell me they’re all out of product. The last two times i went here they were also out of the mango base, they definitely need an upgrade in management

Would really like to give no stars because NO ONE GREETED US AS WE ENTERED THE ESTABLISHMENT OR ASKED IF WE NEEDED ANY ASSISTANCE!!!! WE THEN HAD TO ASK RON TO HELP US RETRIEVE WHAT WE NEEDED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Id never been to a Baskin Robbins and was excited to try it. The menu listed online and menu here are not the same despite the same names, or employees maybe just dont know what theyre doing. I ordered a Banana Royale sundae, which online is listed as your choice of ice cream with caramel praline topping, banana slices, whipped cream and chopped almonds. I got no choice of flavor, banana, and chocolate sauce. For being excited to finally try Baskin Robbins, Im disappointed and will continue getting ice cream elsewhere.

Slow service regards to the ice cream section. Kid didnt know how to make a shake. Took him several attempts to fill the small and when I got it, it wasnt even full. Plus instead if making my drink, he took other peoples order behind me, so it took me 10-15 before I even got my shake. Poor service.

All 4 kids working in the store wandered around looking lost. It took almost 15 minutes to get ice cream and a smoothie. I was the only person in the store. Awful awful awful customer service, will never go here again
