It was my first time there and I was greeted by the smell of coffee beans being roasted right there. The staff was very polite and told me some history about the company and all of the different foods they offer along with coffee. I bought some coffee to drink and it tasted so good that I immediately purchased a one pound bag a freshly roasted coffee. The Taste was amazing and Im looking forward to their breakfast, made to order. What a great time!

The sandwich was great but the caramel latte was very bitter, I would recommend ordering a little extra cream or sugar if thats your preference

Extremely kind staff and the perfect spot to be productive. My only complaint is their cold brew. The iced Nirvana is a Dunn Bros staple! But for some reason this is the only location Ive been to that consistently brews it so weak! I just wonder if its never steeped long enough.

Still has that new coffee shop smell! :) Great open layout, lots of natural light, super friendly staff, huge food menu for breakfast AND lunch/dinner and of course great coffee roasted on site. I work remotely at coffee shops and get very picky about the layouts, some just cram too much in a small space and it gets busy and loud. This one has a nice layout and is pretty big. I have always been a fan of the DBC breakfast sammiches because they are not pre-packaged & frozen, they are made fresh upon order. I just ordered the Ultimate Club sammich and DANG was that good! It was HUGE! And lastly, I have to say that the Internet speeds are fantastic, which is important to me since I work remotely. For those nerds out there the speeds came in at 232/23... not too shabby! Anyway.. highly recommend this location!

Were so lucky to have such a wonderful local coffee shop. Delicious drinks and treats and always kind and friendly staff. Michaela (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) recommended a drink for me last week and it has become my new favorite. Shes awesome!

They have changed their menu items. The Ultimate Club is my absolute FAVE. The portion is big enough for me to share. I usually go to DBC for my iced coffee because its much MUCH better than the competitions, although, perhaps not as large of a portion, but I just cant find the quality better anywhere else. The staff is amazing. They are always to friendly and prompt. (not fake friendly either! genuine!)They even give my little dog a free dog treat. (very dog friendly!) LOVE LOVE LOVE me some DUNN BROS!!!

Super fast service but I kindly asked if they have blonde espresso because yes, I do know Starbucks does but so do other local smaller coffee shops, and I tend to enjoy is more that the darker roasted taste. Anyways the girl then replied “nope, we try to as little as Starbucks as possible”, I just felt this to be a little rude of a reply as I do work at a Starbucks, not taking it personal but she certainly did not need to reply with such an attitude. Felt unprofessional as I would never call out other coffee shops as she did. Made my experience awkward and un welcomed. Coffee tasted great and no complaints with anything else!

Came in on 11/24/2020 approximately at 8:10am to pick up an order for DoorDash. I understand the store may have been busy and/or backed up on orders but I shouldnt have spent 15 minutes waiting on four drinks.I wasnt even greeted as soon as I came into the store. Perhaps, I should have announced myself but I do believe one of the workers have to welcome you. The workers placed a few orders on the pick-up counter and assumed they may have been for me but nope. (So no one even asked me who Im picking up for in the first place).Later on or too later on, I noticed the four drinks were completed but werent given to me right away. One of the workers just set it on the counter by her coworker. She could have just given it to me herself right? I may or may not care about right or wrong, Ive never dealt with this issue at this location before but the workers on this shift may need to improve their skills on customer service.

We’ve been going through the drive thru most days a week for about a year now. Service has become So Slow in the past few months! We’ll be switching to the Caribou down the road.

We ordered 2 coffees and 2 “egg sandwiches”. We were told they only had English muffins and multigrain bread. Fine. We will have bread. We received the most awful breakfast sandwiches I have ever seen. Very small for a $6 sandwich with burnt, microwaved eggs on it. I will post a picture so you can see. I have had sandwiches from Dunn bro’s in the past-this is not even close to my previous experience. Do better.

Great breakfast and coffee. The young staff of ladies who waited on me need to work on being polite, concerned and thankful for the guests that come in to get coffee regularly. I will go to another location after my experience.

Ordered through doordash & made a note for my coffee since i’m SUPER lactose intolerant. got a call from Samantha asking about adjusting my order because i didn’t know the egg sandwiches had heavy cream in them. it was a small thing but i appreciated it SO much!! saved me from suffering the rest of my day! service is beyond what i would expect & i love knowing they have workers like her there!

Im very new to coffee, so when I came in I had no idea what to get. The gal with the hat helped me immensely and picked out a drink that I really enjoyed. She has great customer service skills and was very helpful. This coffee shop has great coffee, excellent staff, and is clean and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

First experience - Great. Interior layout was excellent clean, and the cold press coffee tasted great and wasnt watered down with ice.Second experience - ordered an iced espresso and the espresso was poured directly into the plastic cup instead of over ice. Aside from leeching chemicals from the plastic, you just wind up with a room temperature beverage. Havent ran into this problem at other locationsThird experience - Drove out only to find it was closing two hours earlier than normal business hours on a non-holiday. This is fine but at least put a sign up or post something on the internet.

The customer service here is unbeatable. The food is delicious and the drinks never disappoint. Tabatha is by far one of the best employees Ive had the pleasure of dealing with and look forward to future visits.

Ive always been partial to Dunn Bros coffee shops, but this new location in Lakeville has won me over as my new favorite place to meet for coffee. This is because of the ownership and staff that has always greeted me with a big smile and genuine warmth of spirit as they work hard to earn my patronage and they have. Best coffee and friendly staff. I have talked to the owner often as I am more of a cold brew person and have been engaging in conversation on flavors and roasts that would work well for cold brew. also enjoy the nirvana drinks. nothing beats the flavor of fresh roasted coffee beans. I am actually drinking my first hot brew as I type this with no sweetener which i have never done with hot coffee.

Watched one of the girls in the morning grab a sanitized towel with gloves and then went and made a sandwich with the same gloves on!!! So I waited to find out her name and the other girl said her name was Tab. Same girl who was rude to the customer in front of me. The customer said she was going to call and complain.

The baristas are really nice. Not sure if they forgot to put in the raspberry in the raspberry white chocolate mocha or the raspberry syrup had no flavor but the one I got had no raspberry flavor at all

I had bacon tomato and egg on toast and was very pleasantly surprised it was a nice little breakfast and not overly little either it was It was kind of feeling so Ive happy I didnt expect as big a piece of toast

Of the dozen or so Dunn Bros Ive been to (and worked at 2) this is the cleanest, most beautiful store. The owner himself was roasting, greeting and thanking everyone who came in and left. Staff was great, although one newb was clearly uncertain io himself but thats to be expected in a new environment. 10/10 would recommend!

First time here at the new store. Its still in the finishing touches of the drive through. Helpful barista.ilI found out they have a location in Hawaii. Good coffee drinks. Only seen the inside through the window and everything looks good. Looks very cozy. I went through drive through and ordered a white mocha frappe with caramel drizzle with a shot of espresso. Sweet yet hit the caffeine spot. Its a plus knowing that this is the only drive through coffee shop within at least 3 to 4 miles from this location. Definitely will become a regular

First time they are not a good experience the coffee was good but the service was poor I pulled up to the drive-thru ordered a large cinnamon roll coffee she repeated back the order when I get to the window to pay for it he says I was a small I said no I reminded him it was a large it took probably about 5 minutes to get my order which is a long time they didnt appear to have anybody in the store but maybe one customer I was a little irritated by the time I left there
